@lykhaos117 they did have a fundraiser for it. So I'm sure that's what's going on.But, I am truly greatful for it nonetheless.
naturegirl1999 • 11 August 2016 at 9:18 PM
thank you for telling me what SAT and ACT stood for. Also, I used to use khan Academy but stoppedI guess its broken now so...I don't know what to say...
mastergemma • 13 August 2016 at 6:00 AM
@crazyfeline I do not dance either, I do prefer singing@hayz I haven't had a chance to check out all of the songs yet. Oh, you're a fan of JubyPhonic too? I adore her cover of Witch Hunt. I've heard some of niki's songs, the names of which has escaped my mind at the moment. @dragonii In high school, my maths teacher would use it and the whole class hated it. It was a while ago so I cannot remember too much about it but I think we all hated it because whoever voiced the videos we watched had a heavy accent. Sophie Ellis Bextor released a new song so I've been over the moon. I've been listening to it all the time on Spotify, it's so beautiful and catchy! At first I wasn't too much of a fan of the song but it grew on me fast. I need to make a YOHIOloid cosplay because it's normal looking enough to wear outside of conventions.
tralala22 • 13 August 2016 at 6:18 AM
I hate Khan Academy so much. ;-;I just had to come here to say it, it was nearly impossible to ever finish a mission...
hashtagnight • 13 August 2016 at 8:22 AM
...School exists, I'm getting less active as usual.
dragonii • 13 August 2016 at 10:26 AM
@mastergemma I think the one who was doing the voice might have been Sal. It's not that bad actually, but more the recording quality. Some of his videos recording quality is really, really bad. But they are improving. @tralala22 When was the last time you used khans academy?
tralala22 • 13 August 2016 at 10:28 AM
@dragonii About a week ago!!
dragonii • 13 August 2016 at 11:19 AM
@tralala22 I think because it's summer vacation they are taking the time to revamp/add some things, so the site will seem a bit broken for a bit. But, despite it's many flaws the site is still quite helpful in many subjects. it just takes time to work at them.
crazyfeline • 14 August 2016 at 2:26 AM
@mastergemma Ah cool, you can sing?! đI prefer that too, but I'm not good at it xD~.~.~.~.~.~I've really gotten into walking this year.I went on a 10 hour walk in March by myself one day. Which got kind of painful. Ever since I've been dragging friends out to do smaller walks along some tracks. Surprisingly enough friends have been happy to come with me. Although, I haven't found anyone willing to do a long day track, so I haven't been on another one of those yet. I'll have to soon when I have a couple of days off work. đToday my best friend and I did a 3 hour track that's up cliffs so its pretty painful on your legs since its mostly uphill the whole way. I did half of it a couple of months ago with another friend, but we got sick of it and turned around and headed back. Finished it today!! đ
fakeworld • 14 August 2016 at 3:01 AM
@crazyfeline Sounds like a challenge. Kudos to you though for being able to get through them (especially the 10 hour) walk successfully lol, because I, myself wouldn't be able to I don't think. đ¸My city has been crazy this weekend. Downtown has been hectic because of Otakon. I could not walk into ANY restaurant without it being overly hectic, lines were out the door everywhere. Literally! Traffic overflowing and giving me a headache, and the heat making me sweat instantly. I need a vacay LOL.
mastergemma • 14 August 2016 at 3:49 AM
@crazyfeline I'm good at some songs, bad at others. I remember many years ago there was a website called TinierMe and some folks there were making a group for amateur singers so I joined. I backed out when I discovered the microphone I had was exceptionally horrible. I remember recording an English cover for a song called Toeto but the microphone had so much interference that I think I deleted it. It may still be on my computer or on a USB, I have no idea. I should listen to that song again, it's so cute. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EKc2h0PiSIA <-- These lyrics.Day trips sound like so much fun. Near my place there are a few national parks which I used to go to before high school made it impossible. Now that I have a bit more time I should try and go back to these places. @fakeworldI know some people who are presenting things there! At least I think it's that convention. There are too many that I hear about in America, especially ones that include Vocaloid composers who I hear these events from.
