Fang saw Margot and Ray go into another room out of the corner of his eyes. He jumped over the counter, as he was to lazy to walk around it. When he landed safely on the ground on the inside, he opened an cabinet near the floor and started to dig through it.

Unfortunately, all he found were dusty cans with fruits and vegetables. He frowned. Was there no meet around here?

(Lol... He never actually said he was captured; for all they know, he was sipping lemonade, lounging about and comparing favourite novels with Loki... X3
... Good point, that's a pretty reasonable assumption to make XD)

Ray sighed, about to say something stupid to Frost informing her he could do a little better than a freaking stick; god knows where he'd find one here, anyway (He give the room a good once-over though; noting anything of interest that he may add to his collection later), when Margot indicated to follow her into a different room.
Now practically burning up from the suspense, he did as she said and closed the door behind them, even though this action intimidated him just as much as earlier; he almost expected her to suddenly lash out. But, of course, if she had been planning to do so, she would have done it with her allies close by to back her up, even if she thought she'd not need it. Which'd mean she'd underestimated him. Or that was his 10-second reasoning.
Did this have to do with Stark? Well, of course it had to do with Stark. Somehow. It wasn't likely that it was a school trip, or they were trying to scavenge anything that the Chitauri may have overlooked (mind-drooling). He gave her a calm, inquiring look, and tried not to look too thrilled/delighted/excited/surprised that she was going to actually tell him something so easily; probably. And also reminded himself not to start jumping up and down/squealing like a 3 year old if something Stark-y came up.

Fang closed the cabinet empty handed. Nothing in there had caught his eye, and he wasn't all that hungry anyways. Probably. He stood up just as Ray closed the door, and an little smirk crossed his face. What were they going to do in there? Make-Out?

He walked out from behind the counter, and started deciding whether to go inside the room or not while they were doing there thing.

Margot stood in the center of the room, watching to make sure that Ray had securely closed the door. Once it was shut, she let out a deep sigh, her shoulders drooping with released tension. Even in the shadowy light of the room, the dark circles underneath her eyes were all too apparent.

Steadily, she crossed the room and took a seat on the bottom bunk bed. Simultaneously she pulled the device from her pocket, allowing it to rest on her lap as she sat. "Come on," she murmured as she turned the device over in her hands, motioning with a tilt of her chin for Ray to sit down next to her.

"Stark Towers has roof access," she began all too simply. "Which means I can get us in. It'll be a long climb up, but I'm good to go." With this statement out of the way, she shook her head for a moment, wondering where to go next.

"Loki . . . " she started again, before her voice trailed off and her eyes fell shut. "This has just gone on too long. Way, way too long. People all over the world are being oppressed and terrorized, and I'm [yeep] sick of it. Now that I'm a fugitive, and my punishment is probably already death . . ." She let out a low, dark chuckle. "There's really no way to go but forward."

As Margot sighed, Ray stole a discerning glance at her from under his eyelashes. Why did she relax so much now the others had gone? She didn't trust them? She trusted him?? In any case, she definitely needed a good night's sleep... Or some coffee, he thought, empathetic.
He took the seat next to her and watched her playing with the unfamiliar device while she spoke. Of course, he agreed completely with what she said. He'd seen the factories. This certainly could not continue. But he also remembered Sylvia... She didn't even KNOW what it was like, she had no idea... But it was right before her eyes...! Ray shook his head slowly, in agreement. "But what are you going to do about it?" he questioned softly, not demanding, more like a wistful, defeatest tone; like he wished she had the answers, but believed there to be none.
It was really painful. Desperately hoping for a speck of hope, a ray of light to shine down from somewhere, or anywhere, and show him how to make a difference, change if only the smallest thing, to make a whole a better place...
But it was too hard. Too painful. Ray wasn't a strong person. And he most certainly wasn't a hero... He wasn't Tony Stark, and he never will be.

