@sony @mastergemma Oh yeah, one of them! (A megaphone.) xD I looked up 'loudspeaker' on Wikipedia but there were so many different types (magnetostrictive speakers, ribbon and planar magnetic loudspeakers, transparent ionic conduction speaker...) I gave up. 😋

Well, we're both in it together. xP I'm probably going to keep saying to myself, "I'll get it next year!" and then... procrastination. xD

To be honest, I never bother with dressing up, simply because I don't go out trick-or-treating. (It's a vicious circle--I don't go trick-or-treating because I don't want to dress up, and I don't want to dress up because there's no point if I'm not going trick-or-treating. xD)

If you had a test on the day after, you're probably lucky your country doesn't celebrate Halloween that much then. Your desk would probably be stricken with stray cobwebs and pumpkin crumbs. xP

Hathor89's immortalised a few more coves and my post is actually filled to the brim (i.e. I can't add any more creatures) with things to update... Probably filled more with creatures to be removed than fed, though! 😃

@leafpelt Do you mean the storm? It wasn't pleasant at all. D: We weren't actually affected that much and afterwards it was super sunny and you wouldn't have even known if there was a storm or not.

I do know a bit of romaji though and that helps

My family used to live in Japan before I was born and my brother's picking up Japanese again at university as an optional course. I'm already learning four other languages (Mandarin Chinese, German, French and Latin--sort of want to drop German, though) but I'd love to learn Japanese or sign language. ❤️

@mastergemma Most Latin-based languages are pretty similar to each other and have a lot of cognates. I've been learning French since I was six years old and my brother took it (as well as Chinese Mandarin and Latin) for GCSEs and got an A* so I'm hoping to follow in his footsteps.

I don't like speaking German because I just can't pronounce anything. D:
