I used the first number generator that popped up on Google. I think it's Google's generator. It didn't say a site associated with it.
The only one I did multiple times was 9th place because people who already won something [#12 and #5 in that order] were randomly chosen again.

I feel that way too when I win something, someone gifts me, or I get something cheaper than it goes [with the person knowing that is, would make sure the person knew. Even if they're ok with it, I still feel like guilty or whatnot ]
