Advent bug

For a gift, the Advent Tree told me it had "reset" my cave attempts for the day. It took me a moment to figure out what that meant. I'd just used up my 10 cave attempts a few moments previously, but went back to the cave and it said I had 10 tries I could use "now." But it only let me have one try before telling me my next attempt would be in "a few moments."

Every time I go to the cave page, it says my next attempt time is "Now." But whenever I try, it says to wait a few moments. I've waited a few moments (perhaps five)...and it still tells me to wait a few more moments. It won't specify how long to wait (and the main page still tells me I can try now!).

This Advent gift is a bit of a letdown. :/

And as soon as I tried to post this, the site temporarily went down...I waited until it came back up, posted this, then tried the cave again, and NOW it worked. *rolling eyes*

Still, perhaps this bug report will help some other user who faces the same issue.

Yep. I have the same problem... D: @tehuti88 Haven't gotten my own December le... D: So i was happy when the advent tree gave resets... Darn. XD

This is the 1st time even clicking it so why would it tell me this instead of giving me a gift? ☹️

Edit: Oh I read it wrong. It just happens that I hadn't even went to the cave yet so this was not a helpful gift at all. Esp since it didn't give me any of the new monthlies of course. ☹️

The gift is right, today Advent Tree gives you more tries at the Cave, the sad problem is that something went wrong, as @dream-within-a-dream and @tehuti88 said, and the Cave isn't make you steal more eggs at all. D:

So let's waiting for @Ian's help 😸

worked for me too. I visited cave then tree then wait 5 min or so and had attempts reseted

Now it works for me too, this morning instead after the resetting if you tried to get an egg it will say to wait to wait even if the counter was at zero...

Weird!! But fortunally it solved by itself xD

Hmm it says that "Your next steal attempt will be within the next couple of minutes." I don't have a next minute XD i need to go now XP I'll have to get it tomorrow morning

Welp. After a few minutes I got the tries. XD ❤️ 😃 Thanks guys!! Should've warned you guys to go to the cave then advent.. XD ❤️ Lesson learned.. 😊

@tehuti88 - I kinda have a similar problem. The Cave was working normally before I went to the Advent Tree. I had my tries reset, and went back to the Cave. Yet the Cave won't load. It just shows a blank space where it should be. I'm not sure if this is my brother's tablet acting up, or if this is linked to this, but I have refreshed the page about five or so times now...

@tehuti88 I have a different problem. I wasn't online the week that the Advent Tree cam back, so I was really excited to use it today. So I go, click approach the tree…

"You have already received your Advent gift for today!"

You just need to wait a while, it has been reset but the timer (i think) is still set. So you just need to wait around 5-30 minutes and then you can get the 10

Have the same prob when it 'restored' all my creatures. SO MAD!!!!!!!
