"Do you consider catfights important?" Two addressed Eight.CATFIGHTS?! Evie was so outraged she couldn't even speak. Her hands were clenching and unclenching into fists, and as she did so, spikes of bone grew out of her knuckles like wolverine."Sorry, Nine," Two was sincere. "If it makes you feel any better, if you two were a couple, you'd be the man of the relationship."There was the sound of something snapping, and Evie's screen went black, signifying that she'd finally broken the computer."... I am SO glad I won't live to see you become One," Seven gave a bark of laughter, slightly surprising Two. "Well, things to do... Cya hun," he winked at Eight before turning off his screen.

"This meeting is over, I guessing?" Six then shut off his screen. "Evie has anger issues." Eight pointed out. "She needs to see a doctor. Cymbalta can help." She turned her attention back to the bowl of popcorn for a few minutes, staring at the kernels. "Then again, with Truce coming up, how can we blame her?" Eight lifted her head up once more, blinking, "But Truce is still fun. I like these people, but not enough to eat a sundea while watching them die horrible deaths." Eight let out a small giggle, then flipped her computer off to play MineSweeper.

Now sporting the ultra-fashionable (sarcasm detected) uniform of whatever lame French school she was stuck attending, Raven boarded the bus and snatched a good seat before she ended up having to stand the entire, unknown-lengthed journey.Hey, she thought with false optimism. This couldn't be worse than Feral hunting in A-A, could it?

Damon shut his computer down and walked out the door for his foot rub appointment. ~~~~"I'm being touched!" Jade squealed as she fell into a seat, squishing through a crowd of DIRTY, UGLY UNIFORMED PEOPLE, is a total nightmare. And even worse, as she looked up at the back of the seat infront of her, was a moldy-gum collection. She screamed, but was drowned out by the loud talking.
taffy789 • 24 March 2012 at 2:04 AM
Zach slid into an empty seat, trying to block out all the noise around him. Was it just him, or were all the happy, carefree, joyful kids on the bus, happily chatting with their friends immensely ANNOYING? It was just him. He frowned grumpily, and started to stare out the window, wondering, after all the countless Ferals, Glaeroe run-ins, and dangerous situations he'd ever been in, if this mission was going to be the death of him. Seriously, he'd been at IoD for a rather long time... Well, at least it felt like it. Before that... Well, all social edicate had been flushed down the drain, as to speak. That's how Zach was going to remain the only one sitting on that seat the entire ride, for everyone could see the fumes and grumpiness and anger rising off of the boy, and were smart enough not to mess with him.

This was going to be hard without Evie in charge, Raven thought, eying Zach and wishing he'd behave. Nine hadn't told her where she was going, she'd just waved bye-bye and left. Fabulous. Now that she mentioned it, she hadn't seen Four in a while either....Just then someone say down next to her on the bus. "School," they sighed. "And you don't understand a word of French either, right?" Des asked with a hint of amusement. She blinked. "No..."
taffy789 • 24 March 2012 at 2:44 AM
Annabell sat more towards the front of the bus, staring lazily out of a window too, lost in thought. (Bored. X3 )

@asi What's next? 😊
asi • 25 March 2012 at 12:44 AM
@trish I'm not god (who I don't believe in 😋), so I don't have all the answers XD"So, you're new here? So I am I."Raven nodded vaguely, not really interested in a conversation, but Des wasn't one to give up easily. Eventually they found some common ground talking about their favorite books, finding they had quite a lot in common there. "Wuthering Heights is definitely the best," Raven declared."Depressing. Suits you." The way he said it made it a complement.

After a few minutes of looking around, Jade declared that none of them were probably popular. She just stared ahead of her, when someone standing up asked her, "Is that seat taken?" Jade looked up. Those face features, the hair, the eyes, they felt familiar. "Um, no. Not at all. Be my guest." the words fell out of her mouth, continuing to look at the guy. "Thanks." the guy sat next to Jade. "What's your surname?" she quickly asked. He looked taken back. Wow, he was handsome. "Crisologo." he said.That's when Jade slid back in her seat, dazed. That name still hurts.

