@skylark Your getting it x)~~~As her father wrapped his arms around her, Sylvia hugged him back. After a short while, Loki released her and ordered an chitauri to get him something to eat. Sylvia looked over at Andrew with an raised eyebrow. He looked like he wanted to retch.Sylvia mentally shrugged and turned back to her father. "Whats up?", she asked in a very teenage-girl-talking-to-parents-way. (Lolz xD)
skylark • 11 June 2012 at 9:28 PM
@bunnyshadow ~~~~Loki raised an eyebrow slightly as Sylvia asked what's up. "Well.." He looked at Andrew, and shrugged. "Just managing earth." He clapped and a gold table appeared next to him, the chitauris flocked again to quickly place delicious breakfast onto it. Loki sat down, his robe/cape thing billowing out around him as it settled.Andrew coughed again and pulled out a chair for Sylvia, before sitting down across from her.Loki served himself first. "And how about you, Sylvia?" He asked, cutting up his roasted potatoes finely.
bunnyshadow • 11 June 2012 at 9:48 PM
@skylark😱OO *imagines loki eating* *fangirls*~~~Sylvia smiled at Andrew as he pulled out a chair for her. She sat down and began to pick at her food, eating it one tiny pieve at a time. At Loki's question, she looked up and tilted her head slightly to the side. "Uh... Fine...", she lied as she put her fork down. She put her hands on her lap, and began to rub her wrist with her thumb. A habit..., she thought to herself.

@leafpelt @jupiter_hollow @skylarkMargot rocked back into her seat and let out another sigh. She didn't want to do much of anything at that moment; drifting to sleep on a stranger's couch in the virtual company of the Avengers sounded promising. Still, Frost had a point. There was some work to be done before she could let herself rest. The only damage to the building that Margot had seen was located on an eighth floor window, looking out onto the street. It was also surrounded by burn marks, like something had crashed into it and exploded--some kind of bomb, she guessed. Still, there was the chance that somebody could have picked the lock to the lobby door without breaking it. A check of the building would also give them time to round up food supplies. "Yeah," Margot finally replied with a nod. "Good idea," she added absentmindedly. "I need to get up before I fall asleep," she realized, although prowling around a high-rise with Frost didn't sound like much fun."I'll check outside," she announced, rising suddenly from the couch and making her way toward the door. She'd go back out the eighth story window, so they wouldn't have to move the furniture from the lobby door. "Aizel," she added as she stood in the threshold. "Stay here." Margot tossed the gun back to her so that she'd have something to defend herself with if anybody did come by the apartment. Then, she exited swiftly.-c

She could feel a breeze picking up as she climbed down the glass toward the ground. It played through the curly strands of hair that had fallen loose from her ponytail, gusting them across her forehead and her shoulders. The day seemed as if it was going to be pleasant and warm, and it brightened her spirits. Upon reaching the ground, she was greeted with quite a shock. There was a short, pudgy boy standing in front of the building. He was so close to it that she must have missed him when she'd looked down from the upper floors.Margot spread her feet into a fighting stance, and activated her electric gloves. The boy seemed far from threatening, but caution had got her this far.

*facepalm* xD @bunnyshadow ~~~~Loki moved his head slightly to look up from his eggs. "Well.. not according to what I heard..." He said, a bit stiffly. Putting down his cutlery, he wiped himself with a napkin. "Sylvia, how the hell did you get kidnapped?" He looked at her with his cold green eyes, his wrists resting on the edge of the table.Andrew ate silently, putting the food through a small slit where his mouth would be.~~~~~@silver_wingedAaron raised a fist to knock on the door, but at last moment decided against it. Who would answer an abandoned apartment? He coughed, and awkwardly started to walk away. When he looked back, he saw a girl ready to pounce on him. Suddenly frightened, he screamed and ran in the opposite direction, where there was some wandering chitauris. His footsteps were short but loud, and his breath went raspy as his white eyes were wide with fear.
bunnyshadow • 11 June 2012 at 10:46 PM
@skylarkWhatarobot xD~~~Sylvia decided it was best not to lie. Anyway, he could tell if she did. Sylvia bit her lip and waited a few long minutes before deciding on how to reply. "There were a group of men...", she said. "I was checking the abandoned buildings and they grabbed me from behind."

