Topic Problem! :I

Ok, here is a problem. I got a ping to a topic, but I was unable to click it. Then, I went to my Notifications and then I clicked on it, but it said that the topic did not exist. o.o

Then, I went to the Livepulse and clicked the topic I was pinged on and it worked just fine!

Has anyone else gotten this problem? :I

@izzfred I'm using Google Chrome. 😋 It's probably a new bug, so it's probably normal that not many people have gotten this problem. :I

I've been hearing about this bug, yes.

Could you take a screen shot of your Notifications page, pointing out which Notification is acting up, so I can investigate it more.

Me, too. I also use Google Chrome and I got pinged by @eggs on September 7 and on my notifications it said User eggs has pinged you on ----PROJECT eggCARE---- Please donate if you care! ^^----. 9:56 pm
But when I clicked it it said
Topic Does Not Exist

Oops! The topic you're trying to view does not exist.

I had the same problem just now. ☹️ Ian should fix this soon because if we see the notification hours later the topic might not be in livepulse.

With regards to not being able to click the link, does this only happen in the notification popup, but not on the Notifications page? Or in both places is it not clickable?

@Ian The notification popup is unclickable. This happening to me as well. Clicking the link on the Notifications page directs you to a "topic does not exist" page.

Just clicked the link from your ping and it worked for me. From your Notifications page, could you copy and paste the /forums/goto_post_by_id URL that redirects you to the topic that doesn't exist?