hashtagnight • 14 August 2016 at 5:41 AM
@mastergemma I remember TinierMe but not a lot about it!~~~~~~I got a friend to play Toontown Rewritten, and we're memes. Never let two memes play a game together.
tralala22 • 14 August 2016 at 8:48 AM
@mastergemma Ahhh I love singing, its the first thing i do when i am bored.. đObviously, I kinda suck at it, but I mean its fun so what does it matter if it deafens my family members? đ@crazyfeline Wishing I could walk like you. All I can do (and not die from) is cycling, and I just went on a 15 km cycle! Besides that, I am really useless in all things athletics. âšī¸ Sadly I live in a big city, and I don't get much opportunity to cycle much. (Or i'd get run over by a car.)
crazyfeline • 17 August 2016 at 9:16 AM
@fakeworld hahaha didn't think I'd be able to either. No one believed I was going to get up early and spend the day walking either. Just had my mind set to it. xDSome walks are tiring, but soooo good say you did! đ@mastergemma Do you have any covers up anywhere? đThat site sounds familiar but I've probably never actually heard of it before now and I'm just thinking I have. đ@tralala22 Haha I can't cycle at all! So good for you that you can! đI live in a little beach town that has a ton of nature walks around. Most are a 10-15 minute drive out. đOne of the few things I love about being in a little area. I love the city! đ but cycling would be a struggle in one. đ~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~With spring coming there are spiders everywhere. I have terrible arachnidphobia. Basically, our whole garage is full of them....so I'm parking my car on the nature strip where I don't need to worry about spiders so much haha
naturegirl1999 • 17 August 2016 at 6:29 PM
I am not afraid of spiders. Here is something to help you with your. Remember that the majority of spiders are not poisonous and that you are not an insect. I have no idea if that helped.
tralala22 • 17 August 2016 at 9:15 PM
@crazyfeline I love the city too, but sometimes it can be incredibly noisy and annoying. âšī¸ A beach town?? That sounds so relaxing x) I wish I lived somewhere like that. The beach is my one true love â¤ī¸.
mastergemma • 18 August 2016 at 6:45 AM
@nightmaremoon12 You should try and make some Egg Cave memes, I'm sure that would be a hilarious experience. If you do create some, I would love to see them!@tralala22 When I was 9, my school went to a cycling camp and we all had to ride to a reservoir. On the way back the people in charge of the camp decided we can go on a different route which was around 20km in one leg with no stops and no access to water. I remember crawling along with a friend, both of us were completely exhausted and wondering where we were because there was thick vegetation. @crazyfeline Beach towns are lovely and I've holidayed in quite a few. There was one I went to quite a while ago that had many nature walks around the beach and many waterfalls. There was even one a few km on the main road just before you hit the town but I'm not sure if it was actually a waterfall or just water overflowing from the high ground. I don't have any covers up anywhere, if I get a better microphone I would consider it but it would still be unlikely. If I ever do half would be attempts at songs and it would be light-hearted fun. @naturegirl1999 I survive the night telling myself that the funnel-web spider only lives approximately within 100km of Sydney. I'm not terrified of spiders but that doesn't mean I don't like them.
tralala22 • 18 August 2016 at 9:24 AM
@mastergemma 9 years old?? Wow, thats pretty intense. I send you a virtual clap on the back for getting through it. I actually don't think I knew how to cycle when I was 9, which is pretty sad now that I think of it... But oh well, I've grown to love it now so đI see you're feeling ill. Get well soon! đ
myriadium • 18 August 2016 at 10:59 AM
@naturegirl1999 I know that most spiders aren't poisonous, but I read too much books when I was young. Now spiders, no matter what kind, scares me xDThe only spider I'm ok with are house spiders, which I see once in a while. My mom ends up killing it though. ---Once, I smacked a fly and it was still (barely) alive. I wanted to end it quickly so I took a napkin and squished it. Instead, I was horrified at the small :crack: it made. I quickly dropped it and was so shaky after it. -.-
phangirl • 19 August 2016 at 2:08 AM
I used to hate flies and i used to be scared of them...
