"Well..." Ray thought about it. "Why not? I'm not being killed, tortured or having to work my butt off, and that pretty much makes it a good day. You know, prisons aren't as bad as people make them out. Lying around without a job in the world... Beats hammering breastplates all day, any day. And I might have had some pretty good coffee this morning," he admitted, looking a little dreamy. "Caffine..."
bunnyshadow • 16 June 2012 at 1:59 AM
@asi~~~"Psh... Caffeine is nothing compared to the stuff my Dad drinks.", she said with an O_O expression. "And... HOW did you get the drink..?", she asked suspiciously. She put an hand on her forhead suddenly and just stood there for a few seconds unmoving. Then she crossed her arms and glanced at Ray, waiting for an response.
asi • 16 June 2012 at 2:06 AM
Ray mirrored her wide-eyed expression. (He imagined how bad HE'D be if he tried anything stronger...) "Um... I'm pretty sure my history lessons say the leading cause of deaths before Loki was drinking and driving... Are you sure that's a good habit for someone who's meant to be ruling the world?" he inquired delicately. "Like I said," he grinned. "Tresspassing." Then he noticed her strange gesture. "Are you feeling okay?"
bunnyshadow • 16 June 2012 at 2:51 AM
@asi~~~"I don't know, but it doesn't really affect him much..", she said, with her expression still wide eyed. "He just.. Goes... Erm... His temper shortens... A lot.", she stated. She smiled slightly at Ray's response to her question. "I'm fine. Just a headache.", she added.
asi • 16 June 2012 at 3:46 AM
Ray flinched slightly; that was definitely not a good thing if Ray wanted to live, and/or get out of this prison sometime in the next fifteen years. "Mm. I'd suggest a glass of water. Or coffee." His own mother had always told him when he got a migraine to, and quote; "Bash his head against the wall until it went away", but he figured that probably wouldn't win him any points with Sylvia.
bunnyshadow • 16 June 2012 at 3:59 AM
@asi (Post on the discussion board?)~~~Sylvia shrugged. "It's OK, I don't need water.", she said. She yawned. "I'm just a little sleepy.", she said. When she finished her statements, she sat down with her back to Ray's cell. (She was leaning on the actual bars.) "How does it feel like? Living as a human?", she asked as a slight blur of white caught her eye. She turned to look by her side and saw an fluffy white kitten. (She loves cats) Sylvia picked it up and hugged it.
asi • 16 June 2012 at 4:12 AM
Ray considered knocking her out, nicking her sword and getting the hell out of here. It wasn't worth it."As a human?" he snorted. "You really think you're all that different, huh. I've NEVER considered myself one of them. I live as ME. Now that that's cleared up... If you meant what feels like working in a factory, the answer's complete crud. Back at my home..." he trailed off, realizing he was opening up more than he'd ever intended. He watched her and the kitten with a strange look on his face.
bunnyshadow • 16 June 2012 at 4:23 AM
@asi~~~Sylvia cuddled the kitten and started to pet it's head. She leaned back onto the bars with the kitten in her arms as Ray spoke. "Back at home..?", she questioned curiously. She ignored the snort and the part about working in the factories being like 'crud'. "I'm sure the factories aren't THAT bad.", she said, although even she didn't believe her own words. Sylvia shrugged it off, it didnt have anything to do with her, anyway.
asi • 16 June 2012 at 4:38 AM
He hesitated. "I... I was..." Ray paused again, struggling to find the right words. "I'm not from around here," he said finally. That said both what he wanted to voice, for the first time ever, and addressed her question. "At least, I don't think so..." he murmured to himself quietly. He went back to staring at the ceiling. "And I didn't even work in the factories until recently." That was it, he really ought not to say any more... It would just raise more questions, one's he didn't want to answer, ones he couldn't answer. "I'm sure your past is much more interesting than mine," he finished shortly.A sarcastic smile lifted his melancholy mood. "I wouldn't be so sure on something you know oh-so little about."
bunnyshadow • 16 June 2012 at 4:55 AM
@asi~~~"Oh...", Sylvia said thoughtfully. "Isn't she cute?", she said suddenly. Sylvia poked the kitten as it wedged itself between the bars of Ray's cell, then meowed in displeasure as it struggled to get out. Finally, with a hiss, the kitten was plucked from the bars and was huggle squished by Sylvia again. XD"Tell me a story.", Sylvia said to Ray.