Margot kept her eyes closed. She had heard and absorbed Ray's question, but it took her a long moment to produce an answer to it. "My first day at the factory," she began softly, "I suffered a wicked electrical burn. I was so torn up about it--I complained to the woman who I share a house with. Then she showed me her own hands, which were covered in burns just like mine." For a brief moment she paused, wetting her lips and stilling her fidgeting hands. "That only made me more upset. We were all suffering from the shoddy machinery. When I told her that, she replied with almost exactly the same question.

"For a while, I didn't do anything. I was so disheartened by it all. But eventually, I made myself some gloves." She flexed her hands, and then opened her eyes. She was staring forward into the face of the painted phoenix, with glorious flames swirling around its newly reborn body. "What I mean to say is, I'm going to do absolutely everything I can to get this revolution started. -c

I found this camera in the hand of a severed arm in some deserted alley," she said finally, flipping open the viewing screen and paging back to the first video. She selected the play button, and the very first entry came to life once more: Stark fiddling with the camera and bantering with Banner, all in good spirits. The video diary continued into day two, with all the Avengers seated around the table in their flying base. Margot paused it before it could continue into any footage she had not yet seen.

Fang leaned back against a dusty couch and sat there for a few minutes. After a while, he began to wonder what was taking Margot and Ray such a long time. If they really were having a make-out session, it still would have been finished already.

Withought another word, he walked silently across the room and furthest from the door where Ray and Margot entered. He stepped into the corner where the room they were in curved off into a different place and used his hands to push the wall, to see if it was sturdy. It was.

Fang then stepped sideways, so his right side faced the wall. Then, when he made sure that no one was looking, he shimmered and stepped into the wall. Everything went blacl and dusty, then he appeared on the other side. Luckily, he was in a darker corner near a broken cabinet, and both Margot's and Ray's backs were facing Fang.

Then he froze, and looked towards Margot's hands to see the same metal device Frost mentioned earlier. Fang spotted an image of an group of people around a table, where Margot had paused it.

He frowned as Margot explained, and his gaze drifted downwards, eventually settling to rest one of his own hands (the amored one, he was careful to keep out of sight and not draw attention to); dirty, calloused and scarred. He was one of the lucky ones, of course. Well, some was skill, but mostly, fat freaking luck, luck that he hadn't lost fingers, a hand, his life...
Ray simply watched as she pressed play and the camera came to life.
And then it was over, and Ray didn't know what to say, or what to feel. After all, these people were DEAD. But looking into that screen, the Avengers seemed... So ALIVE.
They were DEAD. Dead and gone. Loki killed them. How could Margot believe she could succeed where they had failed? He stared blankly at the wall, unable to process exactly what this video meant for him. Stark... His hero. Ray... Felt like he was supposed to do something. Only, he didn't know what.

Aaron rubbed his eyes and curled up onto the couch, next to Frost. He dozed off as the door clicked behind Ray and Margot.
Dreaming of a dreamless sleep, Aaron snored. It was much past midnight, no wonder he was so tired.

Breaking the dreamless part of his dream, two extremely tall glass towers loomed over Aaron's view. The blue neon sign flickered, and the loose wire sparked. It read; STA K. Quickly inhaling, Aaron read STARK and bolted towards the building. It seemed so exciting, to finally be here, to see what Tony was a part of! 7 or 9 people were shadowed just inside the grand glass doors, each laughing and chatting. Barely containing his excitement, he threw open the door. There was his worst nightmare waiting for him.
Chitauris grabbed his arms and lifted him off of his feet as Loki laughed, pointing his weapon at Aaron's family. The blue orb lit up as Loki told Aaron to tell his family goodbye.
Aaron, thrashing his arms around as his feet tried to find his holding chitauris, protested by screaming and crying, "NOO!"
Loki's blue eyes flamed as he laughed again and his weapon discharged.

