The K9 didn't mind however and listened in silence for a moment wondering what a period was and how the girl could be on the small dot that went at the end of a sentence. "Hey...Um, Snake guy..." He said, unsure of the others name. "How can someone be on a period? It doesn't make any sense..." Samuel gave a confused look. "And How did you not just break your bones?" He asked as his tail swished back and forth slightly, realizing he would probably be asking a lot of questions now that he was at the school filled with strangers.-@epicthings451-The cat parahuman gave an annoyed hiss under his breath. "I don't believe you." Jax grumbled, thinking the other had a great chance to hit him and skill had nothing to do with it. "Just don't do it again, Leopard." He hissed, the end of his tail flicking in slight anger as he turned away from the girl and began to walk away. He decided he should probably figure out the lay out of the school or at the very least find a map so he wouldn't be in the wrong place when he didn't want to be. Jax's long multicolored tail swished slightly back and forth as he walked unsure exactly where he was going.

Maybe that wasn't the best response, but that was basically what he usually said to most who insulted him, even if it wasn't an insult. If it insulted him, it insulted him, and he learned a while back that protesting against others helped nothing. "It's interesting enough to give me something to do. Otherwise I don't know what else I'd do here. I wouldn't plan on going back outside and meeting more people for the exact reasons I had just a day ago. When things weren't royally screwed." Strider explained, still working at his feathers with a long exhale. For some reason, painting and drawing were the only things that kept him from flipping out and having a panic attack every second, much like he had on the roof of the place.

@carter GODDANGIT SAMUEL XD @cutebirdy79-At the question, Draco craned his head backwards, eyes going comically wide."What the heck. Are you for real dude?" he exclaimed. He actually exclaimed. The words came out as more high-pitched and incredulous than the intended confused tone. He stepped back from the dude, leaning backwards and crossing his arms in front of his chest. From a leftwards crane, his head came to rest to the left, when his face twisted into a slightly uncomfortable expression.He wasn't above horrifying the little guy with disturbing details, but was embarassed to know very little about the process menstruation.And now, when the joke had turned into a lection about /that time of the month/ he didn't wanna delve too deep (metaphorically speaking... ew).He wasn't a chick... This rightfully implied that he was an for most probably insulting the girl for being so moody, but he didn't mind the title. Kind of suited him, actually. Still, the entire thing seemed to backfire on him as Cutesy decided to educate himself on other people's vocabulary."Ah, nope. I'm out." Draco declared, raising his hands in surrender and motioning to Alice. "The little miss can tell you."---@glazzie-"I'm aware." the other parahuman mumbled boredly. He laid down amongst the clothes, fitting himself diagonally across the bed, feet resting against the wall nearby, propped up just above the nightstand as he crossed btoh arms behind his head and angled it to be able to see Strider."I'm just opinionated."He was, truly. The innocent expression consisting of wide pale eyes and a pink puckered mouth did nothing to conceal his persistently annoying personality.the desire to pull everyone around himself inside out and be able to see them bare and unprotected always chipped away at his self control and made him act less than a 14 year old child. Pretending innocent had never been his resolve however. Pretending innocent meant pretending dumb enough to not know what's going around him and that was something he disliked doing...He rubbed one foot against the other, the slight static electricity warming his chilly skin enough to dull the need for a vest of jacket. He was practically cold-blooded... so warmth was essential. One of his hands picked absentmindedly at the strands of hair hanging over his face while the wide pale green eyes were staring unbashedly at Strider, unmoving and seemingly dead, while he continued talking."We should be going soon. When are you supposed to meet your friend?"----@epicthings451 @xoxo5959 I'm kind of gonna ping only the people I'm talking to. Is that okay with everyone? Because I always forget to ping ^^"

