Light Heart felt hot with anger, and she slipped out of the bush, her eyes flaring furiously. The cobwebs on her hind paw were beginning to slip off each time she moved, which she unfortunately did not notice.

``NOT a big DEAL?`` she growled. ``NOT A BIG DEAL?!`` Feather Paw's eyes widened and she began to back away. Light Heart bounded up to her and bit her muzzle, which the training pup countered with a duck under her, and she battered at Light Heart's stomach. Blizzard Heart watched wide-eyed in silence, his limbs frozen, though his mind howled at him to move.

-She sneezed-

Feather Paw slipped in surprise at the sneeze, causing Light Heart to fall over. Her injured paw cut open again, blood dripping onto the ground as she gasped in agony, lying on her side. Blizzard Heart just stared, his eyes darting from the two she-wolves. Feather Paw had landed with her head slammed on a rock. The side of her head was bleeding, and she seemed to be unconscious, only the faint rise and fall of her flanks showing that she was still alive.

Blizzard Heart rushed up to her, and Light Heart felt as if her chest were lit on fire by her jealousy. She felt like howling, crying out why Feather Paw was SO important to him. Sure, she was his training pup, but she was so close to being his mate! Surely he cared about her as well?

Light Heart attempted to bring herself up, but howled in pain, falling back down again as it twisted and it began to bleed more viciously and rapidly as she made many struggling efforts to heave herself to her paws.

-She poked out the bush seeing light heart she stared at the training pup and growled- ``Leave!!!!!!!!`` -She ran near the training pup Growling-

Blizzard Heart curled his lip and snarled,

``Leave her alone. She's nearly DEAD, Dark Blue. And Light Heart said you weren't like your Pack.`` his voice was cold and hard.

Light Heart growled, her chest heaving with pain at every breath.

``She is. Unlike you. I thought I knew you, Blizzard Heart.``

-She stared at the ground slowly slipping- ``...``

-She fell and started to cry soon she got up and ran to her pack toughing up and showing no fear-

Light Heart continued to glare at Blizzard Heart. He carried Feather Paw away, leaving her.

``W-wait! Where are you going?!`` she howled, her forepaws scrabbling at the ground. Blizzard Heart didn't even turn back to look at her.

``I can only carry one wolf, Light Heart.`` he answered coldly.

Light Heart howled in pain, anger, sorrow, and fear, her emotions making her feel as if she were going to burst. Suddenly, without control, the words spilled out of her mouth.

``Dark Blue was one of the only wolves I felt I could be around without any stupid fights or anything, and I thought I knew you, better than that flea-bag! I thought you loved me! But now I can clearly tell you don't care! First all you seem to see is her, her, her! Then you chase away one of the only friends I felt I could trust! Now you're abandoning me?! What kind of wolf ARE you, Blizzard Heart?! Surely not a Frost Pack wolf!``

Blizzard Heart didn't answer and continued on without her. Light Heart whimpered, sliding to the ground and closing her eyes.

``I just wish... I could just... just disappear...`` she whimpered. ``I wish I were never born...`` she let herself slide into a deep unconsciousness.

Blizzard Heart rose to his paws and stretched, padding hesitantly to the healers' den. The healer had said that it was too risky to try to rouse them from their sleep; it could cause them more damage. His face fell as he saw that neither of the she-wolves were awake, and he slipped past the waterfall, beginning to pad gloomily to where the pond was at the bottom of the mountain. The place were they had fought.

-Dark blue and her app woke up- ``Cmon!`` -They 1st walked around then walked to the pond-

Blizzard Heart bent his neck and lapped at the water, then sat, staring in the water. For a moment he thought he saw blood dripping from his mouth in his reflection. He blinked, and that detail of the image was gone.

``I've known her since we were pups.`` Blizzard Heart's voice was heavy with guilt. ``I---I never meant to leave her. Now, because of me, both her and my training pup are barely alive. I never should've let her leave!`` he raked the ground beside the pool in desperation.

Blizzard Heart sighed. ``Anything. Not anymore. I just... I don't know where I AM anymore...`` he didn't understand why he was comfortable with sharing these things with a wolf he barely knew, but it was hard not to confide all the things that were building up on top of him.