@skylarkRather than turning and either talking or fighting, as Margot might have expected, the boy turned tail and ran. He quite literally screamed all the way down the block. Her arms fell to her sides as her eyebrows knit together in confusion. That was the oddest interaction she'd had all day, and that included her introduction to Aizel. In the direction the boy was running in, a flash of movement caught her eye. There were three Chitauri, all well-armed, and the sound of the boy's screaming had certainly gotten their attention. Margot let out a frustrated sigh as she dashed into the nearest alleyway, out of sight. She could have begun her climb back up, but there was a chance of being seen, and she would prefer to keep this temporary residence. The fate of the boy struck her as unfair. He was small, unarmed, and very weak-looking. He would probably go peacefully, but torture seemed like a cruel fate . . . and those Chitauri were only getting closer. Margot closed her eyes a moment, pressing her head against the cool stone. Then, she leaped out of the alley, and met the first of the Chitauri with an electric glove to the neck.

@silver_winged @jupiter_hollow@skylarkEDIT: IGNORE THIS POST.
bunnyshadow • 11 June 2012 at 11:28 PM
@silver_winged@leafpelt~~~Fang leaned on a dirty wall. He only watched silently with his head tilted to the side as he watched a boy run into 3 chitauri. It was amusing, but the boy's screaming was high-pitched and hurt Fang's ears. Suddenly, an young women appeared on the scene. She jumped at the chitauri, and met the alien with a gloved hand around it's neck.Fang stood up straight. Didn't she know that the chitauri's were an alien race? They didn't look like they ever needed to breath, and what good would suffocating one do?He sighed, and leaned back on the wall again. This was going to be interesting.
leafpelt • 11 June 2012 at 11:41 PM
@silver_winged @bunnyshadow @jupiter_hollowFrost finally made it out of the building(it was locked) and saw Margot fighting some of those Chitauri. Eventually, she realized that Margot was helping the boy, who's screaming was infuriating. Frost made her bow and arrow into a dagger, leaped at one, and stabbed it. This is more like it, she thought. Suddenly, she lost her balance and crashed to the floor. At that point, she realized that there was someone in the shadows watching them. She ran at the stranger and held her dagger against his throat. "What do you want?"
bunnyshadow • 11 June 2012 at 11:52 PM
@leafpelt~~~"A good show.", he said calmly. He gave the dagger nothing more than a second glance, before watching the scene. An chitauri hovercraft appeared in the air above. He watched as chitauri descended onto the ground, with weapons drawn. Even more interesting.
leafpelt • 11 June 2012 at 11:53 PM
@bunnyshadowStill working.
silver_winged • 12 June 2012 at 12:15 AM
@leafpelt @bunnyshadow @skylarkThe Chitauri convulsed wildly before it collapsed to the floor with a heavy thud and the scratch of metal armor against asphalt. Margot snatched the screwdriver from her satchel, dropped to her knees, and plunged the blunt metal tip through one of its blank eyes. Its muscles were so thoroughly paralyzed by the shock that it didn't so much as move when Margot wrenched the screwdriver to the side, dragging it through the creature's brain and ensuring its death. The other Chitauri was upon her in a second, screeching and stabbing downward with its stave. Margot rolled to the side; she could hear the hissing of the air as the weapon came down next to her head. It embedded itself in the chest of the fallen Chitauri, giving Margot just enough time to launch a swinging kick at the creature's knees. It buckled and fell to the floor, its six-fingered hands slipping from the weapon. Margot scrabbled over, gasping large gulps of air in her adrenaline-fueled fervor. It threw a punch which she caught between her two hands; the electric gloves crackled as they filled the creature full of fifty thousand volts. She ultimately dispatched this one with the screwdriver as well, carving out its soft throat.-c
spiral • 12 June 2012 at 12:17 AM
She leaped to her feet and whirled to face the third one, but it already lay dead on the ground, presumably by Frost's hand. The girl was over in the next alley, confronting a strange boy that Margot hadn't noticed before. She seemed to be managing nicely, so Margot directed her attention to finding the screaming boy from before. Before she could so much as call out after him, a Chitauri hovercraft touched down, releasing four more of them. "[yeep]," she growled, already sprinting toward the first one.