Some of this is what I WOULD'VE said at the time--"Um, ok." Luke said and watched the girl calmly leave the room. Once the door closed, Luke flopped down onto the bottom bunk and looked outside his window.--"Alright, alright, no need to get all 'blown up' about it." Julie responded as the boy started to walk down the hall. Alice told asked herself as she stared at puppy boy. "Um well its not that kind of period and this kind of period only happens in girls. Its a result of puberty and um-that's all I'll tell you because it really is just a girl thing. You aren't a girl so I am not going into detail or explaining farther" Alice tried her best at explaining. 'I should leave before this gets weirder' Alice thought. "Well I need to go. Nice meeting y'all. Oh and I'm Alice by the way" Alice rexclaimed as she walked up to puppy boy and ruffled his hair and then turned to leave but she stopped. "Be nice or a moody girl like me might pop up" Alice warned, teasingly. Then she offically walked off and ran back to her dorm. Once she was in her room, she let out a sigh and sat against the door. "What a weird day" Alice murmured to herself as she let out a small laugh.Bryce scolded himself as he stared at his bandaged knuckles. Then he stood up from his bed and threw his cracker wrappers in the trash. Then he stepped into the bathroom and stared at his reflection. "I look so tired" Bryce muttered as he touched the dark spots under his eyes and ran a hand through his tangled hair. Bryce decided to take a shower and thats what he did.

"Yes I'm serious...wait-" he attempted to protest as he didn't want Draco to leave because of the comment 'I'm out' but looks back at Alice as she began to explain. "What do you mean their are two periods? Why? How come it only happens to girls? A result of wha...Wait now I wanna know!" He called after her with a soft huff as the girl ruffled his hair and left. "I still don't understand!" Sam said and looked over at Draco with an obviously confused look on his face. "You know about it don't you?" He asked, taking a step closer to Draco with hope in his pale eyes. "Help me understand it? Please, Mister Snake Guy?" His eyes fell on something moving behind the other, making his ears stand straighter -even though the tops were folded- and his eyes widen slightly until he pulled his attention away from the thing to look back at Draco for an explanation, keeping himself from chasing after the squirrel as it ran up a tree.

@cutebirdy79 @epicthings451See, after posting your characters doing practically nothing or going back to their dorms alone, you can't really complain that they have nothing to do. xD You bring that on yourselves.Also, when are we gonna make our cuties go to bed? It was 4 PM some time ago... while Aykay was climbing the roof, I think? So announcing dinner time wold be a nice end of the day since nobody is doing anything substantial...----@carter-"Uh- ahm..." Draco glitched, waving an explanatory arm around, though he wasn't saying a thing. This kid was proving to be a ridiculous handful, and not in the good way. But then again not in the bad way either... He was more like the walking epitome of awkwardness.And honestly, he had no desire to further explain a process irrelevant to males at this age. Furthermore because he was sure Cutesy wouldn't shut up after being educated on the matter. And telling the guy that girls bled every month would probably lead to a whole new set of problems..."Okay, look... kid." he muttered, quietly sighing and leaning on Sam's shoulders again, coming down so their faces were inches apart. "You'll learn this in biology anyway. Ask the biology teacher, I don't know man... If we explain it to ya, it'll be more confusing. You don't want that do ya?"He shook his head.Didn't wait for an answer."No, of course you don't."Placed both hands on his waist, then nodded to the direction of the classrooms."You'll ask the nice lady that teaches us bio tomorrow, mkay? And now it's almost dinner time, so no questions."He didn't know what exactly it was about the gosh-darned kid that made him act like an embarassed parent, but being ridiculously cute and awkward was one of the reasons... God, the stupid doe eyes killed him on the inside. Like, honest to god, sucked his soul out and crushed it with cuteness.

Remember that sort of in the beginning of the role play that there was a small explosion and almost all the students, except for our characters, went out to lunch with teachers. Basically, only our characters, a few teachers, and the principle are in the school. So the cafeteria will be "emptier" since it's basically only our characters that will be eating there. The other students are probably eating out for dinner. --FAST FORWARD IN TIME!!!!!!! (I think XP)~7:00 PM~The loud speakers came on. "Attention all students, well at least the ones that are still here. The cafeteria is open and is serving dinner, deserts included. The cafeteria is located on the first floor. First come first serve!" said principle Lehigh and then the loud speakers went off. --After the announcement was over, Julie paused to think about where the cafeteria was. Unfortunately, Julie couldn't remember. "Hey, um, wait up!!!!" Julie called after the boy who she supposedly "almost hit". --Luke got up and out of the lower bunk immediately when the announcement was over. 'I could really use some food' Luke thought and walked out into the hallway.@jupiter_hollow @carter @cutebirdy79 @glazzie @dada_dragon

