{Intro}
Welcome to WaveClan, the Clan of the never ending water. We happen to live by a place larger than a lake but not as big as a sun-drown place. Our location is deep in the reeds that grow on hte banks of our body of water. Our territory stretches to the banks and just outside the large vast meadows that cover the rest of hte ground.
We eat fish, water voles, mice, lizards, and frogs. If we're very lucky we'll catch hte occasional and rather rare duck as it stays near the water but that would require at least three cats to take down.

The plot is life, as a cat, in this Clan.

I rolled out of my nest and walked into the clearing the pale watery sun shining on the camp. I looked around noticing that the dawn patrol hadn't yet come back.

{Viperkit}
I sighed as my mother fell asleep. "She never wants to play." I mewed sadly. "I'll just go play in hte clearing then." I decided walking out and seeing Madpaw sitting alone in the clearing.

I blinked open my eyes and yawned, twisting around to check if my brother was awake yet. Aspenthorn stirred slightly and I froze. My mother is hardly ever in a good mood when she first wakes up in the morning. A lump of shiny black fur rose up and down slowly to Skykit's rhythmic breathing, and I prodded him gently with one of my hind paws. "Wake up!" I hissed.

I grumbled at the sound of my brother voice and turned away, but he kicked me again, harder. I opened an eye and gave him a bleary-eyed glare, but Wolfkit pushed me up towards the entrance of the nursery. "Look," he mewed in a hushed tone. "Viperkit's awake." I grudgingly turned and got to my paws, licking the dust off my flanks from Wolfkit dragging me across the ground. "Madpaw's up, too." I sighed and Wolfkit, seeing my reluctant consent, eagerly led me out into the clearing, his thick, fluffy coat still flat on one side from sleep.

I looked behind me to see the brothers Wolfkit and Skykit exiting the nursery.
"Hey." I meowed bounding over to them. "Why are you up so early?" I asked my multicolored eyes shining.

I looked over my shoulder with a sigh. The kits were up and the deputy was still awaiting waking up and setting patrols up.

"Hey Viperkit," I greeted her cheerfully as I sat and turned to groom my rumpled pelt. "I heard you waking up and wanted to see if you felt like playing." I bounded to my paws to shake out my fur and Skykit did the same, his sleek black fur gleaming softly in the rising sun. I flicked him with my tail and gestured to the tufts of red and gray sticking up on his shoulders.

I rolled my eyes and licked my fur down, mumbling a quiet "Good morning, Viperkit." Of course Wolfkit would be able to manage such a chirpy hello so early in the morning. As far as I knew, he had a crush on the silver she-kit, but he hasn't mentioned anything to me yet. Wolfkit's bright gray eyes sparkled playfully as he mewed, "Do you guys want to go see if Liontooth is awake yet?"

//Liontooth
I purred quietly in the peaceful vicinity of the warriors' den at the mews of Wolfkit planning his usual mischief. Nothing but the sound of gentle breathing from the other warriors around me interrupted the calm morning air as I picked my way through the sleeping cats out into the clearing. "You kits are up early." I meowed teasingly when I spotted the disappointment in Wolfkit's eyes. Relief flickered in his brother Skykit's dark golden eyes when he saw me emerge. "Hello Viperkit!" I meowed to the silver she-kit.
Padding silently towards the trio of kits, I glimpsed Madpaw from the corner of my eye. "Morning to you, Madpaw." I yawned and stretched, my thick, golden coat radiant in the dawn light. "I'm going to be heading out soon for the dawn border patrol. Care to join me?"

I woke with a start as my sister, Lavenderpaw, hit me on the head with her hind paw. "What was that for?" I hissed. Lavenderpaw yawned and stepped out of the den, I got to my paws and followed. 'Brr,"
meowed Lavenderpaw, 'It's cold out here."
'So why did you kick me?"
"opp's did I?"
"Whatever."

{Lavenderpaw}
"Hey Snowpaw," I meowed "have you seen Shadowpaw?"
"Your the one who like's him, you can go find him, and i'm going back to my nest," sniffed Snowpaw.
"Keep your voice down! I don't want him to hear, Snowpaw!"
"Whatever." Snowpaw rolled her eye's
"What's wrong with liking Shadowpaw?"
"Because," meowed Snowpaw, "when you have kits, I bet you will stay a queen even after your kit's are six moons, all your warrior training will go to waste, i'm going to grow up to be leader,Snowstar!"
"In your dreams!" I hissed. 'I'm going to find Shadowpaw."

