"Ceren," she pleaded, inhaling sharply as if she had surfaced from under water. "Come back." And her voice pulled him out, too. The young elf stared for a long moment into Saria's face before he seemed to recognize what he was looking at. Wordlessly, he pulled the girl to his chest, and pressed his eyes against her shoulder.ooc: . . . I'm sorry. X3 This is what happens when I play two characters that are sort of the same character.

@silver_winged OMG I I was sitting their staring at your first post saying: suspense oh how I hate suspense.@skylark Saria blinked as Ceren came back to earth. She pulled him to his feet and have him a worried glance. "Ceren, what just happened? Are you OK?" She asked and called, "Kvaya!" She knew that what the elven rider needed was his dragon. As she looked at him her mind accidentally slipped into his. She tried to pulled her thoughts from his and finally succeeded. Firan glanced at Ceren and said quietly, "You have been through a lot." Firan was looking into Ceren's eyes and was practically reading his emotions.Sky waited, "Kvaya? What is happening?" She had the worried tone in her voice again. Rynia jerked awake at that moment and looked around, "What happened?" She asked registering the worried look on Sky's face. When Sky told her she nodded and knew what she had to do. Acting in grown-up or not she had to see if Ceren was OK. She hopped on Sky's back and they flew back toward the palace.

Wow, Ceren needs a break. xDD Poor guy.Not going to bother pinging; you guys have already faved this I suppose?Niamh dipped her head, "I am sorry if I have offended you by insulting Ceren. I did not mean Ceren's mystery friend as a close relationship; I simply meant that I did not know the person. Terribly sorry, I haven't been clear enough about that." She arched her scald eyebrows, wondering if Ceren was not completely wiped of energy. She watched Kvaya carefully as she struggled to reach Ceren.

@hedwig68 Sorry. X3 Suspense is fun.@skylark Eh, he's a class-A drama queen.-Ceren stumbled as Saria pulled him from his knees. He braced his arms, however, and managed to keep from falling completely. "Don't go," he said immediately. His voice was small but tortured with fear.Kvaya seemed dazed by what she had experienced. The sound of Saria's voice tore through her consciousness, like a loud sound jolting one from the edge of sleep. "I am coming," she said, though she preserved her own mind carefully. She could not risk drowning once more. With a sharp snapping noise, she unfurled her wings, and quickly took off. "You have not offended me," she replied quickly to Niamh as she flew. Her eyes, stormy grey, darted over the castle grounds. She began to descend, dropping sharply onto the grass before the dining hall. She could now see into the building, where Ceren and Saria and Firan were.EDIT: I think Kvaya has her own epithet.

Saria looked at Ceren and nodded, "O-ok Ceren." She said shakily as she heard the tone of his voice. She sat him down on a bench and though to Firan only, "He is acting funny." She said and glanced at Ceren with a worried expression. She ran to the front doors and swung them open so that Kvaya could get in. Firan nodded and said, "Will he be able to teach anymore?" He then looked into Ceren's eyes and said, "Ceren you are going through a serious pain but you must collect yourself," he said in his usual deep voice.Rynia and Sky flew to the ground right out side of the Palace and they walked I to the building slowly and cautiously. Rynia swept her mind across the scene and picked out everybody. She then slowly walked into the room@silver_winged It is fine and I like it to it is just one of those things that I can't help but not like sometimes.@skylark

@hedwig68 I know, I know. ^^;@skylark@bunnyshadow Ceren is having a dramatic meltdown. Everybody is in the dining hall. Put her there? XD-Ceren inhaled sharply as Saria left his side. He floundered, his eyes shutting, the images surfacing once more; then Kvaya appeared, her cool scales pressing against his skin. He made a defeated noise, like a whimper, and his arms fell limp as he allowed his dragon to wrap her wings around him. Darkness fell over his closed eyes, and for a moment, all he could do to keep alive was breathe. Kvaya lowered her head and pressed it against his chest, humming gently. Through the thin fabric of his shirt, a silvery mark glowed from beneath the dragon's head; Ceren's gedwey ignasia lay directly over his heart. As a new hatchling, the then-nameless silver dragon had heard it beating and wished only to listen.The two remained this way until the young elf's breathing leveled, and his chest rose and fell smoothly with each breath. "I'm sorry," he said, speaking in the Ancient Language. His accent was startlingly human. "I try so hard to fly, but my wings . . . they are shattered."

