All the art, creature and otherwise, is commissioned from various artists most of which don't have accounts on site. Ian is the one who does all the finding and commissioning of art.

Hopping into this cause I know I sent a ticket about it before.
Yeah this happens both on Mobile and on desktop.
It is incredibly annoying on both as the add will drop down or slide up from the top or bottom of the screen. It visually intrudes on space and becomes very irritating (at least to me)...

@heatherm19 - They added a new feature wherein everyone with creatures in the click exchange automatically got 10XC every day if they had run out of XC. It seemed pretty good at first until the exchange pretty much got overwhelmed with creatures, and not enough active people to click all of them....

I saw this thread and disabled AdBlock for a few minutes just to see, and immediately got a pop-up ad that covered the entire site. Submitted a ticket in the hopes that multiple people doing so may get it looked at faster?

It was stolen in 2015 and has level 27, but no immortality date on its profile. So is a creature from 2015 an "old" creatur...

2FA IS optional. Free CC being held behind it is totally reasonable. Other games might be a lot bigger than eggcave, and someone cheating to abuse the system and get a lot of free CC can very very easily hurt the site.

Other freebies to my knowledge remain accessible to those who don'...