The loudspeakers came on and Avery turned her head to nearest speaker. Dinner was being served in the cafeteria "You still hungry" Avery asked Nick as she got up."Duh, that bag of chips was half air." Nick joked and stood up and started walking.Avery sprinted next to Nick to stay at the same pace. "I wonder what they serve here." Avery though out loud as they walked through the doors.Nick shrugged at Avery's question and walked down the empty hall to the cafeteria. The school seemed a lot quieter then earlier today. Some students were probably still in their dorms or something.

Samuel asked despite just being told not to ask questions. He opened his mouth to ask yet another question when the loudspeakers went off, scaring the K9 nearly half to death. Sam looked up to find where the announcement was coming from and gave a small whimper at the odd frequency it gave off when the message was over with. "Wheres the cafeteria?" Sam asked looking back at Draco, tail wagging once again. "Oh! And whats your name, snake guy? I'm Sam" His tail wagged even faster if possible as he introduced himself to the other. -Jax's ears flicked as he listened to the principle, turning in the direction he thought the cafeteria was and began walking. Startled at the sudden voice, a bit more than he would admit, the cat parahuman stopped and looked back at who called him. Without giving a response he turned back and started walking once again deciding that if the girl wanted to talk to him she could catch up. His tail flicked as he walked the action so familiar it happened absentmindedly now.

Would the gesture reduce his expression to a kicked puppy look?Said thought was cut off brutally when a loud screech of static resonated in the hallway, making him cringe inwardly and glance at the smaller parahuman in surprise. He'd forgotten canine were able to hear higher frequencies and what was a noise for him must've sounded like a sonic soundwave. Not a moment later, he'd recovered and was questioning eagerly about the location of food in this place.Draco heaved out a raspy chuckle, raising an eyebrow in amusement and crossing both arms in front of himself.This kid was so typically doggy-like that it was ridiculous. He switched from ear-goes-ouch to I-want-food faster than that girl earlier did.Smiling at the boy (Sam. Oh right, his name was Sam!), Draco patted his head while motioning to the stairs."Down there... C'mon." he urged.While he hated to admit wanting to escort Sam to dinner, the kid seemed like one heck of a silly handful and was actually fun. He wondered if he could set the little demon of embarassment on someone and make the all fiddly and blushy.Probably wouldn't be much of a task, since Sam looked to be spasmodic and loving as heck and also eager to make friends.-------In the meanwhile, a pair of wings were gradually descending towards the first floor, practically draped over each other and shielding their owners from view.White and black feathers blended together messily as the two parahumans stumbled down the steps, doing so without being able to crane their bodies down and look at their own feet properly. Hence, neither could see where they were walking, which resulted in momentary stumbles or missteps that either sent them flying forward (but not falling, no - Eytan had too fast reflexes to let that happen) or backwards.The black avian's weight that both were sharing proved to be an uncomfortable burden, but with the conjoined effort of them both, the duo had nearly reached the bottom of the stairs now.Yeah, but not really... They were in the very middle of the second flight of stairs, leaving them with forty something more steps."Left.""I'll fall.""Left!""I'll fall over the railing and die.""I don't care! Step with your left foot!""You're being rude.""You're being a brat."Alexin let out an indignant huff, twisting his face into a grumpy frown and doing as he was told, extending his left foot first and letting himself step forward. Everything happened fast, and just as he'd estimated it would happen.The properly distributed weight of the other avian fell completely on him, since the other was leaning over him from the upper step. Furthermore, the non-coordinated foot he had thrust downwards slipped on the marble and he tipped backwards, taking a sudden seat on the upper step and accidentally pulling Eytan down with him.'Uff' he grunted, throwing a soft scolding glare at his friend, who had nonchalantly leaned backwards and was resting.Eytan shrugged."We're taking a break.""You are insufferable..."-------@glazzie-Arsenic's head snapped up suddenly, eyes going wide and body coiling in on itself at the unbelievably loud speaker. Even through their door, the sound of it still echoed in the tightly enclosed space and made the parahuman's spine shiver with unease. As Luke walked to the cafeteria, he a heard loud obnoxious argument followed by the sound of two people falling down the steps. Luke shook his head and let out a small laugh. Finally, he found his way to the cafeteria. --Julie ran and finally caught up to him, not out of breath. "So, I'm guessing your going to the cafeteria." She paused her walking and looked at Nick, wondering if he can hear it as well.Nick stopped walking at the echoing voices fighting back and forth with one another. He looked back to Avery who was exchanging looks of confusion with him. The two parahumans continued to walk to the cafeteria. The voices faded as they walked away. Both were still confused of what they witnessed, till the scent of food came near.Avery's tail flicked around happily for the scent of food was nothing like the mystery meat back at the old school.