Aaron was still yelling when he woke up to the dark apartment, his forehead lined with sweat. He gasped, clutching his chest. His throat was terribly dry as he exclaimed, "Oh, by the mercy of Mjolnir, thank the skies that was just a nightmare!" He melted, suddenly exhausted.
His eyes were droopy as he croakily asked, "Water, please..."

Margot nodded for a moment, wondering how to interpret Ray's silence. He rarely seemed lost for words, so it had to mean something to him. She shut the viewing screen of the camcorder with a sound click and then stared down at the lump of metal in her hands. It shone dimly in the sparse moonlight that came through the grimy windows.

"I really think we can do this," she said after a while. "Nowadays I guess we think of the Avengers as something special, but once upon a time they were all just people . . . except for Thor, I guess. We just need some heroes right now."

The words came from an old, tangled web of thoughts and emotions. Only now were certain threads beginning to shine through for her. "Stark is the closest thing we have to a lead, and I intend to take it. I just need to know whether or not you can commit to this."

Fang shifted uncomfortably as Margot spoke. Her words were moving and he thought about Stark, Banner, all those. Margot was right, they were all human or once human. Black widow was an human. So was Stark, he was only in an suit. Thor was the only exception.

He took a slight step forward, trying to read the two's expression, but ended up stepping on an floorboard. Unfortunately, it was creaky and a slight squek emitted from the wooden floorboard. He held his breath, hoping they would be to wrapped up in their conversation to notice.

Margot sat quietly, expecting some kind of response from Ray. What she got was an odd creaky noise, just like the kind the old staircase at the factory made.

Her head whipped to the side, trailing behind it a ponytail of curly hair. The very back of it would have brushed against Ray's face. Though it was difficult to see in the dark, she thought she could make out a human figure. It was too tall to be Aizel or Aaron, and it certainly didn't look like Frost--that left one suspect.

"What the hell are you doing in here?" she demanded in a low, steady tone.

He was already backed up against the dark, shadowy wall. Fang hoped that Margot wouldn't have recognized his form, due to the dark. Withought another thought, he left a mere half-second after Margot finished asking her question.

Fang leaned upon the wall and slipped right through. When he reached the other side, he slumped down on the dusty couch and played asleep.

"... Commit?" Ray echoed hollowly after a minute. He thought about it. Them. The second Avengers. Stupid red capes fluttering and all. Oh, he could see them all right.
He opened his mouth to say more, when the floor creaked and he got hair-faced.
"Vampy?" he hazarded tonelessly, when no reply was given. Not even a vampire phasing through walls could surprise Ray today.

Margot let out an impatient sigh and abruptly stood up. She stuffed the camcorder into her satchel before frowning down at Ray. A part of her recognized that it probably wasn't fair to suddenly act so hostile. That part of her would be more easily heard when Margot had something to eat and a good night's sleep. "Think about it," she said forcefully, before marching across the room and throwing the door open.

Vam--Fang was lying on the couch, probably to try and make them think that he'd been sleeping this whole time. She rapped on the leg of the couch with the toe of her boot. "Excuse me," she snapped, waiting for his attention.

Frost perked up from her bored position as she heard loud footsteps high in the building. She quietly ran up, careful not to make a sound. It could always be Margot, or it could be something else. She saw a door opened and heard a snappy remark from Margot.

Oops, she thought. Frost had remembered that she shouldn't have left her post, but it was too late. She crept slowly, and watched behind the wall.

Fang moved his hands behind his head and opened his eyes. "What?", he asked, a bit to innocently. Turning his head slightly, he looked past Margot to see Frost creep in. There was a tiny part of him that wanted to bite Margot if she stepped any closer, just to freak Frost out. The larger part of him just said: Whatever.

