I kinda do too, but there's only a few games on those I'd think about playing.
And it has such a short battery life :C

You don't need a 3Ds. All the boxes I've seen says Nintendo DS on the side xD
But if you want to see all the visual special effects, that's when you need a 3Ds. c:

But now I kinda like it. My interest in pokemon games has gone down a bit, so if they bring out another one I might stop playing. :/

@jubjubloversboy You could probably trade it in for a 3DS and knock $50 off of the price. I could never trade in my old systems, though. I refused to even trade in my 3DS for a 3DS XL when I bought it.

I'm annnoying my guy friend (I'll call him BB) by thanking him so much XD

So he was talking to my crush(Ninja) on the bus. And he found out that my crush liked me. Then he told me in orchestra like this:

BB: Hey Katie, so I was talking to Ninja on the bus today..
Me: ...And?
BB: What if I told you that Ninja likes you?
Me: OMG WHAT. IS THAT TRUE? ARE YOU TRICKING ME LIKE USUAL?
BB: It's true. I'm actually not tricking you for once.

Then he took the bow for the bass and kept tapping me on the head with it and now there's a bruise on the top of meh head >.> XD

As much as I like Pokemon... I can't keep up. I'm not gonna buy any more new games.
However, if they remake LG/FR or Crystal or SF/RB/EM, then I will get that... maybe... xD

So my guy buddy BB - he talks to my crush ( Ninja ) on the bus.

And I was in Orchestra with BB today. This was our convo. Then my other guy bud RD joined in.

BB: Hey Cheese, so I was talking to your crush again.
Me: What did you say now?
BB: I told him you'd want to make out with him.
Me: WHAT THE HECK! NOW'S HE GONNA THINK I'MA CREEP D8

Then the bell rand and BB and RD darted and I yelled across the hall: JERKS!

@keenfoot They already have a remake of Crystal. HeartGold and SoulSilver.
The remakes have everything Crystal did, so it's not necessary to make a ShinyCrystal or anything.

I do have a feeling that Hoenn will have a remake soon, though.

They should go entirely off of Crystal's plot, though.
With the special Suicune music and everything *o*
And absolutely no fourth generation Pokemon when you get to Kanto -___-
Like, the only way to obtain other region Pokemon is by trading.
I'd love a remake of Crystal.
Although, I'm not complaining about HG or SS at all..

@toy But the remakes did have Suicune's plot. The first and second generation really didn't have much of a storyline involving Legendary Pokemon until the third generation came around. Suicune's battle music was there as well if I'm not mistaken.

I think it makes sense for newer Pokemon to appear in older regions nowadays. At least five years have canonically passed between the first series and latest one.

But I guess they aren't gonna bring the 8-bit music back, now are they?

It had some of Suicune's plot.
I was really forward to the main battle with Suicune at the tower,
but that doesn't happen.
And when you finally find it to catch it,
it's at level 40 when the rest of your Pokemon are on level 60...


&I don't think that makes sense at all.
It really turned me off from finishing the games.
I hated seeing fourth gen Pokemon.
I wanted Soul Silver to go back to my childhood and skip all of that nonsense.

@toy There is actually a device in the HG & SS games that makes all the music the 8-Bit ones from the games. Really neat stuff.
Aside from the new battle location, the Suicune plot seems to be pretty much intact.

The second generation games take place at the same time as fourth generation, since the news report in Platinum was talking about a Red Gyrados at the Lake of Rage. Crystal was my very first Pokemon game, but I think these remakes do it justice.

Crystal was my first Pokemon game too!
I was like 6 or 7 and it came with my first Gameboy Advance❤️
