Really wish we could get an update from Ian if he's working on it or not. Last we heard officially was "Everything's fixed!"

I was planning on buying some CC tonight... but am a bit nervous too. If I attempt it i'll let you know how it turns out. (hopefully someone else has already tried on a small amount and can tell us one way or the other.)

Edit: I'm chickening out and waiting until tomorrow.

Just got a 'correct answer' notification for the Site Trivia (despite technically not answering 'yesterday's' since it never reset) and got the ec, hopefully maybe things are starting to get better?

yup, at least that straightened out (I'm still feeling a bit burned that so many of us lost out on that 10,ooo EC.)

Still think I'm going to wait until the evening to buy that CC though. Hopefully by then more of the code will be fixed / code/timer catch up to the fixes.
(And hopefully I'll remember!)

Edit: Didn't get a notice for the new site blog post (30 Nov 12am) either. (maybe it was scheduled before all this and that's affecting it?)

Thank goodness I'm not the only one having these problems T-T
I haven't been super active except looking for gobblers so I only noticed today that none of my notifications are working properly. All the feeding contests I've missed days on because I relied on other people posting to remind me... ☹️

I also didn't get a notification for the site blog post. I don't think it being scheduled beforehand would break anything since (I presume) most site blog posts are pre-scheduled. Also the problems started before it was posted. Of course I don't claim to know the inner workings of Eggcave but... Something is seriously broken rip

@heatherm19 @snowywinter @pooh @kenkazaki2 yeah, something was delaying them -- they were all queued and then dumped all at once! Expected behavior because the fix was applied. But now, they'll no longer be backing up. 😸