I turned to Skykit and Wolfkit after nodding a greeting to the deputy. "What do you guys want to play?" I asked.

{Shadowpaw}
I yawned as I woke up, awaken by the sound of voices. I shook my head and stood up walking past Lavanderpaw and Snowpaw on my way out.

I sat and licked a paw, drawing it over my ears and whiskers. "I think you and I can manage perfectly well together on a dawn patrol. There hasn't been many problems arising along our borders and the other warriors deserve their rest from the hunting last night." I glanced pointedly at the swelling pile of fresh-kill and continued, "You can grab a piece or we can hunt along the way."
I flicked my ear at the three apprentices exiting their den. "Good morning Snowpaw, Lavenderpaw, and Shadowpaw!" Turning back to Madpaw I murmured quietly, "Would you like to invite them along or shall we leave them to their business?"

//Wolfkit
I shrugged and tipped my head at Viperkit, frowning slightly as I thought about her daunting question. "Well, what do you want to play, Skkykit?" I nudged my brother playfully, as he seemed to be falling asleep on his paws. My gaze swept the clearing, looking for inspiration for a game, when I noticed Snowpaw, Lavenderpaw, and Shadowpaw exiting the apprentices' den. "We could pretend to warriors and fight for the glory of our Clan?"

My eyelids fluttered shut and I felt myself lean into Wolfkit's warm, dark gray shoulder. "What do you want to play?" I heard him mew loudly into my ear. My eyes flew open and I mumbled, "Huh, what?" I shoved him, annoyed, and felt his chest rumble with an amused purr. "I want to play the sleeping game," I declared. "We go into our den and whoever falls asleep first, wins." I turned and stalked away, curling my tail across his face and muzzle. Wolfkit sneezed and began to laugh in earnest, his purrs punctuated by coughing from my fur in his nose.

Padding slowly across the clearing, I ambled around and decided to have a bit of food to eat, then see if Aspenthorn was awake yet. It was always much more quiet without Wolfkit, but always a bit more boring too. I tilted my head back and stared at the looming pile of fresh-kill before me, then picked out a small gray mouse with dark fur that resembled Wolfkit's. Amusement rippled through me at the unfortunate similarity as I bit into the soft flesh, nibbling thoughtfully as I daydreamed about hunting for my own food one day as a warrior.

I shook my head and blinked, stifling another sneeze from Skykit's tail in my face. He was always such a grump in the morning, just like Aspenthorn. Wondering where my dark brother went, I glimpsed a small, fluffy black tail disappear behind the fresh-kill pile, and Skykit emerging on the other side, sitting down and munching silently on a mouse.
Turning my attention back towards Viperkit, I thought silently for a moment about what warrior I admire the most in our Clan, and leaning back on my haunches with my tail whipping around in the air, I growled, "I'm Liontooth, deputy of WaveClan!" before attempting to pounce on the she-kit.

My ears swiveled up and around towards the direction of the three kits and I glanced over, noticing that Skykit had wandered off somewhere and Wolfkit was yowling my name. I purred softly, charmed by the energetic little gray kit. "I'm going to see if Shadowpaw, Snowpaw, or Lavenderpaw would care to join us," I meowed to Madpaw and strode towards the apprentices.

I walked out the den with Shadowpaw and Lavenderpaw. Lavenderpaw was talking to Shadowpaw. I stared to head over to the fresh kill pile when Liontooth walked up to me. "Hello Liontooth," I meowed.

I was still mad at Snowpaw for saying that training me to be a warrior is a waste, but i'm happy now talking to Shadowpaw. Snowpaw does not like Shadowpaw very much, she say's his pelt looks strange to her. I told her she should get to know him on the inside but she don't care, and I think his pelt is very handsome. I even know what i'm going to name our kits, Snowkit, Firekit or Flamekit, and maybe Mistkit! Then me and Shadowpaw followed Snowpaw to the fresh kill pile, just then, Liontooth padded up.