@Trish Who? *Blinks*
trish • 25 March 2012 at 2:08 AM
@asi This guy. .-. Hmm. I'm not sure if it's even that last name. Forgot, don't wanna look back in the original forum.

@Trish Wut about who? 😋

A girl slid into a seat next to Zach, unaware of his annoyence-rays that he was giving off. "Est-ce siege prises?" Zach remained silent. Figuring it was a yes, the girl sat down. "Vous etes nouveau? Je ne t'ai pas vu autour. Quel est votre nom?" Zach deducted that she was at least not asking him where the restroom was, since they were on a bus. Insults were still a possiblity, though not likely. Zach couldn't rule them out completely, though. He was rather suspcious by nature. The girl paused, uncertain what to say next. "Vous etes tranquille...." she reluctantly continued, "Attendez, vous regardez l'etranger. Etes-vous eventuellement d'un autre pays?" "Look, girl, I have NO IDEA what you're saying." Zach fumed, barely keeping his annoyed levels under control. "Ah. Amerique." Satified with her answer, the girl stopped talking, and pulled out her IPod, sat back, and started to listen to some loud (possibly rocker) song, that could be heard through the earphones, and was in French.

"Kitty Martel?" Kaylie pleaded with this girl."Quit." the girl sighed. "When? She was and still is competing! Miriam, tell the truth." she insisted."Sorry girly. She quit her rhythmic team in the London 2012 Qualifiers." Miriam rolled her eyes and quickly walked away to find a few seat. "But..but.. That means I missed Nationals and Worlds." Kaylie started pulling her hair now.~~~~~~~~~~~~"And your no orphan either. Do you have a brother?" Jade asked."Nope. Or... none that I know of." he replied. "Don't you want to know my first name?" Jade didn't really care at this point. Not many people have that last name, so he had to be related somehow to Jason."It's Karlan." he said anyway."Nice to know." Jade automatically replied and ignored him the rest of the way.

Zach stared out the window of the grimy bus, looking at all the random French people on the streets roll by in a blur. Out of force of habit, he started to give the people nicknames as fast as he could once he saw them. Guy with overally exaguarated mustache? Mustache Man. Fat guy? Crosiant King. Lady with puffy hair? Poodle. ... Wow, why did he have to SUCK at naming them right off the bat? He thought for a few more minutes, but the noglastic game brought him no comfront what-so-ever. Sighing he sunk back into the seat, taking in the chatter around him with little patience. Finally, he could hardly bare it any longer. 'Hey, bus driver! How long is it going to take to get to f*^%ing school?!? It feels like we've been on this stupid bus for DAYS!' ... That's what he WANTED to shout. Then jump out the window, and tuck and roll into four lanes of traffic. But that would be losing his cool. Which was one thing he tried NOT to do. Zach started to rub his eyes, deeply trying to contrate on his own thoughts, which were being blockaded by the happy, unending chatter of normal kids.

Number Three sat in the back of the bus. He was thinking about the events of last night and earlier that morning. He'd never failed to carry out orders before. But Six did it all the time... Did it matter? Besides, Five had asked him... There was definitely something up with Five. Appearing out of the blue like that, claiming to have mysterious orders from the top. He had heard nothing about these. But then, he was the new guy.He made sure not to think about before. Everytime he did, he only got a migraine. The past was nothing. Live in the future, he told himself."Hey. Ya getting out or na?" The bus driver prodded him, strangely speaking in English, although very hard to understand with that accent.Looking around, Three realized that Six, who had been chatting up some girl, as well as everyone else, had left.He got out of the bus.

