Velvet smiled gratefully. "Thank you. And you don't need to bring anything. Lets get back before anyone is aware of our absence.

((I'll wait for the action to start, then I'll use Flame.))

Will nodded, then gathered up the two leaves and headed back towards camp, faster this time. He had been gone for a while now. Genko was going to be curious. He sniffed the air, cautious about dogs ever since he had known of Genko's plan- and satisfied that there was nothing strange going on yet, continued on his way. If only he could pass through camp unseen.

Cloudfeather swallowed the thrush happily. She kept an eye on Crimson, hoping she wasn't still troubled about Genko. She sighed and got up after finishing up her thrush. She then thought about Velvet. "She's been gone for quite a while."

Storm watched with her eyes narrowed. "Joining, huh?" She didn't trust this fox one bit. "Come with me."

Mist looked at Zendyn. "Could I be a hunter?" She asked. She desperately wanted to retire from a life of fighting.

Crimson Ran off towards the border. She saw two wolves sitting there on the border. "Velvet!" She whispered out loud without thinking. When she realized she did it, she quickly scurried a short distance up a tree and into a hole and covered herself with pine needles.

Deleted • 2 July 2013 at 7:51 PM

Zedyn nodded. "We won't want you to fight until we trust you," he said shortly and then turned away, leaving Mist with Storm.

Cloudfeather couldn't take it, she walked out of camp and smelt Crimson's scent going the direction to the Dark Purity border. 'I might as well say farewell to her,' she thought. As she began to walk, she could smell Velvet's scent. Weird. She then paused in horror at the sight of Velvet talking with Will. A small deep growl emerged from her throat. She then looked away, remembering about what she had discussed with Crimson about Velvet. But then, she noticed Velvet had given Will herbs. How could she? When our clan needed herbs the most, she gives them to an enemy clan?

Will froze, mid stride. Other foxes. He could smell the healer, Cloudfeather, but also another fox whom he vaguely remembered. Crimson. Turning slowly around but seeing nobody, he sat down once more.
"There's no use hiding," he called. "I can smell you. Crimson, Cloudfeather. I'm not stupid."
He sat there silently, cocking his head as if thinking.
"I don't intend to attack either of you as well, so let us all keep our teeth and claws to ourselves, shall we?"

Deleted • 2 July 2013 at 8:17 PM

Cloudfeather snarled. "Velvet gave you herbs," she said deeply and slowly, "from our border, and why did you meet here? You know it's against the rules to give herbs to another clan, unless needed, and I think you guys have enough herbs on your own side so that we Morning Creek won't have to give you some." She unsheathed her claws, letting them dig into the soft soil of Morning Creek. She glared at Velvet. "I'm telling Koryo about this," she snarled, "he won't be happy."

Will's eyes visibly darkened. "We did not intentionally meet here." He said slowly, "I found her at the border. We were engaging in friendly conversation that, I'm sure, you would've been less angry about had it been with another Clan." He tried not to snarl, but an odd choking noise came out of his mouth instead. "What I don't understand is that while I cannot speak for my leader, I would like peace as much as you. But when I extend my friendship to others, it is taken as a disruption to the very thing I am trying to create." He narrowed his eyes, but did not get up from his seat on the damp earth.

Deleted • 2 July 2013 at 8:28 PM

"It makes no difference. Velvet was breaking the rules," she hissed, "giving herbs to you, oh an let me guess, the next thing will happen is that you meet here everyday and become bonded with together." Cloudfeather sniffed the air. She smelt Borage. "She gave you Borage? We have none of Borage, and she gives you Borage!" Cloudfeather then tensed up, letting her claws stay in the soft soil. She then glared at Velvet again. "If I was leader," she snarled, "I'd be so happy to exile you from this clan, but sadly i'm not the leader."

Will narrowed his eyes. "Fine!" He huffed. "You can have the herbs, if you're really so low on them." He sneered. "I thought that maybe that you were the ones on damp soil and not on a mountain that maybe, just maybe, you would have more herbs that what the borderline has to offer us. I've thought wrong. Forgive me." He said sarcastically, pushing the two leaves back to the other foxes. "At least Velvet has the right idea in mind." He growled, "Trying to make peace instead of going around threatening everyone."

@ashfire LOL is Crimson is about to act like a mother to Cloudfeather and Velvet.
@marinalily

Crimson couldn't stand hearing all of the fighting. She jumped to the ground. "Enough!" She yelled, looking at the three of them. "Velvet, what were you thinking? We have no borage! You can try to make peace in other ways, giving them benefits only makes them stronger!" She yelled, mightily displeased with her friends. She then turned to Cloudfeather. "A good friend would try to stop her friend from doing this, but would never get as angry you. Velvet as done wrong, but harmed no one! You are completly out of your mind to say that if you were leader you'd exile her! The only here who did nothing is Will! I've just absolutely had enough of all of this fighting! Will may I speak with you?" She asked, wanting to tell him about her planned joining of his clan.

