Coves are now split up into multiple pages, now drastically improving the page load speeds of this area for the largest Coves. You can still search your Cove to find creatures quickly.

Yay! I've hated how slow my creatures page has been, glad to see it'll be faster now!
rypnami • 15 Apr 2020, 2:13 PM
That's awesome! Thanks!
meisawesome • 15 Apr 2020, 2:13 PM
Mild sadness* y-yeah, its great
dafni • 15 Apr 2020, 2:14 PM
I didn't find it slow, but surely will make it easier for lots of people... Cool! đ
aedia • 15 Apr 2020, 2:14 PM
Brilliant! Thank you!
nanami • 15 Apr 2020, 2:14 PM
Yes its faster but i'm not sure if i like it ^^
Orderedchaos • 15 Apr 2020, 2:16 PM
*dances with joy*
moonweaver • 15 Apr 2020, 2:18 PM
Yessss
sodabearjess • 15 Apr 2020, 2:18 PM
You're right, that is way faster, thanks đ
aedia • 15 Apr 2020, 2:22 PM
It would be cool if strongroom had sectioning area separating different items for different purposes, like travels, baked goods, toys, etc. It's hard for me to sort my travels sometimes since I forget what names they are called at times and I have over 1,700 items. xD â¤ī¸
calenlass • 15 Apr 2020, 2:29 PM
Can we uh, do away with that extra charge every time we expand our cove?? What exactly is the reason for that extra charges for additional cove spaces? Is it to discourage us to collect more creatures? I've actually asked this question a few times but have never gotten an answer.
sartre • 15 Apr 2020, 2:30 PM
I love this thank you, and I agree about the items
netherling • 15 Apr 2020, 2:35 PM
Oh thank goodness â¤ī¸
nut • 15 Apr 2020, 2:38 PM
this was much needed, thank you! đ and i totally agree with @aedia about the strongroom!!
Ian • 15 Apr 2020, 2:41 PM
@Orderedchaos long overdue! â¤ī¸
Ian • 15 Apr 2020, 2:42 PM
@aedia @nut like being able to see items by their shop category?
geenotorious • 15 Apr 2020, 2:47 PM
this is a wonderful update, thank you so much for your hard work!!!
Ian • 15 Apr 2020, 2:48 PM
@geenotorious of course! â¤ī¸ enjoy
pet_cemetery • 15 Apr 2020, 2:53 PM
It's much easier to go to my cove now. Im on mobile and trying to go on it before to rename my creatures was a nightmare. It took like 15 mins just to rename 1 creature because my phone didn't like trying to load that many creatures.
sparklefox • 15 Apr 2020, 2:55 PM
This is perfect... Thank you!
fire-and-spice • 15 Apr 2020, 3:03 PM
Yay!!
aedia • 15 Apr 2020, 3:18 PM
@Ian @nut Yes! I was almost thinking something similarly organized to the "item collection drop down list" on creature profiles? Since it's easy to select and view the different items! đ â¤ī¸
sonny • 15 Apr 2020, 3:47 PM
aw darn. i kinda liked my big long page of creatures. oh well!
dragonnn • 15 Apr 2020, 4:28 PM
Awesome. Thank you!
ravensong • 15 Apr 2020, 5:08 PM
Hoorah! I love this new feature! @aedia, I support your idea! That would be so nice. The items could be sorted by the shops they were bought from + retired.
jlya • 15 Apr 2020, 5:19 PM
Ah, I won't have to wait so long anymore! đ â¤ī¸ A part of me liked it as one full page, though.
whitefall • 15 Apr 2020, 5:46 PM
It's never been slow for me, but I'm sure this will be useful for users with huge coves đ
silverveins • 15 Apr 2020, 5:54 PM
I get that this is helpful for a lot of people.... But it actually considerably slows me down with the way that I feed my pets... Is there any chance that you could make it a setting to choose between this and the old way?
foxbit • 15 Apr 2020, 7:26 PM
YESS THANK YOU. I have a slow internet connection, so this is convenient!
chaotic • 15 Apr 2020, 7:51 PM
Oh my goodness, THANK YOU!! this makes me so much happier âĄ
chaotic • 15 Apr 2020, 7:52 PM
@silverveins feed your pets?? Can't you just go to your profile to feed?
chaotictreat • 16 Apr 2020, 12:52 AM
@meisawesome *sniffs* e-exactly, it's great...
cheetah • 16 Apr 2020, 3:22 AM
Could we get a way to toggle it on/off? âšī¸ I'm happy that a lot of people benefit from this, but it was actually a lot easier and faster for me to navigate my cove before when I could just use Ctrl+F to jump to a creature. I also can no longer Ctrl+F for "views (" or "clicks ("
cheetah • 16 Apr 2020, 3:31 AM
to quickly see how many stats my creatures need to evolve. I don't mean to sound ungrateful, but this removes a lot of functionality for me due to the way I used the page.
kayuubii • 16 Apr 2020, 11:39 AM
I preferred it before. I liked scrolling down for a couple of years on @dreamkeeper xD
wildirishrubyrose • 16 Apr 2020, 9:03 PM
I LOVE the faster loading speeds but I'm not sure whether I like how few creatures there are on each page now. I also agree with @aedia about the strongroom categories - I literally really have no idea what items I even HAVE in my strongrooms anymore because it got so -----
wildirishrubyrose • 16 Apr 2020, 9:10 PM
----- overwhelming to go through them all! Also, about @calenlass's and @sinthr's comments about cove expansions - I would GREATLY appreciate this! I'm at the point where I literally just buy a bunch of CC, trade it for EC, and then use those funds to expand my coves because ----
wildirishrubyrose • 16 Apr 2020, 9:13 PM
---- it's so much of a hassle for me to feed enough creatures to get the funds for a single expansion nowadays. And in regards to @silverveins's and @cheetah's suggestion about a feature to make the new look optional because I also liked the way it was set up before ----
wildirishrubyrose • 16 Apr 2020, 9:14 PM
---- with all my creatures on a single page, even with the little bit of extra time it took for me to load the page because of it. If that isn't possible, could we at least get a feature to change the number of pets displayed per page? Because 24 pets is practically nothing ----
wildirishrubyrose • 16 Apr 2020, 9:15 PM
---- for me and my cove size. I now have 30+ pages to click and scroll through just to inventory my full cove of pets.
wildirishrubyrose • 16 Apr 2020, 9:17 PM
---- Okay. *concludes critique/review of the new feature* Sorry about the long posts and the (maybe? Idk whether these pings are functional or not) pings of the users I mentioned. Y'all can ignore them if you got them! Oh! @ian regarding the review(s) because isn't sure how ----
---- closely he monitors the comments sections on Site Blog posts.

Another fan of the ability to overview 'em all on one page. The way the picture loads only when you scroll down to it had always hindered that functionality đ - but not as much as having 30-odd pages does. Though pages are useful for quick visits to transfers and expands, true!
