No rules or requirements have been changed — this message is simply to clarify that your creature choice needs to be in or very close to the stage you plan to freeze it in.

A creature qualifies to be frozen if it is currently in the stage you'd like it to be frozen in or if it is several stats away from reaching the desired stage. Per the rules and requirements, one 200 CC voucher will be sent to a winner and their creature must be frozen before the second 200 CC voucher is sent, and so on. This is to maintain the spirit and point of this event.

Nest PM on June 11th:
"The 200 CC vouchers will be distributed one at a time in alphabetical order of winners; once it is confirmed that the first user froze their desired creature, the second user will then receive their 200 CC, and so on."

If you have selected a creature that will not be in the stage you're freezing it in by June 17th, please post again and ping Nest with your new creature choice.