@silver_winged Meltdown Ceren is so strange, to me he sounds like a mix between a puppy and a five year old.@bunnyshadow XD@skylarkRynia walked into the hall and raised an eyebrow at Saria that meant, what happened here. Saria entered her mind and told her every aspect of what happened and Rynia nodded. She stared at Kvaya with a twinkle in her eyes. This was the bond of a rider and their dragon. Some people didn't get the strength of the bond but if they saw this they would understand. She sat on Sky and they began to speak about lessons so that they would be distracted.Saria sat their with Firan next to her and waited. She played with magic as she waited and talked with Firan. They agreed that they needed to begin to study the Anciet Language more. It filled their minds with something else beside the Ceren they had just seen. Firan and Saria had looked into Ceren's eyes and had become frightened.

@hedwig68 What did I miss?~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Kerain grinned. "Bet'cha I had worse cooking. One time, I had a student, and elf, who pretty much tryed to poisin me by confusing sugar with silancan. Not a fun time, I was out sick for a month and a half. Anyways, I'll be in the kitchens if you need me." he said, waving at her and walking away.

@hedwig68 That's the idea. XD@bunnyshadow For a while I considered it, but then I'd have to kill the kids off too for him to be like he is. And that might get a little ugly. XD What do you think?@alexandrias-"You have me to carry you," Kvaya replied firmly. Her voice lacked a certain tenderness. "Please, Ceren. Wake up. You have to wake up." She, too, had reverted to the Ancient Language. It was her mother tongue as well as Ceren's.The young elf wrapped his arms around his dragon's neck, pressing his cheek against her cool scales. She lifted her head now, and carried Ceren to his feet. He rose slowly and steadily this time, and once his bare feet were firmly planted upon the marble floor, he peeled away from Kvaya and looked up. His eyes were clear.

@silver_winged~~~Sylvia looked up when Kvaya lifted Ceren up. She had been listening intently through this whole conversation and was watching carefully what has been going on. A few minutes before, Sylvia had been staring at the shining mark on Ceren's heart. Now, as Ceren seemed to have awakened she stood up, her chair tilting over on it's side. It seemed to be on the verge of falling on the marble tiles on the ground but seemed to regain it's balance and with a soft "click" like sound, took back it's original position. Sylvia said slowly at first, then seemed to be more certain of her words. "Ceren....? Are you alright?" She stared up at him with her large violet eyes and her mind started to wander. Somehow, her thoughts traveled to Joseph. Maybe he was really despicable, as she heard other people say the other day. Her eyes seemed to lose focus and she stared down at the tiles on the ground. She sighed, not knowing what to do with herself.~~~😊))) I'm so proud of myself! ❤️

Joseph felt Sylvia's mind and reached it out to her, "Sylvia?" He asked questionably as he sat with Crimson.Rynia and Saria stood up as Ceren stood. They hazed at Ceren in worry and waited for him to speak. The air in the room seemed to have changed drastically and it seemed to have gotten colder. Saria and Firan held their breth and watched the scene but Rynia and Sky looked straight at Ceren, "Ceren?" They said cautiously and watched as the elf's eyes cleared. Rynia didn't even have to try and read his emotions to know that he was feeling much better. Rynia still stood rigid though afraid that Ceren would break down again. That had truely been one of the most unnerving things she had ever witnessed.@bunnyshadow@silver_winged

@bunnyshadow @hedwig68 @silver_winged 'To be an A-class Drama Queen, you cannot tire quickly.' xDDAndrew slept soundly in his room, on his straw cot.Niamh nodded to Kvaya as she left, and turned to find Eragon or Saphira. She walked down the majestic hallways lined with fariths and paintings from the past students and dragons. All were varying sizes from dragon height painting of a mountain to a twolegged-claw by twolegged-claw detailed flower fairth. Most were of the blue dragon and Eragon, some of them landscape and a few of them of the dragons or their Rider. Niamh moved from the hallway to one of the arches leading out to the overhanging balcony, and crouched on her large claws. Spanning her wings half-way open, she growled lowly and lunged forward. She fell for a couple of lengths past the castle's foundation before snapping open her wings and catching a high winddraft up to the clouds.

@bunnyshadow To be truthful I really don't know. XD@skylark I have to agree with that. XDJoseph lifted an eyebrow and said softly, hopping to catch her off guard with a soft voice, "Sylvia, what is wrong?" He said and as he waited for a reply he hopped onto Crimson and flew a mile or so away so that he could have some privacy. Crimson raised an eyebrow and said, "Does she not wish to speak?" Joseph shrugged and together they put a small force on Sylvia's mind so that she would let them in. Joseph was surprised that she was all of a sudden just acting the way she was. He tried to speak to her again, "Sylvia let me in. What has happened?" He asked.

@hedwig68 ~~~~~~~~~~Kerain cooked some variuos food, adding some nonlethal, but very uncomfortable, poisins to a few. today he would teach them how to tell poisined food from nonpoisined food, and he was looking forward to it.

Finally, she said {Why do you want to take over Alagasia?} It was a simple question, she didn't mean to insult him in any way. Sylvia was just curious.

