Site loading slowly?

I'm not sure if it's just a problem with my computer, but lately Egg Cave has been pretty slow for me and I have a hard time loading pages and feeding pets.

YES IT"S REALLY BAD!!! I even attempted to write a message before but due to the poor connection (which isn't displayed on any other website) my comment wasn't sent!!!

@birdboysplace is having the same problem, but worse as images aren't even loading.

I also sometimes don't have images loading and it's starting to get really bad! And with the chocoextravaganza (not even going to attempt to write it correctly) around the corner it couldn't have started at such a terrible time!

It'iterally like the flu... exchange click doesn't work. Text doesn't show up and I even disonnected from a page.

still having problems here also. pages not loading at all most of the time.

so mine went from just the images not loading to pages not loading at all. it's been really bad today - the worst it has been.

I thought it was just my computer cause its pretty old and random updates keep on popping up. Sometimes the pages fail to load and when they do, I literally watch parts of the images crawl down the screen. I think it gets better later at night though for some reason.

It's been slow for me as well. Not as slow as for some people it seems, I have been able to feed although it's been slower than usual. But I have a very speedy internet to begin with, normally egg cave runs without delay for me.
Last night though EC disconnected for me a few times, but it was during the time which I experience is the busiest time on egg cave, so that's probably why.

I am having the SAME exact problem with all of you guys on here; comments not being posted properly, feeding, loads super slow on my iPad or phone, and I agree with @mastergemma, with the Chocolate Extravaganza coming up, things are gonna get bad with this terrible eggcave connection. Especially when I'm a bad feeder in the first place xD

I hope this gets fixed soon! I thought it was only our internet at first, but now that everyone's complaining, I know that I'm not crazy or anything xP

Don't you ever have that feeling when you want to ping the mods, but you're afraid that you might bother them? ☹️

Dudes, this lag is now that bad, it's a bit slow, but sadly, it's slow enough to slowly kill me. 😋

Pages are still loading slow. There are times when I go to my cove and sit and watch each creature load one by one.. ugh!!!
I hope they get this stuff fixed before the next event!!

I have a really fast PC but I'm having the same problem: it occurred for some days now, ECs is being slow and difficult to deal with. Feeding is almost impossble, trading and posting comments is frustrating and slow. I really hope it'll be fixed soon ... :/

@bang14982 - I seem to be the only person who hasn't noticed this. Both the default browser and Firefox on my tablet load pages and click stuff slow anyway, so I probably just haven't noticed this...
EDIT: So, I opened a tab of EC and another of Flight Rising on Firefox. I refreshed them both, and FR loaded faster than EC, but not significantly... I also tried to feed two crestures on Firefox, and it wasn't much slower than usual.
So really, it is slower for me, but only by about 10 seconds max? It isn't really annoying for me...

This is a problem that we are aware of. Ian has been in contact with our datacenter to try and figure out what the problem is. Hopefully this will get resolved soon.

This morning the site was loading fine, but this afternoon, some of the images are not showing up once again???

They do eventually show up but you have to wait hat seems forever!

The site was a bit laggy a few seconds ago. I couldn't load the lists and all properly.
