Happy Easter from all of us at Egg Cave! It's time for our annual Easter Egg Hunt! Who's ready to collect them all and receive their prize?
The annual Easter Egg Hunt is back! We've hidden 30 small Easter eggs for you to find and collect around Egg Cave. They are small and can appear on any and all pages on eggcave.com. When you see one, click it to collect it! Players who collect all 30 eggs can claim the prizes below. It's a brand-new creature (the Cloudbun) and four Travels that are exclusively obtained from the Easter Egg Hunt!

The Easter Egg Hunt will be open today through April 25 at 11:59 PM ECT. You must complete the hunt and claim your prize before then.
Eggs become progressively harder to find the more eggs you collect. The last 5 eggs will be the most difficult for you to find. If you're not seeing them, keep at it! They will all appear! Promise. Do not expect to find all of the eggs in a single sitting; expect to find them all over a few days.
Easter eggs are hidden in different places for each user, so there isn't any use in sharing where you found them with others. Their locations and links are unique to your account and are completely randomized, including the links to find them. Copy and pasting won't work here.
Abusing multiple accounts to get multiple Cloudbun creatures is not allowed—multiples of this creature will be removed from your accounts if you obtain multiples via the Easter Egg Hunt. Do not complete the Easter Egg Hunt from your side accounts.

Yay!!!!! It's finally here! Are the eggs only in the white spaces like previous years? / Hee... I was looking all around, but my first egg was in the same spot I found my first one last year! ❤️

I feel this stages are out of order. The last one is close to egg shape, then 2nd one looks the biggest (finished)

First time question: is this like the Gobbler hunt where the eggs just show up randomly and you can refresh the same page over and over again until you find one? Or are they hidden in specific spots that don't change and you have to look around the site for them?

I've been going to every single site page I could think of since rollover, how small are these eggs? do they appear at random? Are they semi translucent like the Gobblers? (please no, my eyes...)

I didn't find an egg, I made a passage on a few pages of the site. I don't really like creature and backgrounds so it doesn't matter. Good luck with the eggs ! 😸

@mr-blue-bones The eggs are semi-translucent, and on my screen they are just slightly larger than the dot that separates the name from the time in these posts.

@snowywinter I wish they could just add that image to the blog post to begin with, it would be so helpful to new players who don't know what they're looking for. Thank you for sharing, I didn't think there would be any pictures available. Good luck on your hunt though!

I just joined here a few days ago so this is all totally new to me, can't wait to find these eggs! Though it sounds like the eggs are super-small, hope those of us with bad eyesight can still find them.

I had a good rhythm going, but now it's been over an hour since I found the previous egg. Feels like I've looked everywhere. (I know it's impossible to check *every* egg and profile on the site, but even my good spots are turning up nothing.)

@snowywinter I think appearing the eggs coming from time periods, not a pages. Last year it was periods in 5-15 min. For now spaces between appearing during "i don't know how much" time, cos 4 eggs I've found in 5-10 min interval but 1 hour later I can't see another egg. ANNOYING

@ian_hives I think it's timed out too. After I finally found another (about two hours) it was about 5 -20 minutes. Helped if I got up and walked around and didn't click anything for a few minutes.

A little advice for the new players. Stay on a short page (I'm on Leia oasis) were is some text only. And just refresh the page. The eggs are always before or after the text lines. It can still be annoying to refresh for hours but you have better chance to find eggs like this.

How hard is it to see these tiny eggs on mobile? I haven't done the egg hunt in a few years. I really do wish the eggs were slightly larger for us vision impaired folk.

@shadowsearcher i usually search on shorter pages like thief shop, donation center, mysterious asteroid, etc. so it doesn't get overwhelming scrolling threw large page. I usually find them next to words. They are very tiny.

@glaselkj The clues aren't really clues, just pick a page and refresh. The eggs are very small and appear most before and after text. So a short page with little text, like the Thief Shop, is going to be your best bet for finding eggs.

@shadowsearcher The eggs are always on the white part of the page. I'd say always next to text, but there is a rare visual exception. When feeding, if the name is short it can appear off to the side. (Still technically next to the text field.) / @mischu You're Welcome ^^

Easy peasy? Sounds like you're lucky, I've been searching for hours and hours now. Refreshing every few minutes at the Thief Shop is working the best for me. Good luck all 😊