crazyfeline • 19 August 2016 at 3:20 AM
Today I crashed my car. Woo. Ugh. Hmm. I'm driving my mums for now, she's nice enough to let me borrow it until I have a car again....they think it'll be written off. I cried and said I like my car, so they said they'd get a repair quote and get back to me. :/My friends have been really sweet to me. They surprise visited me before work and brought coffee. They also did my hair and makeup before I went to work as I didn't have it done yet and was about to while they were there. So one offered to do my hair, the other my makeup.I'm still shaken up, so I told a work friend as he asked what was up. Made me feel a little more chill about it. Still so shaken.
mastergemma • 19 August 2016 at 6:43 AM
@tralala22 It was a part of my schools push for active kids. We all had to bring a bike to school and learn how to ride it without the training wheels. It was very intense.I was fine this morning but during my university class, I was sneezing up a storm! I may have hay fever but I have no idea.@greengrass100100 I try to release spiders if I can. Except huntsmans because they are terrifying! Whenever I hear that same crack from a spider or bug I also have to stop everything for a minute to calm down. It's a horrifying sound to hear.
tralala22 • 19 August 2016 at 9:22 AM
@mastergemma What classes are you taking?Something related to Astronomy or Biology, I remember reading that in your profile?@crazyfeline Aw. Really hope you get your car back. At least your friends sound like such great people! You're lucky to not have gotten hurt, wish the best for you! â¤ī¸
crazyfeline • 19 August 2016 at 11:19 PM
@tralala22 I love the beach! There's a surfer beach nearby. Its my favourite one around where I live! đ if you walk up that beach for a few hours you reach another one that's more quiet. But this one for surfing has a nice cafe and its so clean! There's also live music on weekends, its a peaceful place! đI think there are 4 main beaches around me but a few others. Like ones you have to walk to on those walking tracks! đI love the noise of the city! đ I don't know why, it makes me feel like there's more excitement out in the world. xDAlso, on the car topic now - thanks â¤ī¸I'm so glad no one was hurt. What happened was its winter here. My windows hadn't totally demissted either. So I was stupid even driving rather than wait. But I had to drop my sister off at a friends as they were leaving to go away for the weekend. So I figured I'd be okay to just drive slow. (Idiot thing to do) I came to a round about where I stopped, had a look. Couldn't see a car so I kept going. I was almost around when a car hit me. They were going too fast so it totally mangled the front of my car. They came from my right, so I was in the wrong. Luckily I have full insurance. I'm a pretty fragile person so if something, even the smallest thing goes wrong I can't help but cry over it. But my friends have made me feel totally better about it. And my mum. She said she'll lend me her car until I have one again and if there's any costs I can't afford, she'll pitch in. But I think I should be right, luckily. I'm just so so so grateful for the people around me and that the other people involved are so chill about it. They can still drive their car and aren't too worried, they have minor damage that my insurance will cover! đ @mastergemma Sounds a bit like where I am! đHave you ever been to Tasmania? I went there a year and a half ago simply because I wanted to see the waterfalls xDThey were beautiful!Spent two weeks there doing all those nature walks! đ@greengrass100100 @phangirl Flies don't scare me, they are annoying though!I've been in that situation where you pick them up in a tissue and hear the crack, its disgusting! My sister used to catch them when she was about 7 and put them in jars. Our mum threw them out hahaThat was pretty gross!~.~.~.~.~I forgot to eat yesterday. I'm really craving chips. But I feel too lazy to go get some. xDI think I'm going four wheel driving with my friend and her boyfriend today - let's hope I'm not in another car that gets destroyed xDThat's a joke. It'll be fine. :')
tralala22 • 20 August 2016 at 6:20 AM
