I tossed and turned, but I could not sleep. I had just been sleeping not that long ago! I growled, I needed something to do! /Whatever, my pelts already soaked anyway./ I sneaked out the den, and outside where it was storming. /I hope no one caught me/ I thought. I decided to go into rouge territory. /That should cause something interesting to happen./ When I crossed the border, I made sure to stay far away from my fathers territory. I wasn't ready to fight him yet, but I knew I would one day.

Newt looked up as he watched Scarletpaw leaving the camp. He followed the apprentice knowing that she had been sentenced to stay the night in the apprentices den.

I padded around, I spotted a rabbit but did not chase it, this was not my land and I did not want a rouge clawing my ears off for prey stealing. If a rouge spotted me I would just say I was passing through, I mean, I'm not doing anything wrong if I'm not prey stealing, right?

@emilianagerson @leafdapple769 well @Hay7199 hasn't been on for a few days I'm not sure what we're going to do with that.
And the prophecy will revolve around the strange weather, the fall of FlareClan and a new beginning. It will involve two other cats infused with the spirit of either air(Kiesh'ra), ice(Ecl), or earth(Leben).
For each cat you should name an element, an animal closely related-mythical or otherwise-and a symbol representing a mix of their element and personality, and a place for the symbol to go.
The secondary powers are already selected for each element. And they do not earn powers until each one is awoken by the first, Viperfang. She wakes each prophecy cat up and the process of awakening shall be shown in one of my new posts.
So for Viperfang she has fire(Mehay), her animal is a Drake, and the symbol is a double Ouroboros placed on her chest in a mixture of black and white for the two snakes.

"Of course." Blazestar meowed in response to Canarysong's words.

@featherstar_stormclan i'd like Waspclaw to be ice, animal being polar bear, and the symbol is of a tree with no leaves, yet it looks normal and healthy. The symbol being on the back of his right back ankle, placed on with white fur. (Is Scar a new cat or did you mean to type Newt? I'm going to act as if its Newt because in your post the cat knew Scarletpaw.)

I turned around to see Newt, /He must have been following me!/ I stood there for a second, silent, then spoke up, "What does it look like I'm doing? I'm not going to just go back to sleep after I slept most of the day! My paws need to stretch, and I don't like how open our own land is!" I hissed. Under the trees, the rain was not as bad, but my fur still felt like it was plastered to my body.

I examined a pretty looking leaf, uninterested. "Yes, he could. But he never would, that would just be stupid?" I spotted a butterfly hiding from the rain on a tree branch. "Your not talking me into going back, but it'd be cool if you stayed out here, I could use company."

Newt shrugged. "Fine. But I went out hunting and found you if anyone asks." he muttered.

Viperfang drifted off while awaiting the return of the kits guardian. Her eyes drooped and her breathing slowed down until she was asleep.
She woke up to a fierce heat assaulting her fur and face. Around her roared massive flames taller than the pine trees of the forest. A shadowy outline of some winged lizard the size of a large dog entered her vision standing before her.

@featherstar_stormclan IKR?! We need a Staff Appreciation Day now more than ever! 😃 Anyway, I'd like Canarysong to be earth, her animal to be a badger, and the symbol to be a flower with claws sprouting out the side. I want the symbol to be on her side. @emilangerson @hay7199

Newt sighed before he broke into a light bound after Scarletpaw. He looked around before he caught up.

Blazestar sighed relieved. "Alright. And everyone else is fine as well. That is good. It means everyone was cautious even without knowing of illness."

"Viperfang, am I correct?" the creature asked looking her up and down. "Do you know why you are here? What fate is about to befall you and those you call friends?"
Viperfang shook her head, paws shaking slightly at its words.
"I wouldn't assume so. But I must warn you, you are the first to awaken out of four. There is many a reason for this, and many a reason for the existence of this prophecy."

"This StarClan forsaken weather will not stop. The cold will persist and everything will die unless all is balanced. Four will meet, awakened by you Mehay. Find Ecl, Leben, and Kiesh'ra. Show them the way in the wreck of FlareClan." the creature continued.

Shadowberry looked up at the tree where Viperfang was. She seemed to have fallen asleep, as was writhing and shaking as if in a nightmare.

wonder if I should wake her....No, she's probably fine... she thought, even though she had a sneaking suspicion that Viperfang WASN'T okay.

I the rain was getting harder now, and the cold winds where picking up, making tree branches moves around like crazy. I could hardly even heard Newt over the noise. I was about to say we go back to camp, but then I noticed a small cave made out of a bunch of rocks. It seemed like it could have room for about four cats. The cave beats having to walk all the way back to camp on the moor! "Come on, its storming out here!" I called over the rain, ducking into the small cave.

Blazestar nodded. "I'll go with you. "He said.