asi • 16 June 2012 at 5:17 AM
@Bunnyshadow X3Ray made a non-committal shrug; cats weren't one of his favourite animals, though he secretly agreed.Tell her a story? What was she, five years old? What was HE, her mother? He couldn't believe it was the same girl. Then, what harm could it do? Ray tilted his head so he could look at her speculatively. If she was going to take over after Loki..."You didn't say the magic word," he smiled, settling for a neutral stand.
bunnyshadow • 16 June 2012 at 10:45 AM
@asi 😉~~~"What word?", she asked, clearly confused. Sylvia poked the kitten's belly and yawned. The kitten struggled out of Sylvia's hold and squirmed through the bars of Ray's cell. It jumped up onto the small barred window and squished through the bars, before jumping outside. Cats were such interesting little creatures. x)

@bunnyshadow @jupiter_hollow @silver_winged~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Frost bit her lip. This guy was unnerving and disturbing. When she had first stepped aside, she had hoped that he would be taken care of quickly. With nightfall coming in, it was best to hide before the moon was high. Then there was Aizel. That idiotic girl tried to be nice to him. Sure, Frost knew that she was a little aggressive, but if someone is soft and weak, they wouldn't last too long. Besides, Frost had a notion of that being friendly to this guy wasn't going to cut it. He did ask to die, after all. Margot had gone from a nice attitude to a tougher attitiude, just like Frost had when they first met. That only ended it the other guy's death, who kept asking, "Which of you want to die first?" as if the girls were weak. It was especially unnerving that the creepy guy with red eyes seemed to know him, yet killed him without mercy.Frost decided on a hard questioning tactic. "I ask you again, what is it do you want? You have killed a guy that seemed to know you well without mercy. That's Loki's style."
bunnyshadow • 16 June 2012 at 3:11 PM
@leafpelt~~~A slight wind swept across the empty street as a few of the crows and ravens swooped down onto Lake's corpse. Fang's expression remained bland and uncaring, and he turned towards Frost. The wind blew his cardinal(dark crimson-red color, almost black) hair across his face, shielding his eyes from view."What is it that I want?", he said. "Loki's style? No.", he paused as another slight wind swept across the street."No. It is not Loki's style."
leafpelt • 16 June 2012 at 3:18 PM
@bunnyshadowFrost snapped out, "Loki kills without mercy. You knew that guy, who didn't seem like an enemy to you, but you tore him to pieces. How is that not like Loki? You're really hinting that you're helping Loki." Frost's eyes looked where he was looking. that guy was looking at the corpse of the other guy he had just killed. Crows were starting to pick at it. Her voice sharpened and hardened as something hit her. He didn't exactly seem like one of Loki' s minions...he was too calm for them. "You're a loner, aren't you?"
bunnyshadow • 16 June 2012 at 3:23 PM
@leafpelt~~~"Your doing the same.", Fang said with a scoff. "It was proven as you held the knife to my throat.", he continued hearlessly. When Frost asked if he was a loner, Fang didn't reply. In fact, he pretended he had never heard it come out of her mouth. Instead, he turned around and started to walk away.
leafpelt • 16 June 2012 at 3:29 PM
@bunnyshadow"But I didn't kill you, did I?" Even as she said it, Frost froze. She had almost killed him, for information. Then, he had started turning away. "Wait," Frost said. "By turning away, you're confirming you're a loner. Don't all loners have a backstory to tell or something? "
bunnyshadow • 16 June 2012 at 3:33 PM
@leafpelt~~~Fang stopped walking at Frost's last statement. "I -", he stopped talking and shook his head. "Leave me alone before I kill you too.", he said a little sadly. He kicked an rock that was lieing on the ground next to his feet. "No.", he replied to Frost's question.
leafpelt • 16 June 2012 at 3:42 PM
@bunnyshadow @silver_winged~~~~~Perfect. Just perfect. They were at a roadblock. "You really think I care if I get killed?"Frost snapped. " I rather die than get captured." She added in her thoughts, Most of all, not get my friends killed. "Ok, so you won't tell us anything, yet you just killed a person. Can't you just tell us...anything?"
bunnyshadow • 16 June 2012 at 3:57 PM
@leafpelt~~~What an question. How many times had she asked that already? Fang narrowed his eyes. "No.", he said. "I thought I made that an obvious answer already." He yawned and rubbed his eyes.
