@greengrass100100 haha I'm the same! Maybe one day it'll be an achievement! 😃
Gotta dream big to achieve big!! 😊

~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~

I've been forcing my family into playing games of chess with me all day today. Proud to say I only lost one game!
Sundays are such lazy days. :')

Been thinking a lot about what I eat, lately. I'm pretty healthy; I avoid as much processed/junk food as possible, but starting today, I want to take it a step further, and become vegetarian. I don't eat much meat anyway (as people have probably noticed), so this isn't a huge deal for me, and won't be a dramatic change, given the sort of food I enjoy cooking. It's just making something official that has probably been a long time coming. I don't actually have a problem with meat eaters or the act of eating meat itself, (heck, I think it's natural) but I think the way the majority of it is farmed is pretty horrible, and the higher welfare stuff is quite expensive. I'm really happy to have made the decision, and I'm excited for the future 😊

On that note, I'm currently browsing banneton bowls for sourdough. These are the ones that you use for the second prove if you want your bread to have a "pattern" on it after it bakes. They also help the bread build up its shape a little better, as sourdough by it's nature is a lot more liquid-y than normal dough. The one I'm thinking of buying has a spiral design- which has a really nice effect, and seems to be the most popular, if google searches are anything to go by ^^

Chess is still fun to play, I'm not too shabby and I do enjoy it. I just don't think too far ahead in strategies.

If you want to, play Shogi. It's so much more challenging and to date, I still haven't won a single match. I do play against my boyfriend who is extremely good at strategy games which doesn't help me.

My best guy friend sent me the nicest message on how I'm always great to hang out with and talk to and if he could pick anyone to be his sister it'd be me. :')
We're practically already like siblings. Its actually crazy.

Today I had lunch with my best friend then went shopping with another friend. Ran into this guy I used to know. I saw this guy walking towards us making direct eye contact with me and smiling and I felt so confused. He asked if he knew me and it suddenly hit me who he was. I asked if he was (insert name here) and I was right. Hadn't seen him for 3 or so years. We went to the same school for a bit. What's weird here is that we were never exactly friends. I had English with him and due to a seating plan, I was on his table. So I've felt really confused on why he bothered speaking to me today but its alright I guess. Had the whole 5 minute catch up conversation on what we each do now while my friend stood with me looking confused on who I was speaking to. xD

Tomorrow I'm doing my RSA and then I have work. That's my WHOLE say gone. RSA at 9 am then straight after it I'm going to work. Won't get home until about 10pm.
Ugh.
Not looking forward to this but ah well. 😊

As I had a morning stroll today in ark I passed the asteroid. I grabbed what I think was an egg when 'Oh no!' The egg ascended into the sky until it was out of view! You left empty-handed

Are meteorite eggs made out of helium now? Hrmmm

(Oh no! The egg ascended into the sky until it was out of view! You left empty-handed Is a saying when you don't get an egg at the astroid)

@crazyfeline
I know that there is an iPhone app with it.

I met someone I haven't seen in years at my University during class! Someone said *twin's name* and I looked up. I then stood there completely confused because no one there should have known my twin's name and not said mine. The person who called her name was a primary/secondary school friend of ours who I hadn't seen for 6 years!

@greengrass100100 haha I feel like when I'm an actual adult...or middle aged or whatever it'll be more of a shock when I see people I haven't in 15 or so years and it'll be like "we graduated together 😱 " haha

@mastergemma I've found a couple if apps, I'll download them once I'm home. 😃

Woah, that's actually kind of crazy! Have you continued to talk to this old friend? 😊

~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~

Thank you! It's been great so far- I've been having loads of fun making new things, and I've got a brilliant book of vegetarian recipes which is helping me out a ton. Today I've made a sweet potato, broccoli and pesto frittata, as well as some tapenade to go on the side. Yesterday I did falafels with a spiced Moroccan salad. It's so much easier for me to think of ideas now ^^

Work was fun tonight.
I spent my half hour break helping out in produce. All the jobs on the checkouts were done and the place was quiet. The rest of the front end staff were doing well so I went back into produce for a bit longer as the guy out there is a bit slow getting things done and was falling behind. The manager for the night was pretty pleased I did that.
The younger staff are finally starting to see me as a supervisor. Like I'll ask them to do a job and they actually will. 😃
I've found it difficult since I'm young myself. I'm only 19 and its part of my job to make sure everyone in the same department as me is doing what they should be. 😱

My dog got out of the yard today and I spent a while chasing him. Bordercollie. So it was non stop running. I have no idea how long I was chasing him for but it was a while. Finally caught him....then had to carry him home which took so long and I was pretty tired from all the running so the struggle was real. I probably looked like such an idiot. Good thing my street is quiet and I only saw like, 3 cars go by.

I don't really care for the conjuring 2....the first one sucked but I'm kind of wanting to see it at the movies just because a horror movie, at the cinema.