Ray wanted to call out, tell her to wait, say something, he didn't know why. So he could explain himself, maybe. But then she was gone, and he simply withdrew back into this new shell that had appeared, after watching that video. Swinging his legs around, he lay on the bed and stared up at the Phoenix Mural. He truly wanted to say yes to Margot. Join up with this crazy rebellion dream of her's. But a part of him just laughed. Who was he kidding? Ray was no hero. Ray was no Stark. He was a lazy, good for nothing kid who this very instant was placing his so-called friends in danger, just by staying with them. Oh yes, he knew the Chitauri were looking for him- probably.
He exhaled slowly. Ray, Ray, what are you going to do? he mused. Maybe... Maybe he'd find the answer at Stark's tower.

Aaron mumbled random words leading to aimless sentences, his voice dry and croaky.
Some words went like "Tower, tower danger, enemies surroundth yous, Tony deadth..." He gasped sharply, "Thor live oneth to rule, taketh over chitauris.. people rebel-elelelelelelel..." The vowel rolled over his short tongue,
"Loki!"
he ended abruptly, finishing the villain's name with a half-raised shout.
His eyes were bloodshot and wide, and he was sitting up, his back unnaturally straight.
Then, as if someone punched him on the chest, he fell back onto the couch and lay there, exhausted. Aaron's eyes were droopy again and he belched.

Sylvia sat down on her bed and leaned back on her pillow thoughtfully. Her kitten Tessa pawed around on the covers and meowed to himself. Sylvia poked the kitten and her mind strayed back to the night before when Margot shocked her.

She wondered if her father knew about the rebels, and if he was going to do anything about it.

Andrew was in the study of Loki's house, a library that was massive in amount of books and size. The ceiling was 50ft away from the floor, and the walls were lined with old books and documents. The room was long and wide, and a couple of chairs were grouped around a fireplace at the end of the room. In the very center of the room, there was a grand mahogany round table that had comfortable chairs around it.

Andrew was seated in front of the fireplace, reading what looked to be a very old book. The pages were nearly falling out of the book, and it had a strong smell of age.

After a while, Sylvia stood up and walked around her room boredly. She decided to head out to the study, maybe she could even find an interesting book to read. Sylvia awkwardly stepped out into the hallway and down the stairs to the study.

When she arrived, she saw Andrew across the room, seated in front of the fireplace, reading an rather old book. Sylvia walked towards Andrew and sat besides him. "What book are you reading?", she asked.

Andrew put the book back in its respective spot and turned to face Sylvia. He raised an eyebrow, "What rebels?
The ones who kidnapped you are dead."
He let the statement hang in the air as he fixed an open piece on his armor near his wrist, and it sprang shut with a loud crack. Andrew shrugged again, "I do agree with the ignorance key, though." He sat back down, "Tell me about these rebels."

Fang's innocent facade was infuriating, but Margot realized there was nothing she could do (other than scream at him or hit him.) The thought of electrocuting him crossed her mind, and she entertained it for a moment before tossing it to the side. What had just happened was a breach in order, and order was to be restored.

"I don't know if you ever learned," Margot said just short of yelling, "but there's a certain way to behave around people. And that includes respecting their privacy. None of us know each other all that well, so whenever possible, we are all going to give each other space." She did a sweeping glance around the room, trying to see who was up and listening. Fang remained idle on the couch, and Ray hadn't yet emerged from the room. Frost was just barely visible in the doorway. Margot stopped for just a moment, wondering whether to ask if there was an emergency, but Frost's facial expression was answer enough.

"Closed door means don't come in," she articulated. "Are there any other rules anybody thinks I should make clear?"

"That's nice to know.", Fang said rather carelessly. He sat up and rubbed the back of his neck. "Are there any rules about what to do if I catch an spy of Loki's in this little group?", he said. His question was rather suspicious, and there was a slight smile twitching on his lips, but he kept his gaze on no one in particular.

Ray stuck his head around the door, in reply to Margot's privacy speech. "No biting," he volunteered, half joking, half serious. On hearing Fang's question, he paled a little. They knew he had been imprisoned, right? So he was cool. Nothing to worry about. He ignored that small, niggling sensation of guilt, and listened for Margot's answer with apparent disinterest.