Mist smiled at Zendyn, then frowned. Apparently word had spread that she was Genko's favorite fighter, and bloodthirsty. "Oh no, I don't want to be a fighter again, I'd rather hunt. I'm done with my old life." She said truthfully

Will sat up straighter, looking smug. Done nothing indeed. Let Cloudfeather taste that. But Will was instantly alert when Crimson said she wanted to talk to him. Who knew- maybe she was saving the biggest lecture for last. "Of course.. please speak.." But then realized that whatever Crimson wanted was probably for him and him alone, since she gad made the request specifically for him. "Never mind. Crimson, please follow me," He gave a curt not to Velvet and a stiff one to Cloudfeather, "Good day." Turning on his heel, he walked deeper into Dark Purity territory. Will knew exactly where they should talk, and led Crimson a but up the mountain, stopping at a cave that was blocked from sight from the ground. "I can see why Mist hated her so much," Will said, once they had settled down.

"Come along, whatever your name is." Storm growled. "Zedyn might trust you a bit, I don't. I'm one of the best fighters here, and I'll have no problem tearing you apart. I'm going to show you around; and be keeping my eye on you until we're sure you're trustworthy." Her tone was laced with distrust.

"Welcome to Twilight River." She growled sarcastically, leading the fox out of camp to show her around the territory.

Deleted • 3 July 2013 at 9:20 AM

@ems Would Storm and Mist, after maybe like ten moons xP, Become friends? *dracula voice* I vant to know your plans.
@marinalily
@ashfire

Mist nodded. "My name's Mist. What's yours?" She asked kindly. This territory was much different from the mountain range she lived on. It was just trees for miles around. She could live with that, except here, if she was going to be a hunter, it would be difficult, hence her gray pelt. 'That would've worked much better in the mountains.' She thought. 'Oh well, this is what I've decided, I'll get used to it.'

Crimson looked shyly at Will. "I-I I don't know how to explain this, but I was afraid that by defending my clan against Genko's plan, I would die. So, I kind of decided....... that I would join your clan. C-could you let Genko know and ask if he'll accept me? I wouldn't be able to camouflage but I could be a fighter." She said.

Will widened his eyes in surprise. What a.. coward this fox was. But wasn't Will one as well, for not leaving his clan like Mist had? Will was about to get up to tell Crimson to get back into her own territory when an idea popped in his head. Mist was gone, and this fox was offering to be a fighter. At least Genko wouldn't be that angry with him if he brought this fox back. Sure, Crimson wasn't as.. evil, or bloodthirsty as Mist was, but that could be fixed. Not by Will, though, he was too soft for that. Maybe another fighter perhaps. Will started walking again, but for a different reason.
"Alright," he said, "welcome to Dark Purity."

"Oh, well, as if I care. Maybe you'd be happy to know I found a great patch and brought two leaves for you, as well. But 'nooo'. You have to budge in to my life to just say 'Oh, Velvet, you can't do that it's against the 'Fox Law' and I must go and speak to the mighty leader Koryo about your impeccable behavior while you get punished and I smile, smile, smile because I caught you doing wrong while I was right right right ALL along!' Maybe I should go with Crimson as well, while Im at it!" Velvet growled.

Mist nodded. She then continued to to follow Storm. "Nice to meet you." She said smiling.

"Thank you." Said Crimson kindly. "I need to go talk to Velvet for a second. I'll be back." She said padding over to Velvet. "Velvet, Cloudfeather cares about you. She's not trying to barge into your life, she's trying to stop you from doing something that could get you into big trouble. She does that, because she cares about you as a friend, and she would be heartbroken if you got into big trouble or if something bad happened to you. Again it's your decision, and we can't change that, but Cloudfeather would be heartbroken if you gto into to trouble or if something happened to you." She said. Velvet was starting to slightly get on her nerves.

Deleted • 3 July 2013 at 2:18 PM

Cloudfeather rolled her eyes. She knew something was suspicious about Will. She sheathed her claws and then watched silently as Crimson was talking to Velvet, ignoring Will. Oh ya sure, Will was nice and all that to Velvet. She sighed. What was Swiftwind's future? Foxes leaving all over to different clans, chaos breaking, and the next thing you know it, there's two clans. But that was a guess. Cloudfeather then continued watching Crimson and Velvet, pawing at a flower.

Will brought Crimson back to camp- nervous. And as he predicted, Genko was there waiting for him.
"Will! I haven't seen you nor Mist all day! I hope you're not-" he stopped, and narrowed his eyes at Crimson. "Will," he growled, "you'd better have an explanation." Will shrunk back a tiny bit from his leader, almost imperceptible.
"Yes, um, Mist decided that she, ah, preferred Twilight River, Genko." Genko snarled at Will, angry. "Continue." He said stonily.
"And another fox decided to join us. Wanted to be on the winning team. Decided it was us. Wants to become a fight-"
"Will- speak in full sentences!"
Will took a deep breath. "This is Crimson, Genko. Perhaps she could replace Mist?"
"I doubt it," Genko growled, defeated. "Welcome to Dark Purity," he said sarcastically, "Fighter dens are that way." Genko waved his tail in the direction, and stalked off. Will sighed.