@crazyfeline Wow, the place you live in really sounds like paradise. I'm actually half and half, and my fathers hometown is basically the beach. So every summer I go down to the beach. XD The only thing is, I only get to stay for a few days a year, and my heart always aches whenever I have to leave. x( I live in a huge bustling city, one of the biggest there are. And the people, there are millions. I do love to be in the bustling crowd, (I mean, I grew up here), but the thing is because I am always here, it gets tiring sometimes, and I just grow sick of it. I gotta have a break from the noise sometime. đI guess its the same for living at the beach? Its always nice going on holiday somewhere but living somewhere is different?~~~~~Pugs are the cutest, I just had to say that. I went walking the pug all day today (her name is Mrs. Puggles) but sadly she isn't my dog, just a friend's. I really need a dog. âšī¸
crazyfeline • 20 August 2016 at 6:37 AM
@tralala22 The place is I guess. But we don't have any entertainment like a cinema or bowling and there aren't a lot of stores. Other than supermarkets and cafes. So in that way its not. xDHey, at least you get the somewhat half and half! đYeah, I think its natural to want somewhere different to where you are sometimes. đ
mastergemma • 25 August 2016 at 8:51 AM
@tralala22 This semester I'm taking a Biology class and two Archaeology classes. I did have that in my profile a while ago.Mrs. Puggles, what an adorable name! Pugs are very cute and I prefer corgies and yorkies! Any dog that I can pick up and hug is perfect. @crazyfeline Tasmania sounds like such a beautiful place. I would love to see it one day. Whenever I see advertisements for the Spirit of Tassie I always think that I should go on it but then I remember I don't like ships. I watched a horrifying movie about a ship sinking when I was younger and I've been terrified ever since. I'm still a learner driver and I've had some iconic near misses during my...race to the p-plate (bad joke). My all time favourite was being on a freeway and then seeing that the cars ahead were bumper to bumper. I slowed down but not enough for stopped cars. It wasn't until about 5 seconds passed that I realised that the cars were stopped so I pushed down on the brakes more. My mother hasn't let me drive her since and I haven't made that mistake again so I'm happy with that.
lzumi • 25 August 2016 at 9:14 AM
Izumi Sena and Leo Tsukinaga made me cry. I also sobbed my eyes out over the most recent Rei Sakuma card that was released in front of my family....multiple times. I need help, what do I do?Also I am convinced that Shu Itsuki is the Croissant King and my friends think I'm going insane.Ensemble Stars is destroying me bit by bit.Help. Please.
crazyfeline • 26 August 2016 at 10:25 PM
@mastergemma I honestly hated the ship xDWe had the chairs to sleep on rather than a room, since my grandparents said the rooms weren't worth the money. So uncomfortable.Sounds scary!!!How far off are you from getting your P plates? đMy car has been written off âšī¸Theres a nice little red ford for sale im looking at....just need the insurance money so I can actually get it before someone else does. xD~.~.~Had a creepy old man come into work Thursday night. I can't even repeat what he was saying. The liquor guy served him, rather than me, but we both were targeted with his comments. We didn't have to call the manager or anything, I stayed back and ignored while the boy I was working with served him and handled it..Then Friday night a drunk guy came in right on close and asked for a lighter. So I said I could quickly sell him that and he rambled about how I'd made it to the Christmas card list. He was a little more entertaining than the guy the previous night. Also, Friday night, some girls who must have been about 12-15 came in in a panic claiming a man was following them. The guy on liquor went out and had a look and I stayed inside unphased...I had a feeling they were messing around. I was right. not cool.
purgatory • 26 August 2016 at 10:43 PM
@crazyfeline lol XD that Friday night must have been crazy đ teens these days đ well that kinda includes me XD hopefully u found some money for insurance đ but get the right insurance or you'll someday regret what u picked XD