Joseph frowned slightly at her question but then sighed, "Because I believe that I can make it a better place than it is now." Crimson nodded in agreement, "That is what we believe." Joseph patted Crimson and continued, "We want to make this place in more order. Now it is to free cause people to think they can do what they want whenever they want. Where is Eragon to help us? Busy locked away on some island teaching. Where is Nasuada? Who knows!" Joseph declared.@bunnyshadow Yah well you won't be worshipping me any time soon. XD

He stood tall, but the height became him, and his slender limbs looked far more powerful than fairylike. His eyes were mercurial and not entirely controlled, playing from green to brown to green again in the patchy lantern light. They were not the eyes of a child.He no longer flinched or whirled at the sound of his name. Rather, he blinked once, savoring the simple gesture, before he shifted to face Rynia and Sylvia. "I could do one of two things," he stated, as if nothing were more simple. "I could leave now, for a few hours with Kvaya. We would be back in time for lessons. Or I could explain myself to you, in which case we may also need some time."Kvaya shifted silently about him, her slim body coiling like a snake. She went around his ankles once, her tail concealing his feet entirely, and stood so that the two were nearly the same height.

Rynia took one look at Ceren. She nodded and said in her calm steady voice, "Leave." She didn't need explaining and didn't really want it. She thought that the two could use some alone time and hopped on Sky. She pulled Saria and Firan onto Sky too. She gazed at Ceren and gave him a small said, "It seems that you have grown up." Without another word Sky shot into the sky. They disappeared soon after.Saria needed only to take one look at Ceren to say, "Leave." Before she had grabbed Rynia's hand and been pulled onto Sky. She had glanced at Ceren and said, "Find peace quickly Ceren-elda." Then the three had disappeared into the sky as if they had never been. Firan was watching the whole thing take place and said quietly, "You have found a way to help you get through all you pain and one that I must congratulate you." Now the three were soaring through the Sky at a calm pace and just enjoying the nice air. It was so beautiful that Firan and Saria couldn't help but want to look around as Rynia guided Sky. They saw the columns of smoke that were created by wild dragons, rolling hills, high mountains, and beautiful plants, animals, and forests.@silver_winged

Sylvia had gone as well, and the dining hall was empty once again.With a defeated sigh, Ceren fell back against Kvaya, allowing her to take all his weight. She lowered him gently to the cool marble floor, where he lay his head against her side and stared into the ceiling. "Without you, I would be lost," he said. He could feel his eyes beginning to fall shut--something about the episode had exhausted him quite thoroughly. The morning had gone, and noonday sun was bright, but he felt as if he might go to sleep.Still, a tingling feeling of shame lingered within him, and he eventually found the strength to stand. The cooks had undoubtedly heard some or all of what had happened, and word never took too long to get around. His behavior had been inappropriate, and Eragon could very well relieve him of his duties for it. His fingers trembled feebly as he climbed Kvaya, and the two bounded out of the hall and then into the sky.

Sky soon landed in front of Eragon's balcony where Saphira was napping. Saphira glanced up and said, "Hello Rynia, Sky, Saria, and Firan, do you need something?" She asked with curiosity. Rynia shook her head, "Not really, I was just curious on when to begin to teach the riders with real enemies. They are all lead footed and I would like to know if Eragon had any advice." Rynia said. Saphira chuckled, "Ahh riders aren't as light footed I remember are they?" Rynia shook her head, "They are fine riders just not the best at stealth."Saria and Firan barely listened to the conversation. Taken by the beauty of the room they were looking at. The bed was large and a deep sapphire. The curtains were sapphire with gold outline and the walls were beautiful reds, golds, and sapphires. The many beautiful fairths with all different pictures on them. On one side there was a small library with books of all colors, languages, and genres. There was a mahogany desk cluttered with papers and ink. A grand bathroom and in all it was the most beautiful thing they had ever seen besides nature.

SLEEP! XD Then we can like, eat and then finally train 😃~~~~~~After flying for a couple of hours, Niamh flew back down to the castle and walked to their room. She saw Andrew asleep, and gently lay down beside him. Wrapping her tail around him, she softly brought him closer to her warm belly. He immediately responded in his sleep by wrapping his arm around her tail. Niamh smiled and put her head on the ground, fast asleep.

Rynia finally saw Eragon and spoke with him for several minutes and then they decided to let the riders try and improve. Then if they didn't get better they would figure something out. Rynia, Sky, Saria, and Figoods aid goodnight to Eragon and Saphira before taking off again. Rynia dropped Saria and Firan off by their room and the two fell asleep almost instantly. Rynia and Sky then went to their room and fell asleep. Their dreams were simple and calm, Rynia was happy to have a nice calm sleep for once. Sky and her smiled in their sleep as they dreamed of amazing and wonderful dreams.