leafpelt • 16 June 2012 at 4:06 PM
@bunnyshadow @silver_winged @jupiter_hollow"Your name, at least?" Frost muttered loudly enough for him to hear. "You can at least stay here for the night."she said louder, hesitantly.Frost didn't know why she blurted that out, but she guessed that she couldn't leave him to die. She barely glanced a Margot and Aizel as she said, "I'll keep watch. I'm used to not sleeping for days."
bunnyshadow • 16 June 2012 at 4:23 PM
@leafpelt @silver_winged @jupiter_hollow~~~"Fang.", he said slowly and quietly. Fang turned around to face Frost when she said that he could stay for the night. He examined his surroundings, and finally said,"Can I?". The question was directed at no one, but he didn't want to stay unless everyone would allow it. He put an hand in his pants pocket.
asi • 16 June 2012 at 4:36 PM
"You're kidding," Ray stared. "You know. When you're asking someone -politely- to do something for you, rather than -ordering- it. I don't take -orders-," he said, distaste at the idea evident in his tone.
leafpelt • 16 June 2012 at 5:41 PM
@bunnyshadow @silver_winged @jupiter_hollowFrost was startled. She hadn't expected..Fang to accept. Fang didn't seem to like or have company. "Well, I'm sure Aizel here wouldn't mind," she said slowly. "However,"she added. "Margot might."
bunnyshadow • 16 June 2012 at 6:45 PM
@asi @leafpelt~~~"Uh.." Sylvia shifted uncomfortably in her position. "You mean the word the humans use when the chitauri are about to kill them and they beg to live ...?", She paused and thought. "Please...?" Sylvia started rubbing the cloth of her shirt between her thumb and forefinger.-"Well it's not like I WANT to stay.", he said suddenly.
leafpelt • 16 June 2012 at 7:10 PM
@bunnyshadowFrost huffed. Was this a question about sense of pride or what? she thought. "Yeah, we all LOVE for you to stay with us."she said sarcastically. "Turning to the others, she said, "So..have you decided?"
asi • 16 June 2012 at 7:39 PM
Ray frowned. That was the only experience she had of the word? He'd learned something today. That Loki wasn't exactly suited to fatherhood. Ray closed his eyes tight, trying to remember SOME kind of story that didn't involve soppy romance, which practically every one his mum had told him did. "Um... Have you heard the one about the Sneetches?" He kind of hoped she had, because repeating something that stupid was going to slowly make him die inside.(I couldn't think of anything else XD)
silver_winged • 16 June 2012 at 8:02 PM
@leafpelt @jupiter_hollow @bunnyshadow @skylarkMargot raised an eyebrow in Frost's direction. She couldn't decide which of the two was crazier--the boy, for his freakish appearance and merciless slaughter, or Frost, for wanting to welcome this kid into their "home." Her frown deepened slightly. The boy was most likely a loner, like Frost had said, and with his battle skills he could certainly be of use. However, Margot didn't trust him any farther than she could throw him. Trust seemed to be the key issue in this case. Aizel had been ready from the beginning to call him one of their own, and now it seemed Frost was warming up as well. There was a part of Margot that felt ashamed to be the "bad cop" of the situation."He stays supervised," she instructed begrudgingly, "at all times. At least until I can trust him." With one more sweeping glance around the street, she switched off her electric gloves. It was a sign of peace, even if it did make her considerably more uncomfortable. There was also the matter of the boy from earlier. He was still close by, hanging back by the alley. If Margot had observed correctly, he had some kind of healing capability. She approached him with long, easy strides, and stared down straight into his eyes. "Would you like to join us as well?" The friendly nature of the question was in stark contrast to her serious tone.
bunnyshadow • 16 June 2012 at 8:35 PM
@silver_winged@leafpelt~~~Fang shrugged but stayed where he was, a few feet away from everyone. He watched as Margot switched off her electric glove. Margot started to stride towards the boy that was in the dark alley, and Fang continued to watch /examine whatever was going on. Fang scoffed as he heard Margot speak to the other boy with an friendly like tone. Then, he spoke to no one. "Where are we staying?"
nightmare • 16 June 2012 at 9:22 PM
@asi~~~Sylvia thought for a while. "No. I've never heard of them"I have to go to a party sorry for the short post >.<