My parents are away for the weekend so I'm stuck with my sister. I'm a neat freak, she is not. My parents are like me too. Basically, I've been cleaning up all day after her while she just sits there watching TV and leaving dishes in the sink....and on tables. Seriously, they could at least all be in the sink. :/

Just got back from a walk, well more like a run i got chased by three dogs (3 times with all the same dogs) thankfully i knew how to distract them. i flopped my flipflop into the bushes and ran as fast as i could. Of course soon i had to go back for my flip flop once the dogs were gone. I thought they were gone but i was mistaken and they chased me after i had retrieved my shoe. ten minutes later i decided to risk it again and tried to sneak past the house that the dogs lived at (along with like 5 more dogs)
but their amazingly sensible ears caught me and i started running again XD
if i had went the other way around it would have taken me approximately 1 hour to get back to my house. so i just called someone to come pick me up 😊 i had a lovely day how abut you?

@crazyfeline I went through the same pain, but the difference between me and you is that I actually didn't get to catch mines. Lol I was chasing her for like an hour, and she just got away. Haha. But she ended up coming back like 3 hours later.. I guess she thought it was play time.

I love scary movies, I don't know why I have yet to watch it. We have been getting a lot of whack horrors lately, and this one seem like a pretty good one so I have to catch on. But any who, forget about that ... Who's ready for Finding Dory? Lol

@possiegal Oh lord, how are you still living? I would have probably had so many panic attacks. There's nothing worst than getting chase by an angry Pit Bull.

@fakeworld I went and saw the conjuring today, it wasnt terrible. It kept me entertained for the couple of hours, but I won't bother watching it again. Nothing that hasn't already been done before. 😋
I went with my friend who doesn't watch horrors/thrillers....she was looking down for most of it but didn't mind it. xD
What did you think of the first one if you saw it? 😊
And yes, finding Dory 😃 haha

@fakeworld thankfully they were not the fastest runners
i think its because their owner has to many dogs to take good care of all of them, so they never get exersised. but it did take me awhile for my body to stop trembling XD cause it seemed like the more i ran the faster the dogs chased.
and the whole time i imagined the owner laughing his/her head off, that didnt make it any better.

So my best friend moved in with her boyfriend and mum.
Today I went around and I brought some framed drawings.
Her mum said "ever since I saw your first drawing I've been saying to (best friends name) that you have it in you to be an artist. You can draw. I can see you becoming one" my best friend then said that her mum says that fairly often.
Meant a lot to me as I'd love to be one one day.
But makeup is my main focus. 😊

Sometimes it's as simple as finding a job that fits your hobby. Right now, it's possible to make doing nearly anything into a job. Even being a couch-potato.

Oh my! When the pets get out of the house it really is annoying! My little rascal of a dog got out one day and he flies. He was out of the street we lived in and found some people so ran straight to them.

Five minutes later he was able to run out again but this time he found a very interesting smell so I was able to jump on him (quite literally).

Essentially immediately after being caught he was able to get out again and this time he went a different way. He went towards the main road and when I first saw his fluffy white tail I just bolted after him and tackled him before he got closer to it. Actually, he was right next to the main road, just sniffing at the plants next to the houses.

He was able to get out so many times because there were some workers going in and out the back gate and the silly people left another gate open which my dog was behind. I didn't know that the men were using that gate so I kept putting Buster back there.

Before anyone asks, I'm not entirely sure what breed Buster is. He is supposed to be a Maltease x Shih tzu x Jack Russel Terrier but he is way too tall to be any of those!

@fakeworld
I'm ready for Finding Dory! I would watch Finding Nemo again but I do remember majority of the film even though I haven't seen the movie for many years!

But how can you be angry at a pit bull terrior? The are so cute. I would be angry at the owner for not properly restraining their dogs.

Finding Nemo is so unforgettable. I think I want to go see Finding Dory in the movies, but I got a feeling it's going to be super crowded.

They are adorable. ☚ī¸ I live in a city where people use Pit Bulls to look cool, and train them to be angry. I've just had some many bad encounters with them because of horrible owners, it like put me in a situation of being scared of them. It's nothing like coming home from school as a child in a city like Baltimore and seeing two Pit Bulls fighting randomly. I had to often ride through sketchy parts of the city to get home.

@fakeworld
I normally watch movies after a few weeks of their release. Then it's normally quite empty and I always get a seat within the last three rows of the cinema.

Where I am many harmful dogs are captured and put down. It always makes the news too because everyone either hates it or agrees with it. People really just need to fortify their houses better to ensure the dogs don't escape and they should buy good collars, with the muzzle if needed).

I'm going to hate myself very soon.
I bought Dark Souls on Steam.
4.99 USD.
I wonder how long it will take for me to start raging.
Hopefully, I get 20 minutes in before getting frustrated.
Who am I kidding, 10 minutes!

I'm going to have so much fun!

Edit...
Game won't load properly and the game files are missing. There's a good chance I have to reinstall the game but I do not have enough internet to waste another ~4gb. Stupid internet cap.
