Now, lets go see Liz for a smoothie!"She straightens herself out and waddles over to the stand.Beaming at the chickadee behind the counter, she orders a banana-strawberry shake with extra whipped cream."What are you gonna get Napoleon?"She waits for his answer.Meanwhile, Crusoe is still out trying to catch something to eat, all the while avoiding the path of any troops.Nieve was helping out Lafayette and discussing strategies.

The cheery chickadee smoothy lady waves at Napoleon. "No need to pay, honey. I know this little gal right here. All free," she smiles.She hands over Piffy's drink and turns to the next customer."Thanks Dee-Dee!"Piffy giggles, slurping up her smoothie with surprising speed.Suddenly, her eyes narrow into a glare at something past Napoleon.She impatiently tugged at his feathers."Look, look! One of those mean old vultures!" she hisses.Sure enough, there were a couple of big, muscular vulture soldiers scanning the crowd, moving from stall to stall.She inhaled the last bits of her smoothie and chucked the empty cup in the trash can.She was about ready to stomp over to the vultures.