"Oh no, he pleasure's mine." Storm rolled her eyes sarcastically. "So, huntress, come along. Let's hunt, and maybe I can get to know more about your old clan." Storm liked the idea of maybe getting insider info. "You were that crazy, blood-thirsty fighter, weren't you? Old Genko would definitely entrust you with any plans."

Deleted • 4 July 2013 at 9:31 PM

"Yes I was, and yes. I knew every single detail of his plan, and now that I am not loyal to him anymore, I could tell you." Said Mist, following Storm.

Will shook off his mixed feelings, walking towards his den. His herbs were calling. Pulling himself together, he entered his den, relishing the peace. Sorting them all quietly through the night- he finally fell asleep as the moon was high in the sky, his head fallen over the herbs in a pile.

Deleted • 4 July 2013 at 11:43 PM

Cloudfeather sighed. She knew Will was a trustworthy and kind fox, but she could trust no one but Koryo. She couldn't even trust Crimson anymore. She sighed, picking up the flower and then searched for more herbs. For this was a time, that clans needed to collect as much herbs that they could get. The words kept repeating in her mind, trust no one.

Name: she doesn't have one. 😋
Gender: Female
Age: Approximately 16 fox years
Rank: loner
Appearance: With solid white fur and deep red eyes, she is considered albino. However, her fur is not quite white at all. In fact, it is the palest shade of grey with unnoticeable flecks of a slightly darker tint, giving her the appearance of a cloud. Her eyes are the deepest shade of red it is possible to achieve, almost the colour of drying blood. They are unreadable and mysterious, giving no impression of her true personality. She covers her head with a strange skull, rumoured by those who have encountered her to be that of a small dragon, though nobody knows for sure. This rumour is fueled by the fang necklace she wears, also believed to belong to a dragon. She is small in stature.
Personality: As is the skull she sports, she is mysterious and unknown. There is an air of calm about her, which leads others to anger more quickly. She is indeed peaceable, and she is a natural-born leader, though she misuses that skill by keeping to herself and lurking in the shadows, not wanting to interact with others. She has no family that she knows of, and it is a mystery to her how she survived on her own. She is very slow to anger. She often steps into the middle of small fights, breaking them up, often ending up being resented. Many high-ranking foxes in the region from which she comes want her on their side, being as she has heard and learned a lot lurking in the shadows. Other than that, she is light on her paws and surprisingly strong for a fox of her size, though she refuses to fight unless necessary.
Other: Since she doesn't have a name, she is referred to as various things, the most common being The Peacemaker and Rumour. You can come up with more rumours and other "nicknames" for her if you want; I'd like to see her living up to her name... or lack thereof! ^w^ Also, Foxes FTW!

Cloudfeather picked up the herbs she collected and set off back to camp. She entered the camp and saw the normal foxes, just talking in the outside area. She sighed, and padded into her burrow, setting the herbs in the piles given. We need all the herbs we can get. She then climbed back out of her burrow and decided to continue to gather herbs.

The she-fox rose to her paws and stretched, yawning.
A sigh escaped her mouth; she sorely wished she could sleep for a bit longer, for today she would resume her trek down the mountain. She wasn't looking forward to it. She had already fallen once; it was a miracle the skull hadn't cracked. But on the bright side, there wasn't much of a descent left, so she could probably be there in about an hour.
And so she began. Paw step by paw step, she crawled cautiously down the rocky slope, testing each pawhold before putting her weight on it.
About halfway to the bottom from where she had started, she stiffened. There was fox scent! Scent markings from a colony! She groaned inwardly. She had come here to escape foxes, not live with more. But maybe they wouldn't notice her. Maybe she could pass through without being discovered. The last thing she needed was more overlords on her tail. It wouldn't be long before the leaders from her old home noticed her absense, and they would certainly go looking. But surely they wouldn't cross the mountains? After all, they lived in a swampy area, and wouldn't be used to the cold, dry climate.
She shook herself agitatedly. She would cross that bridge when she came to it.
Suddenly the rock crumbled from beneath her paws. She was falling.
"Ach!" She landed in a heap at the base of the mountains, the skull tumbling off of her head. "Ow."
Slowly, carefully, she got to her paws. 'Well, that certainly made getting down the mountain a lot easier. I'm already here!' She tested each leg for injuries, gently putting her weight on each one.
She breathed a sigh of relief; she was fine. The skull, however, was not. She made her way slowly towards it through the debris, avoiding the sharp bits of stone that would pierce her paws. Upon reaching it, she prodded it carefully with her nose. All that had happened was that a chunk had broken from the middle, exposing the bridge of her muzzle.
'Not too bad,' she thought as she nosed it back onto her head. It should be fine.
"And now to find shelter," she muttered.
