Thank you for the ping, @dragiigy 😊

@yogurt
I may not know you at all but it's sad to see you quitting this site because you're among Egg Cave's active player with awesome Cove. If you had made up your mind to leave, I wish you luck and be well in the real life.

I want to take care of these...

@yogurt
So sad to hear you're leaving! ☹️ It's been lovely sharing the site with you and I hope RL treats you well, dear ❤️
You have a stunning cove! Thank you for your generosity to give some away. Sorry for the long list, but I'd be so pleased to receive any of the following.
From highest to lo...

@yogurt I'm so sad to see you go, thank you for helping me around the site ❤️

If possible, I'm most interested in giving a home to a Fourbon(!!), Avem(!), Eroche, Olimpt(!!), and Sylvern. It doesn’t matter to me whether or not they’re frozen, they’re all just super high on my WL (and I don't plan...

Thanks for the ping @izziedragon.

I don't need to enter the giveaway but in my opinion, @iia, the ECD is real. My eggcave community around 2009 - 2011 was tightknit and everybody knew each other. We all fed each other's creatures and the forums were real busy. Then the CC was introduced and the m...

Now that the Chocotravaganza is (almost) over, I wanted to leave some suggestions in way that the event can be improved. These are all based on my observation. This is my least favorite event for me. I really respect all of the fellow players who work with me, but I absolutely hate having to rely...

@rainbowz [i]- Welcome to Egg Cave! If you have any questions, feel free to ask me. I'll send you over some chocolates for the Valentine event, no need to send any back if you can't.

(Sorry if this dump of info is a little long, but it might be helpful... or not, I don't know.)

Checking out th...

@dragiigy
It's just a reminder like all the other random notifications on this site. Like sometimes on my side accounts I get "we noticed you don't have any items in your store". I got a cc reminder this morning too but I'm not paying it much mind.

americanwerewolf • 24 February 2021 at 4:32 AM

I am new to this site and game, so still learning the ropes. So for me I haven't seen the "changes" but I am saddened that you feel excluded and driven to the point of wanting to quit :*( I hope you find new friends (I am looking for new friends!) and that you find a happy place to continue your jou...

sapphire12 • 23 February 2021 at 6:47 AM

Hi all,

Does anyone have any Foos UFT? It was my first eggcave creature a long time ago and I had to give mine away when I quit before as Leaf of Vakas, graveyards or immortalisations weren't a thing.

I've kind of given up but I was catching up with the site blog and found that it was rereleas...

@blackwidow58249
I am new as well. I just joined. I came here from another site that could not hold my attention. It is kind of interesting, except one of my eggs has already broken its first toy.

sparklefox • 18 February 2021 at 11:48 AM

@frostseraph [i]- Welcome to Egg Cave! If you have any questions, feel free to ask me. Part of me likes the "unique name" stuff because it makes your creature feel a little more... well, unique. Finding a good non-taken name is also pretty satisfying. It can be a little annoying sometimes, though. N...

frostseraph • 18 February 2021 at 10:34 AM

Hi, I'm Frost! I'm kinda just going around trying new adoptable sites and found this one. I was -almost- turned off completely by eggs needing to have unique names(I really really wanted something like Flurry or Snowflake but Flurry was taken and I assume Snowflake is too), but I'm here and will p...

You have 5,173 Chocolate Boxes available to send.

Price: 8k/chocolate

If you don't know how it works:
You send me the equivalent ECs via a trade lot, and I'll send you the chocolate using the event feature. It's that simple!
Please ping me with requests or questions. 😃 Thanks!

skymoare • 16 February 2021 at 11:22 AM

if anyone is interested I'm in a few off-site rps that's always looking for new people ❤️

minnie298a • 15 February 2021 at 7:02 PM

@poserpanda
I only find the timer an annoyance when doing gift backs. The person who sent the boxes to me obviously put my name in multiple times over a longer period of time. I like to return in the order I got given, and with timeouts I need to remember where I'm up to. So a timer in the return...

Hello everyone! Happy Valentine's day to all of you, love you all guys. It's my second big event on this site, thanks for the opportunity to find interesting creatures.

I send back 15-20 chocolates no matter how many you send, to be honest I don't think I'll be able to get at least one creature,...

Hi! I'm DeltaruneGal, or Spikal on Flight Rising! I joined 4 days ago and so far I am loving this site!

myriadium • 13 February 2021 at 7:58 PM

Mmkay, so this is a really small thing but I feel like a lot of the big problems have been addressed already so I'm gonna nitpick now. I really like organizing my creatures; rainbow order, by theme, by clan, by whatever. I enjoy personalizing my cove lists. Unfortunately, doing it nowadays is probab...

@blackivy25 Hello! I’m glad that more people are coming back to make this site even more interactive and fun😊
Hmm... if you had a LoV and your creatures disappear, the best bet is to submit a ticket. I’m not sure if I could help in any way to track down where your creatures went ^^”

shine • 10 February 2021 at 10:49 PM

Alright, this idea is totally lifted from Neopets, but I think EggCave could use an user gallery feature. It seems like a natural complement to user shops, and it's really fun. User collectors like myself can use a specific creature for that purpose, but personally I'd love to be able to collect aro...

newlife • 10 February 2021 at 1:21 AM

@shine
There do need to be more colors, but there's a problem with allowing users to pick their own hex codes.
When the colors feature was first released, some players used white to write terrible comments on their profile that couldn't be seen unless highlighted, and that was a big reason why us...

sodabearjess • 9 February 2021 at 7:10 PM

@shine I like this idea! I don't use colors super often, but I could see where this is helpful, especially in the example you gave. I think there was a time where I tried to use a hex code but it (obviously) didn't work. Definitely would make sense to add this as a feature.

trash-boy • 9 February 2021 at 1:24 PM

hey, im cyalic n i go by he / they / it pronouns. i got bored at school and visited the pet site directory, and decided to join eggcave because it seemed like a nice little stress reliever. the art is nice, and i like the overall vibe here.

Knowing that egg cavity is run unofficially, is new to me. I had hoped the site itself would give players a chance to see and show other pets they want.

I am not interested in the reality of needing money to change names. To me, it is merely an excuse to further monetize the site in a way that...

@poserpanda hi, I wanted to provide my feedback since I have some free time 😋

If the first statement is about rereleases, they are probably not trying to break the economy by releasing too many, which would cause the market for this creature to plummet.

Evolutions, at least for me, are miles...