"Hello Snowpaw," I meowed politely to the white she-cat. Lavenderpaw approached and I greeted her cordially as well. "I was wondering if you two would like to join Madpaw and me on the dawn patrol?" I flicked my golden tail back at Madpaw, the brown and ginger she-cat waiting patiently for me to return. "We can hunt on the way but if you're hungry, you can grab a bite to eat now." My dark blue gaze swept the camp by habit, the peaceful aura reassuring me that all was well within the Clan.

I let out a squeak as Wolfkit attacked me. "You'll never catch me." I mewed rolling away from him. "I am the notorious Viper Venom! The savage leader of the rogues!" I called out pouncing on him.

I purred at Lavenderpaw. "Of course Shadowpaw can come along, but it's really up to him." The silvery blue apprentice's crush on the tom was not common knowledge, but I even knew about it. Nodding at Snowpaw's decision about her breakfast, I padded back towards Madpaw and noticed that Shadowpaw had joined her. "Shadowpaw, would you like to join us on the dawn patrol?" I addressed him directly because I had approached the female apprentices without him and felt like that was somehow unfair.

//Wolfkit
I ducked to the side right before Viperkit would have landed on my shoulders. I felt her paws brushing my dark coat at the sheer miss and as I whipped around, she landed on my tail. Instinctually, I yelped but quickly turned it into a growl before the silver she-kit would notice. "Viper Venom, you thieving rogue!" I snarled playfully and barreled straight at Viperkit, aiming to push her over or knock her down. "I'm going to make you pay for your crimes!"

"There you go again," I meowed, "mooning over Shadowpaw! How can you like him, that strage fur! And gray eye's, strange color for eye's! And a sort tail..."
"That does not matter to me!" Lavenderpaw snapped.

"I think he look's handsome, and your not going to change that Snowpaw so shut up!" Snowpaw just shook her head, "I just don't understand how you could like him."
"Maybe one day you will understand," I meowed, softing my voice "Then I can make fun of who you like!"
"I don't plan on ever feeling that way about a cat, nothing and no one is geting in the way of me becoming Snowstar, leader of waveclan!" Snowpaw Meowed, sticking her russet muzzle up in the air. "Oh and Lavenderpaw..." added Snowpaw "uhh.. sorry about what I said about traing you to be a warrior was a waste, even if you become a queen you have to protect kits and raise kits, and kit's are the furtrue of the clan so... I wanted to say sorry...." Snowpaw looked unsure on weather i'd forgive her or not "I forgive you Snowpaw," I meowed.
"Thanks Lavenderpaw," Meowed Snowpaw. "Come on, let's see if Shadowpaw is going to be joining us in the dawn patorl!"

I snarl playfully at Wolfkit as I rolled away from the tom. "Never!" I yowled jumping and landing on his back and pressing my paws into it.

{Shadowpaw}
"Uh, I think I'll stay here and wait for the warriors to wake up." I whispered to Liontooth. "The camp needs at least one cat here to watch over it for now."

{Madpaw}
I watch Shadowpaw as he reached a decision. "Well, good for you." I meowed standing up. "We'll be back."

As I paaded to Shadowpaw with my sister Lavenderpaw, I heard Shadowpaw say he was going to stay at camp until the warrior's woke. Good, maybe now Lavenderpaw would shut up for a little while about how great he was.While Lavenderpaw said something to Shadowpaw, I walked up to Madpaw, I never liked Shadowpaw, I just never really got along with him, we would play sometime's but that was it. But I liked Madpaw as a friend, she is a nice cat that I get along with.

I was disapointed to hear that Shadowpaw would not be joining the patrol, I padded up next to him. "Brave of you to graud camp while the warrior's sleep." I purred. "See you after the patrol Shadowpaw!" I gave his ear a quick lick and padded off to join Madpaw, Liontooth, and Snowpaw.

I did some editing on the Sign-up page, I'll add them to here as well, we have a leader and three warriors now. Our original leader quit and took her warrior with her. Rushingwater was never in the RP, silly me. She signed up I asked her about a name and never got a reply.

I glare at Lavenderpaw as the apprentice licks my ear. I shake my head before walking around the clearing flopping on the ground next to the reed bed, where the patrols are set up.