Zach stepped off the bus, and blinked against the harsh sunlight that immidentily peaked around a cloud, attempting to blind him. As he raised his arm in defense against the blinding light, Zach couldn't help but wish he'd stolen Kitten's sunglasses when he had the chance. Where was that Kitten anyway? Where was Four? Where was...decent food, he was starving. Frankly, that was more important than the missing teammates, for he could freaking care less about them. He took a few reluctant steps towards the school, glaring up at the crudely built building every step of the way, somewhat enjoying the complete LOATHING feeling that was washing over him.
trish • 3 April 2012 at 1:23 AM
Jade almost literally ran off the bus. Well... she hasn't seen a public school this close in years now, only on TV. These people have such open minds, Jade thought. Not many people bothered to look at her, but a few did, not like that mattered so she just walked up the stairs to the school.
taffy789 • 3 April 2012 at 8:14 PM
Bored and already getting tired of loathing, Zach started to scan the crowds, looking for his teammates. He noted crazy Opal Honey Badger making a break for the school as if it was made of pure gold, Blondie wearily strolling up to the school, Shadow... And the guy who had been sitting next to her was also among the crowd. (Somewhere. X3 ) Something caught in his throat as he took a step back, almost tripping over his own feet. His spine seemed to be set on "hurricane" mode like on a blender, for it was making his whole body shake uncontrollably. Not that he was scared, but just the fact his spine shuttered when there was danger around. And that guy was a dangerous person. Zach speed-walked up to Shadow, and grabbed her arm. "May I talk to you for a second?" Zach's face was unreadable, and he carefully hid the urgency in his voice. As he said this, he wondered why he was going to RAVEN, with this... Oh yeah. He remembered. ( @Asi 😃 )

Raven raised an eyebrow. Jealous? she thought, but didn't say. "You just have," she rolled her eyes and yanked her arm free. That had been a little too familiar for her comfort. "But fine. Excuse me," she smiled to Des and walked off a bit, assuming he wanted to talk in private.
taffy789 • 4 April 2012 at 5:48 PM
Zach walked with Raven in silence a bit before saying, "Did that guy seem odd to you? In any way?" Zach was still walking forward, keeping his pace even and not even risking a glance back in case Des was watching.

Jade was being squished and shoved through the hallway until she nudged this..cheerleader..*too hard*. "Watch it." she narrowed her eyes. "Make me." Jade smiled, and playfully slapped the cheerleader's face lightly before kicking another in the shin and then she was further into the school.

"Well yeah. He didn't seem depressed, need anger management OR insult me once in an entire sentence, that's got to be 1/100," she joked slightly, although also clearly placing him under one of the above. "No, okay, I didn't. You gonna tell me he's hiding a nuke under that jacket or what?"
taffy789 • 5 April 2012 at 8:19 AM
"Stop being an idiot Shadow, I don't insult you. I point out facts. And that's not even important right now." Zach stated bluntly. "And he might as well be. My power told me he was powerful. Powerful." He dropped his voice to a whisper here and repeated it to emphasize the point. "Maybe one digit powerful. And you're aware with how I'm usually spot on at detecting...spies." That last part was quiet and stressed, and he lookEd straight at Raven.
asi • 8 April 2012 at 12:18 AM
"You-" Raven paused, goldfish-blinking. "Wait, you think THAT GUY's strong?" She pointed him out to make sure. "I don't detect anything," she pouted, trying her hardest.Then she remembered how completely cr*p she was at detecting strength. "I'll take you word for it," she smiled sheepishly, while thinking, 'If this is a joke you don't have a chance in hell.'"So you think he's an enemy huh?" Raven recalled Evie telling her she was in charge. "Wait, wait. I never said you INSULTED me," she looked confused.
taffy789 • 8 April 2012 at 1:12 AM
Zach facepalmed. "I said he was dangerous and you just pointed to him?! What the f-" Zach paused there, and stopped hiss-whispering. Some French kid was giving him a strange look. Apparently the "F" word was universal. ( That, or it was the fact they were speaking a 'Foreign Tounge'. Most likely the latter. ) After waving the kid away, Zach continued. "Anyway, he was speaking English, right? That should've been a BIG hint right there. I highly doubt the chances that the ONE other dang English speaking person, who isn't somehow associated with IoD or the Government in any way, would somehow sit next to you on a bus are that great. Don't believe me or do believe me, that's your choice. Also, Idiot, DO I insult you? You figure that out." Zach rolled his eyes on the last sentence.
