"Hey! Don't move suddenly like that. You're going to throw me off balance." Lyon says, trying to keep his flight stable.

"Sorry!" Jaela says, staring at the ground. Ralem flew closer to them just in case they fell.

Raina nodded, "Yeah." She snickered at the sight of Jaela being carried by Lyon. "Lyon and Jaela sitting on a tree, K-I-S-S-I-N-G.." she sang while flying around them.

"Alright, I'n out." Jaela squirmed out of Lyon's grip midair and fell about twenty feet before she caught herself. "I'll be fine for one flight." Jaela said firmly.

Lyon doesn't bother arguing with her. He knows she was just going to be stubborn. "Fine, just don't push yourself too hard."

"I'll try not to. I'm stronger than I look." Jaela says. She immediately started flying as fast as she could to the cave to prove her point. Ralem bit his fist to stop himself from saying what he really wanted to. He just followed the flock instead.

Lyon sighs. She's going to kill herself. He notices Ralem behind and slows down for him to catch up to him. "Hello, do you mind if I ask you a couple questions?"

"Go ahead." Ralem says. He looked at Jaela one more time, them looked at Lyon. "What is it you need to know?"

"I'm curious about your ability, does it just heal injuries or can you heal other things like sickness or fatigue?" Lyon asks.

"I think I can heal injuries a lot better than sicknesses because injuries are on the outside. I start a the bottom of the injury, then it heals upwards to the surface. I haven't actually ever tried to heal an illness, but I'm willing to try. Why do you ask?'' Ralem says curiously.

"No reason." Lyon responds. That explains why I'm feeling better than usual.

"Alright." Ralem says. He looked at where Jaela's wings were (he could see the gold of her wings flashing as she flew), and saw her going down into a canyon. "Is that where we're going?" He asks the angel.

Lyon's mind flashes back to his family. "You're not wrong though." He flies down into the canyon.

Raina followed the two avians in a dive. She had eavesdropped earlier. So that avian...Ralem, had the ability to heal people? That'd be useful...in her plan.

"So, where are you from?" Lyon asks Ralem, trying to find out more about this avian.

"I'm from the northern mountains. It's at least a month's flight from here. What's your name, by the way?" Ralem said. Jaela landed in the cave and leaned against the wall. She felt a little dizzy.

"I'm Lyon." He says. "I'm also from the northern mountains."

"Really? What tribe?" Ralem asks Lyon. "I'm from the Pale Moon tribe. We call it a tribe, but other people probably call it a flock."

"I'm from the Whispering Wind tribe." He says before instantly regretting it. He hopes that Ralem hasn't heard of the fate of his tribe.

"Really?" Ralem says, surprised. "That's amazing. I've heard great things about that tribe. Or I had. I left mine about ten years ago.

"Why did you leave your tribe?" Lyon asks.

Ralem gave Lyon a look. He didn’t really want to talk about why he left, but the angel seemed sincere. “I left because a human friend started destroying my village and killed my family along with at least ten others. They were rebuilding when I left.”

"That's terrible." Lyon says, trying to seem sympathetic. "Humans often attacked my tribe as well." Attacked was an understatement. They completely destroyed everything. He thought. Lyon spotted the cave up ahead. He lands just outside of it. "Sorry we took so long, Jaela!" He calls into the cave.

"Wow... I'm sorry about that. Humans are annoying."Ralem says as he landed. "That's alright... It's a long flight." Jaela waves to Lyon from her point against the wall. She was still dizzy, and if anything, it was getting worse instead of better.
