Zach lifted an eyebrow at Jade, happy to play a part in her crazy nickname freak out.
"That's what we're trying to figure out." he informed Nervada, as he was still poking the small flames on the log with a stick.

"I think it's a good idea!" Annabell faked smiled again, and started to walk away.

"We're suppose to find Squad number something and stuff, then we get get to base." Jade sighed, as it seemed impossible right now.

"Oh." That explained a lot. "You aren't going to find them," Raven stated. "They're dead. Ferals," she made up. "And, you aren't likely to find their bodies either, and trust me, you DON'T want to," her playful smile was only slightly evil.

"I'll stay here!" Alex declared stubbornly, like a small child.
No way in hell, heaven or toyworld was she going to take one step in HIS direction.

Zach almost chimed, "Liar" at the Ferals part, but thought better of it. Whatever got them out quickly would do for him.
He then stood up, kicked his failed fire away, and announced, "That ends that! Call back the telaporter guy, cause we can get outta here!" he grinned.

Annabell was almost ready to stab Alex herself and get it over with. Almost.
"Alex, listen, I-"
She never finished that sentence.
Then thing Annabell knew, she was cut off by a fireball barely missing her by an inch.
She turned to the right.
"Feral..." she muttered, as a girl glowing red moved closer to them, the grass around her catching fire.

Raven almost looked impressed. "Wow, you must have a pretty high rank if you can summon a teleporter," she blinked. "I don't think I've heard of you before...?"

Alex was ready to throw herself in the path of a fireball. But she couldn't be bothered so she just took a seat.

"Actually, I can't." Zach confessed. "But I DO want to get out of here, and you probley never HAVE heard of me before. Just another useless soldier guy, I suppose." Zach muled, smirking.
"Anyway, Zach." he pointed to himself.

Annabell realized Alex wasn't going to be any help, and charged the feral by herself.

"Well, I'm going. Bye!" Ren disapeared.
"... I wonder if he knows where he's going," Raven mused. "Well, no matter." She finished her cast and tested it briefly. Apparently satisfied, she crouched down and tightened her shoelaces, one handed. Luckily, she was left-handed. Or not really lucky, because she'd trainied herself to be ambidextrous.
Then she took off her coat, her arms immediately coated themselves with goosebumps and she shivered, but kept on smiling as she tied the coat around her waist.
As if this wasn't enough, she then proceeded to slick back her long, black hair into a pony tail, again, one handed.
And this all took just over a minute.
Then she sprang up, ready to run.

Zach was almost impressed, but didn't say a word.
"Well, seems to me that we're going to die anyway, so I needth not mention their is a another team going to arrive in a place close to here in about an hour? We can hitch a ride back."
Zach blinked, trying to ignore the buzzing in the back of his head that happened when his power was working.
"We might be able to make that, if we speed walk though the snow."

"Speed walking is OKAY I guess. This isn't my forte but whatever gets us out of here I can try." Jade stared at Raven. Was she seriously trying to impress us? Well, Officer Opal Honey Badger was certainly not impressed with the goosebumps and the shivering.
"You might want to put your coat back on. 'Cause I'm for sure it's like 5% warmer in here that out there." Jade pointed outside, where a blizzard might be raging soon.

She blinked. "Why would we be going to die?" Raven shook her head slowly. "I was thinking about more immediate things. I guess you guys don't know the mountains so welllllll," she stuck her head outside and sucked in a slow breath. "BRRR. Cold," she turned and looked at them. "Well, are you ready? It's going to get a hell of a lot colder if you just sit around."

"Not if I sit here eating spicy/hot food." Jade pulled out a bag of Hot Cheetos (you guise know what they are rite?) and began carefully munching, but stood up. "Opal Honey Badger says let's move forward."

She didn't correct Jade, as she hadn't been listening. Raven ran, noting after the initial icy shock that the speed-kid's footprints had disappeared, covered by the snow. Or maybe he didn't leave any? Maybe his power was more like strength focussed in the legs and he pushed off hard and leaped several meters before the next step. Maybe it was actually time that he controlled, and just fast-forwarded his own actions. There were plenty of different varieties. She'd need to pay attention.
As she ran forward, she continued tracking the shadows. Keep up the pace, and she should be alright.

Zach shrugged, and followed Raven, managing to keep pace beside her.
"Hey, Shadow," he asked, glancing over to her, "You said you, "Ran into a little trouble on your last mission." What trouble was that exactly? " he inquired, his dark eyes becoming unreadable.
He held his breath, and focused on if she was lying or not.

Annabell dodged another fireball, and flashed invisible, confusing the feral.
The air around the girl was so hot, Annabell was started to sweat just from being a few feet away from her.
' Close range attacks could be reckless.' she thought, and turned to shout to Alex,
"A little help over here?!?!"

"Thought we were speed walking." Jade muttered as she ran behind Raven and Private Zackky.
"Where's Ren?" she called out.
Even if she brought up the rear, she was only checking to see if a lovely rabid moose could be following them.

"Ferals. And old man mountain right here," she glanced back.
Lie. Well, they did run into a Feral on the mission, but it was really no trouble. And with the mountain, well, they'd been lucky enough to be on the other side. It only slowed them down. "Don't know," she called back to Opal.

Zach's head buzzed. She was lying.
"Ah, well, you see, my team got wiped out a while ago to, and this is my new one. And believe me, it's hard to traverse an area alone without running into... Other people. So, did you run into anyone like that?" Zach pushed, supressing a smirk on his lips.

"We do too, you know," Raven tapped the number 2 on her arm. "Funfunfun. They have sound proof walls you know, so you don't hear the screams," she smirked.
Actually, that was a lie. They make sure the prisoners CAN'T scream. But Raven hadn't liked to hang around the interrogation block. Her team had specialized in the capture. Ironic, how they had ended up captureD.

"That's why i'm not a fan of either of the two choices." Zach laughed, then continued, "Ah, a punisher. Always great fun to hang around. Don't the psychos who enjoy or are good at inflicting pain go there? Actually, maybe that's where I should've went..."
Micking Raven's movement, he tapped the 3 on his arm.
"Spying. I'm sure they just use me because I can't get lost."

Raven shrugged. "So your power," she skided down a steep slope and had to dig her heels deep into the snow to stop herself. "What is it?" She turned and looked back at the mountain top. A shadow crossed her face.

Raven shot him a look. And he knew hers... But then, with Jade on the team, it was hardly a secret. She should have pretended to not know her, be her twin or something. Oh well.
There was a loud rumbling sound coming from above.
"... Mmm," Raven sounded disappointed.

She gave him a degrading look. "That's WHY we were running." Raven sighed. "I thought I was going to get a REAL avalanche, but no," she stuck her tongue out at the mountain.
Speaking of mountains... Where was it? All Raven could see was white...
"Oh s***!" She gasped, frozen.