leafpelt • 12 June 2012 at 12:36 AM
@bunnyshadow @silver_winged @jupiter_hollow@skylark ~~~~Frost still held the dagger to this newcomer's throat. She sensed that more Chitauri were heading down, but Margot seemed to have no trouble with them."Well then, you want a good show? It'll be the last thing you see unless you tell us your true motives!" Frost snarled. She held the dagger tighter. Frost didn't want to kill anyone...unless it was nessacary.
bunnyshadow • 12 June 2012 at 12:43 AM
@leafpelt@asi~~~Fang moved. He tilted his head and examined Frost's face with his red eyes. The slight movement caused the dagger to cut into his throat. The blood that dripped from the wound was the color of his crimson eyes. "Is that so?", he whispered.-The man at the door fell backwards as he was punched. He uttered a sharp cry that caught the attention of an pair of chitauri that happened to walk past on the streets. They slowly turned their mechanical heads towards Ray and with lightning quick reflexes, sprinted towards the boy.
asi • 12 June 2012 at 12:57 AM
Ray stared at the monsters charging towards him, and something must have clicked, because he walked inside the house, steping over the doorguy, and closed the door behind him; it locked shut with a soft -snick-."Huh," he stated plainly, looking around but not really taking anything in.He looked back at the doorman and wondered whether he should hide him in the cupboard like they did in the stories.
bunnyshadow • 12 June 2012 at 1:02 AM
@asi~~~The chitauri hit the doors head on. They weren't expecting the boy to close and lock the door. Chitauri #1 growled and hissed, while Chitauri #2 was deciding what to do. The houses and doors were basically inpenetrable, because they were made of hardened steel and other materials for protection. Chitauri #1 grunted and said in a gruff, robotic voice. "We wait. For him to come. Out."
asi • 12 June 2012 at 1:15 AM
@Bunnyshadow (I'd been thinking; the Chitauri wouldn't damage the doors, they'd get in trouble! XD)Sadly for the Chitauri, Ray wasn't planning on just turning around and going back home (especially since he knew there were metal monsters on the other side of the door, and he didn't exactly know where home was, nowadays). What does one caffined-out, hyper boy do when he's stuck in a random mansion? Duh. Take a look around. For the coffee stash. He looked left, then right. Right sounded wrong, so he decided on the left corridor. (Making it up).
leafpelt • 12 June 2012 at 1:18 AM
@bunnyshadow @silver_wingedFrost nearly took a step back. Those eyes were..unnerving. "Yes,"Frost replied firmly. "Now tell me or I'll chop your head off!" This guy was plain creepy. "Are you with Loki or not?" she repeated. Behind her, Margot was still fighting the Chitauri. She's bound to get tired soon, Frost thought worriedly.
bunnyshadow • 12 June 2012 at 4:26 AM
@leafpelt@asi~~~"That's need to know information.", he whispered. Fang leaned forward, and the dagger cut a longer gash on his throat. He didn't even wince as more of the crimson liquis flowed from the cut. "Kill me.", he said slowly.-Chitauri #1 and #2 were both starting to get impatient as the minutes passed by. Finally, they just decided to climb in through an open window.
asi • 12 June 2012 at 4:40 AM
Ray sniffed the air. He didn't -smell- kitchen...Then he heard the Chitauri climbing in through a window behind him. Ohhh crud.Seeing no convenient doors with which to barricade himself behind, the instinct that kicked in was the one that screamed, RUN!!A trail of dust clouds was literally left behind from his speed.
bunnyshadow • 12 June 2012 at 4:46 AM
@asi~~~The chitauri hissed. This was going to be harder than they thought. They ran after the direction the boy was going. Never-the-less, the boy would have to stop for rest soon. if only he wasn't so full of energy.
asi • 12 June 2012 at 5:25 AM
Ray was thinking along the same lines. There had to be some kind of room (preferably a kitchen) coming off the hall with a nice big door he could use soon. If only the doors he tried weren't all freaking locked. Finally, when one door he tried wasn't shut tight, the room inside was full of Chitauri, who unfortunately didn't gracefully accept his hurried apology like ladies should.Ohhhhh freaking hell, pretty much summed up the situation, from Ray's point of view. He wondered why the owners of this crazy mansion had so many Chitauri everywhere, because the place was simply infested. And when several of the things walked out of a room to see the boy catapulting towards them with hordes of their kind of his heels, unfortunately they weren't dumb enough to just let him go on his way.

