You have to pay a random fee and then you get a small chance of getting a creature.

You need to wait until he has an egg in stock. It restocks at random times, could be hours or minutes after the last restock. Just keep checking.

It's totally random, could be minutes or hours after the last steal.

Some users do think it restocks at times that end at 5 but I don't believe it to be true as I have actually seen it restock in as little as 2 minutes. There was an egg, I bought it, I went back to refreshing and within seconds there was suddenly another but I missed it.