Viperfang watched in a small shocked silence as it spoke the final time.
"My friend, a great fate is in store for you. With the Drake of Mehay to guide you, and the seal if the Fire Spirit herself, severe harm shall not befall you." he said.
With a final bow the drake placed a taloned foot upon her chest. A comforting warmth spread through Viperfang's body and the Drake vanished. Slowly so did the fire.

Newt followed Scarletpaw into the cave. "Let's hope the Clan won't miss us too much for the night."

[Just a note, only awakened prophecy cats are able to have the symbol, powers and animal. And only awakened cats can see the animals. Viperfang's power is to see auras around cats in the prophecy. As each one awakens though I will tell more about their gifts ]

Blazestar helped Canarysong with Mossmoth. Taking up the other part of the departed warrior on his shoulders.

Newt nodded before he drifted into sleep.

Viperfang watched as the rest of the vision faded and she sunk into a blank dreamless void.

[Time-skip to sunhigh the next day.]

Viperfang awoke with a start, finding the rain still pouring around her. She was soaked to the bone and situated inside of a tree. To her side lower on the ground lay Shadowberry. Before her lay the Drake from before with a strange look in his face. If that was even possible.

Shadowberry yawned, and opened her eyes. She leaped to her paws in surprise when she saw where she was, and then she remembered everything that had happened. It was still raining, and she felt as if she had drowned in a river. Twice.

She hurriedly composed herself, and ran back into the cave. Shadowberry thoroughly shook her fur out while thinking deeply. Wolfkit's mother still isn't here, and it's sun high on the next day! I hope nothing has happened to her...

Eventually some time during the night I feel asleep. I woke up now to still the sound of rain. The sky was light again, well, as light as it could be with all the clouds. My stomach rumbled, I had not eaten since yesterday. But I stayed in the cave, I wanted to keep my pelt dry until Newt woke up, then I guess it would be time to go back to camp.

{Waspclaw}
I was resting in camp, still grieving for Mossmoth, looking down at my paws when Shadowberry came in. I looked up. She does not even know yet that Mossmoth is dead. I got to my paws, "His mothers a no show?" I meowed. The kit has stayed in the camp over night, I guess Stormfur watched him. "Go dry off and go make sure with the medicine cat that you didn't get a cold. I appreciate you staying out there all night." I meowed.

He had just left Wolfkit with Canarysong, and was heading out to hunt. He sniffed the air smelling for prey, but all he smelled was rain.

Stormfur sighed, and padded silently to a small clearing where he was almost positive there would be some birds there.

{Canarysong}
Canarysong's eyes drooped sleepily as she tried to divide the honey into neat honey combs. The rain had always made Canarysong sleepy, and today was no exception.

Giving up, she quickly put the few honeycombs she had managed to get out of the hive, shoved the hive in a corner, and laid down.

Viperfang looked away from the Drake to find Shadowberry had entered the den. "Find anyone?" she called out jumping down to the forest floor and looking around.
Her reflection in a puddle caught her attention and she moved closer noticing a srange symbol placed on her fur, directly in her chest. A black colored snake and a snake in white, curling around swallowing the tail of the other snake. Her fur bristled and she looked up at the Drake.
He simple laughed. "The seal of Mehay my dear. To show the dark one that you are awakened now."
Viperfang opened her jaws to ask a question but hw waved her off. "Everyone can ser the seal. But only the others, and only when awakened, can see me."

Blazestar left his den and found Waspclaw in the camp. "Good day to you Waspclaw. I need to speak to you a moment. It is kind of important " he said looking to his deputy.

Newt awoke and looked around noticing Scarletpaw in the front of the small cave the duo had found the night before. He walked over to her and sat down. "How are you holding up?" he asked.

Newt nodded. "Yeah, never seen it rain so much ever to be honest. But there will be an exceptional amount of prey once it ends. Hopefully." he said.

Blazestar nodded. "Waspclaw, Canarysong received an omen. The storm grows on the horizon, distant, but dangerous. The land divided into two will ravage with fires, bloody fur, and sickness. If only the ties can be mended, can the storm ever break." he said reciting the omen Canarysong told him the day before.
Through the entrance to the camp a bright flash of light was seen, followed by a loud rumbling. "Let's hope we figure out what it's talking about. And soon."

I thought about it for a moment, a bit disturbed. "I think by land divided into two it may mean our land and rouge territory. Just a guess." I meowed. I paused, then started to the warriors den, "I best send out some patrols." I looked inside, I noticed Newt was not there. I looked inside the other dens for him, but all I found was that Scarletpaw was missing, too. I sighed. "Blazestar, would you mind doing a border patrol? I'll send Newt to help as soon as he's found." I headed back over to the warriors den, "Flamepelt, I need you to go hunt." With that I rushed out the den to catch up with Stormfur.