@silver_winged@leafpelt@asi@bunnyshadowForever alone ;_; (XD)It had been partially true that she'd been a burden, she had to admit that and after all, it wouldn't have been convenient for them to come back for her now, was it? She surprisingly was okay with that decision. She wanted to do nothing with any crazy Avengers adventures in any way. It was sunrise already so she guessed it was time to take her leave. She had an array of broken ribs, a shattered nose, add a bloodied foot to that list and another bruise or two. She needed to get the wounds treated and that wasn't going to be convenient in an old, run down, potentially scrap building so she decided against staying. Aizel quickly fetched her shoe that she'd taken despite the surprise commontion outside and plopped down on the bare ground, putting it on with a wince. The pressure on her foot doubled but she couldn't care less. It was going to be a waste of a perfectly good shoe otherwise. Supporting herself on the nearby broken desk, she managed to stand up on waggling legs and after snatching the gun she'd been left, quickly exited the building. She reluctantly admitted to having a huge problem with stair climbing but managed to reach the front door after a few minutes of shouts and curses. As Aizel went out onto the street, her eyes instantly fell on the Chitauri hovercraft nearby.

She stepped back into the shadows of the building but a tad too late. One of the metallic clad cratures had already spotted her. The rest of them weren't alarmed as the Chitauri charged at her with pointed sharp claws. With her shattered foot and broken arm, her chances of beating it were slim, but her chances of running were even slimmer. So in the end, she chose the next best thing, fight. Welcoming the pointed claws with a sparring blow, she managed to overpower the creature with speed and twisted its limb to the point of nearly breaking. Realising too late what was to come her eyes widened as the creature screeched terrifyingly, catching the attantion of the other three Chitauri. "Are you friggin kidding me?" she asked, more of a question to herself than to the creature. Hooking her arm around the Chitauri's neck, she turned it's head sharply to the left, hearing its neck snap with a sickening sound. She righted the body of the creature so it shielded her from the sharp claws of the other Chitauri but stumbled back as one of the monsters decided to straight forward pounce on her. The creature jumped square onto the dead Chitauri's chest and swatted at her head. Despite the weight she carried, Aizel still had the time and strenght to extend a fist and shatter the Chitauri's jaw (that is. if it had any).
jupiter_hollow • 12 June 2012 at 2:02 PM
Screeching in pain, the beast jumped back but Aizel couldn't quite see where it had gone after that, hence the dead Chitauri that she couldn't see past. The next creature attacked shortly after, clawing powerfully at the cold flash of its comrade and making her almost lose her balance. Its attacks were precise and she soon found herself unable to hold together the devoured body of the beast. Flunking the bloodied Chitauri to the side, she soon regretted doing so. Now, the attacks were aimed directly at her and she was almost incapable of avoiding the monster's claws and hits. A fierce attack was met was quickly avoided and an equally fierce fist to the face of the Chitairu followed. Turning to smirk at the creature, she was ausprised to find it unfazed by her attack. Her distraction was used as a disadvantage fairly quick and another beast darted towards her, leaping in the air and aiming to pounce onto her thin form. At the last moment, she spotted the creature in mid air and stepped back a few before sharply extending her leg. The Chitauri was met with a leather clad boot to its head and was flunked left by the intensity of the kick. Despite that, Aizel received the equal amount of damage, having balanced her whole body on her broken leg. She stumbled backwards, wincing slightly. The kick had apparently crackd the beast's skull, seeing as it lay unmovin in a bloodied and broken heap on the ground.

Panting slightly, she narrowed her body again, preparing herself for the next attack to come and squinted her eyes against the two last standing Chitauri. In a matter of seconds, the two beasts hauled theirselves at her and this time, her speed couldn't compensate for the lack of mobility. As an already bloodied claw met her shoulder, she let out a scream and lucthed the wound, growling at the monster. She doubled over in pain and suddenly felt something dig into her stomach slightly. HEr mind clicked - the gun. In the speed of light, she pulled out the weapon and with a smirk aimed it at one of the Chitauris. A gunshot rung in the air as the creature tumbled to the ground, black blood oozing from the wound in its head. The other beast was reluctant to attack but attempted to pounce none the less. Letting out a snicker, Aizel pulled the trigger in delight, watching the second limp body join the first on the ground. Panting and wheezing filled the air, she clutched her wounded shoulder and was relieved to find that the new pain had at least numbed the one in her foot. Scrambling in the shadows of the building again, Aizel leaned on the wall, easing the pressure in her foot and rubbed her shoulder tiredly. The gun was once again tucked under her shirt as she remained waiting for either enemies or allys to come. Happily, none came.
