[EPF] Job Specs

This used to be a recruitment center, till I started a fresh one and kept this for reference.

I may or may not hand out gifts to sincere workers. The people holding ranks may also be paid, or gifted randomly. I also intend on giving out travels in between. Please refrain from asking for a promotion, it is judged accordingly, and please do note that NONE of the member's creatures would be added into the list (over no circumstances if they are an active user). It would be preferred if their "Last Seen" is enabled for references in times of emergency.
The ranks in ascending order are:
NOV (Starters)
SPARROW (Beginners)
PLUS (Amateurs)
EAGLE (Intermediates)
ALPHA (Experts)
GAMMA (Novice Professionals)
TETRA (Ultimate Professionals)
HEAD (Thread Owners)

All EPF team members are directly at HEAD level.

Ranks dont give a base to abuse people of low ranks. The higher the hardwork in feeding and clicking, the higher the rank. The higher the rank, the higher the chance of getting gifted. Please do not be obsessed on joining for just getting gifts, its given out randomly and not to all.
In other words, we can say that the rank is directly proportional to the hardwork dedicated to your job.
No right is given to anyone to abuse the hashtag on the forums. No use is to be applied on the forums, but is possible in the blog posts, wall posts, creature profiles, user profile text and even personal messages.

Please do note that jobs depend on efficiency - you can demand your salary, but if the work isn't satisfactory, you'll be replaced with a more efficient person in a matter of time.

There are many factors depending selection. Firstly, research is done on the performance and past history of the user. Also do note that their grammar and vocabulary in starting conversations in pure US/UK English is also considered in selecting users.
This position is not a king or prince seat, and no extra rights are given to

The EPF is recruiting members for several jobs. Please do note that none are management positions, and don't boss around.

Job 1;
Title: EPF Operator Substitute
Task: To substitute the inactive EPF team members.

Job 2;
Title: Samurai Stalker
Task: To stalk for dying creatures and mention them to the thread owner for updating the list.

Job 3;
Title: Elite Shogun
Task: To feed

Job 4;
Title: Multi - Master
Task: To stalk for dying creatures and mention them to the thread owner and feed all possible creatures

Job 5;
Title: EPF Reinforcement
Task: Will PM.
Requirements: Trustable person.


Note that we can accept people going on hiatus in between, but please do not go for super-long hiatus, or plan on quitting/going on a hiatus soon.

I've noticed a lot of 'DYING COVES' topics and they generally die, but adding ranks/requirements can really help boost the activity and 'life'. x3 So I think this topic will last for a while.

Salary (if needed): It would be nice to be paid, but if it's too much trouble than it's not necessary. I don't have very much.
Skills: I'm almost always on the Trade Center, and the rarities of creatures have always interested me. (Ah, I'm just weird like that.) I realize you are looking for someone directly from US/UK, but I have lived in England for most of my life and my English is actually a bit better than my French. I know I may not be perfect, and I'm sure there will be more people going to try out for this, but I am willing to dedicate my time to this great cause.

You'd rather edit it.
Because the EPF Operator position is the one which requires the most dedication.
And a strong grasp on values and able to negotiate in the trade center.
And a clean trade record.

I won't apply for a work, I'm not sure If I would be always active and ready to search/feed, but I'll try to feed all the dying coves I will see to help them. And if I see something related to creatures' worth and similar, I'll surely advertise, too. 😊

Its not a obligation to be online everyday or so. For those who take a dreaded long time in doing the work, thats a requirement.
For those who are efficient and can do it fastly, they're only needed twice - thrice a week.

If anybody knows more users, please do ping them as well.

Skills: I trade on a regular basis. Often trading up to 10 trades a week. I stalk the forums too, staying up to date with prices and fluctuations. I also view plenty of coves which are unknown to most, enabling me to provide creatures that are in need of feeding.

I know that, I read the rules. ;-)
But what If I need to take, for example, a hiatus long two or three weeks? Probabile thing, as I will start university soon, and I'll have less time. ;-)
I prefer to do things as I'm used too, behind the scenes. I will be more useful in that way, trust me. 😋
