Tess's eyes were almost fully white, they started to die down. Then her eyes turned full white but she did nothing vilont like normal.

Tess saw something, a white frosty mountain, she was crying leaning over someone, Rin, and Fang.

Her eyes stopped glowing and she realized she didnt know where Fang was.

Tess ran in front of them. She grabbed R and pinned him to the ground, she waited for the cops to come and cuff him. Instead they came and cuffed her.

Tess was already in the car. The cops looked confused. "Are you sure?" one cop asked slowly pulling Tess out of the car. She pulled her boney hands out of the cuffs and ran behind Rin. "Rin? Im hungry!" she said.

@pwuffy errr--- there's no 9-1-1 in Kohten X3 and there aren't really police officers, but the people of Kohten call them Battle Guards^^"

Lucy couldn't stand to see Tess so upset. She decided to consult Oliver. She started searching for him throughout the crowd. Lucy didn't really know Oliver that well, but she thought mybe he could help Tess more than she had already done. Then she spotted him. "Here goes nothing," she murmured and walked up to Oliver...

Kiru watched from the shadows. She looked at Tess. "7 years old... should be easy. Maybe I should get rid of Rin first. She can be trouble." She remembered Rin's Selene Sword from the last battle...

Oliver stood, still mildly flustered by his encounter with his rival. Even more upsetting was the fact that they seemed to postpone the competition since the misfortune. He then noticed Lucy walking toward him.
"Hey," He said trying to distract himself. "What's been going on. I haven't seen anyone since the incident. Is everyone okay?"

Rust ran though the hallways of the dorms, looking for someone,and dodging the guards.
Then, Rust spotted Oliver and the rest.
He ran up to the first person he saw, which was Oliver, and gave him the note that read -

"Got kicked out of the housing places. Luckily, found a new place to stay, see me outside the areana if you want more details. Also, Rust gave this to SOMEONE i know, so pass it on to the others.
Signed, Emerald."

"Hey Rust, feeling better?" Oliver petted the cat as Jaymes leaped down to rub noses with his long lost friend. "Hey, what's that?" Oliver grabbed the note and began reading it aloud. He couldn't believe what he was reading. "Lucy, we should probably see if she's okay..." He began making his way outside of the arena, hoping she would follow.

"So, if you where watching the battle, you should know that Rust caused damage to an areana, so they kicked me out. So, i walked to the Field of Fire, saw a house, barged in it, met a sweet old lonely lady who makes delicious cookies, and got myself a new place to stay."Emerald finished.
"So, tell that to the others, and, how's your life so far?" Emerald pulled a cookie wrapped in plastic out a handed it to Oliver.

"Jeez. All that in a day." Oliver sat down and took the cookie from her. "Not so bad, I ran into that lady again. Remembered something about her killing me. She kind of promised to do it again, so I've got that to look forward to." He laughed a bit fully realizing how bizarre Kohten was.
"Hey wait a second." He looked at Rust remembering how weak h had seemed during the fight. "Are they sure Rust did it? I mean how did they prove that?"

"I actually don't believe it, either." Emerald replied. "Rust was too worn down by the poison to even pull that move off. But, I don't care, i'm fine where i'm at." Emerald told Oliver.
"And don't worry about the lady."Emerald told Oliver. "She can't kill you again, because," Emerald knew that Oliver knew they were legends. "I'm for one, doesn't like history to repeat itself."Emerald said with a smile. "I have a plan, would you like to hear it?"

"It's just not fair. You're further away from the training facilities. It gives others an unfair advantage." Oliver looked away hoping the excuse sounded sincere. Really he was worried for her and didn't like the fact that she was so far away. But at least she had a place to go that was safe. He thought it would be weird to sleep in the place where you had once died.
"I'd love to hear the plan though."

Emerald nodded. "I guess you're right, but, it's just.. Elisa, the fire legend, could've been saved, if someone had rescued her from the flames. Can WE at least have each other's backs?" Emerald asked Oliver.

Oliver looked at her. It was hard thinking about how you died. Even harder thinking about how you may die again here shortly. "Of course," He said being the most serious he has ever really been in his life, tis one or the last. He thought if there was anyway he could have prevented his ending. It had started off like a regular battle. Joanne had claimed he had cheated and wanted a rematch. He didn't know how it got so out of hand. But if people were there, she wouldn't have gotten away with it. "Maybe we can talk to the others and see where they stand." He didn't want her to think it was a bad idea entirely, he had just wanted to make sure they knew what they were getting themselves into.