{Blazestar}
I slid out of my den to see the dawn patrol leave, Liontooth leading. I nodded to myself before walking over to Shadowpaw as the apprentice laid down on the ground. "What's wrong?" I asked as I jumped up onto the reed bed.

{Deathmartyr}
I walked out of the warriors den to see Blazestar talking to Shadowpaw. "Blazestar, is it alright if I take Silentfall and Nightpaw on a hunting patrol later?" I called out.

I kept my comments to myself as I saw Lavenderpaw lick Shadowpaw's ear. I walked with Madpaw and Lavenderpaw came to walk on the other side of me. I could feel the wave's of excitment rolling off her, but I decided to not say anthing, I did not want to start a fight with her.

As I padded alongside Snowpaw I was suprised she was not saying anything to me. I shrugged, that was unlike Snowpaw, then I smelled the air for any prey, all I could smell was the stale smell of a vole.

She stretched out and yawned. The sun was coming up and a couple other cats and kits were awake. She staggered then stood and walked over to Thornpaw. "Come on! Wake up! We have to meet the rest of the warriors!"

"Huh? Oh it's you." He curled up and went to sleep. She kept calling. "All right, all right! I'm up!"
They walked over to the border and nodded to the cats passing us by. "Let's go?"

I walk with Hollowpaw and we reach the border soon enough. I wait for her to catch up and then we look around. I walk into the woods.

We walk for a while and then, a yellow perch. I stalk it carefully and POUNCE! I'm soaking wet, but at least I have the fish.

{Hollowpaw}

I roll my eyes in disgust and keep walking around. I poke through reeds, sit in front of the water, and nothing happens. Over to the side, Thornpaw has caught a fair amount of fish and mice, whereas I have nothing. I wander to the far side of the lake, making sure I have Thornpaw in my sights. I don't want to lose him.

As I sit and wait, I notice Madpaw but I do nothing. I don't want to scare away any prey. After what seems to be an hour, a small vole sticks up it's nose from a hole behind reeds. I crouch down, aiming for the kill. As it reveals itself, my heart thumps loudly, and POUNCE! The vole is trapped between my paws, and I place it next to Thornpaw's pile of kills, a semi-large pile of fish, mice, and vole. Then I turn back and see it. A gorgeous duck wading on the shallow end of the lake. "Thornpaw!" I whisper and I know he sees it too by the expression on his face.

For the record guys, Madpaw is an apprentice smarter than the average cat. Thus the thing with the duck, the others don't have this, but it will be explained later. Don't delve into it.

I sigh, shaking my head as Thornpaw and Hollowpaw get ready to attack the duck. "You can't catch it!" I called out raising my voice so they could hear me, and loud enough that the duck would hear. The two apprentices had set some pretty high expectations, and the duck wasn't exactly ready to be caught. I noticed it still had soft feathers and pale feathers. They caught it now, we'd have a-lot more problems than just rouges.

Larkpaw was awoken by the sound of a strong gust of wind that pierced her pelt. She shivered, the weather was getting colder and colder each day, but that was what happened when it got deeper into leaf-bare. Larkpaw blinked her eyes a couple times to get used to the light that she had awoken to, one of her eyes were blind, but it was alright for her. She stretched, and she walked out of the Apprentice's Den.
Eagletalon curled up as he felt the coldness creep into his pelt. No cat liked Leaf-Bare, it was just so cold, prey was scarce, and greencough was something to be aware about. Well, who would like Leaf-Bare? He felt the need to sleep more, but duties and patrols had to be done.

@Featherstar_Stormclan Who will be Larkpaw's mentor? Should it be Eagletalon? o.o

@starling there are no mentors. The entire Clan helps train apprentices. I say this because we don't have enough warriors for each one.
@satoshi818 you never did, Madpaw was just guessing.

Larkpaw soon noticed that Deathmartyr had asked her if her and Eagletalon would like to go hunting later. She glanced to her right to see Eagletalon stepping out of his den as well, and she nodded.
"Sure," Larkpaw smiled, "I'll ask Eagletalon!"
Larkpaw hopped up to her brother.
"Do you want to go hunting with me and Deathmartyr later?" Larkpaw asked.
"Why not?" Eagletalon smiled.
(I have the urge to write Darthmaul instead of Deathmartyr.. xD)