"Hey, Friend," He looked up at the other for a moment. "What kind of food does the cafeteria have?" Still ignoring being told not to ask any more questions, he smiled. Samuel's tail wagged quickly behind him having an actual possibility of hitting someone who got to close to his obvious show of happiness. "Does this place have maps?" He asked, looking around as they walked almost as if he was a small child at a place like Disney world. "What if you get lost or something like that?" -Jax rolled his eyes at the girl's words. "No I'm going to the fair, where does it look like I'm going?" he asked with sarcasm in his voice as he shoved his hands in the pockets of his jeans. "Why don't you go find some of your girl friends? Don't you guys travel in herds anyway?" He asked as he glanced down at her knowing that the other gender normally did things in groups together. Jax's yellow-green eyes were slitted against the light as he glanced between her and where he was going as to not run into anything.

He looked tiny, hunched over and seemingly shorter, practically shrinking in size by the second as his curious chocolate eyes took in more of the colossal building and it's frighteningly empty main hall.There wasn't a soul in sight, not a single person visible in the dimly lit lobby, although a chorus of voices resonated loudly in the large space, sounds bouncing off the concrete walls in a frenzy. The downcast shadows and general eeriness of the place made him want to curl up in himself, stiff shoulders and lowered head gradually closing in, until he very much resembled a scared fox, warily flicking his fluffy ears from side to side.He had his body slightly craned forward, aiming to sneak a glance at anything further down the side hallways without setting a foot through the door, but ended up just looking like a curious eavesdropper. A blush settled on his cheeks as he pulled back, having not seen anyone to his left or right either. He shook his head, curls bouncing back and forth as he mentally scolded at his illogical fear of the seemingly empty building.If anything, the wonderfully ornate facade should've predisposed him to entering the academy, not scared him past doing so.The fervent weighing of pros was suddenly interrupted as a duet of loud voices boomed across the hallway opposite of him, echoing beyond the confines of the building and reaching the outside circles of it. Eyes widening, Misha craned his body backwards, throwing a worried gander towards the source of the noises.Gosh, one of them had spoken about falling over a railing...@carter-"Hey dude" the snake parahuman replied to the kind title he was presented with. The kid did get attached pretty easily, didn't he? Shaking his head in amusement, he waited for a pause in the downpour of questions before replying curtly and shortly."I don't know, I dont know, I don't freaking know." he droned out, shrugging defeatedly with his eyebrows. "I'm new like you kiddo, arrived today and I already hate this place." He paused to flick a hand nonchalantly, continuing down the stairs soon. "Like everybody else."

Aykay stomped back into the school, letting the door close behind her instead of holding it open for Ethan like she usually did.Their argument over how she tended to deal with things had escalated to the point where she didn't want to see his face right at the moment.He was a meddling, obnoxious goody-two-shoes who acted more like a mother than a brother. He wasn't even older than her... Well, he was, but the age difference was less than fifteen minutes, so she didn't figure it counted. She almost wanted to walk up to snake-face and give him a good kick just to spite Ethan... Almost...

Alice sighed and then stood up and left her dorm. 'I want to leave and go on a joyride with Bryce again but i guess i can wait until tomorrow' Alice thought as she walked towards the caf. Alice passed a boy and a girl on the way but ignored them. Right now all that was on her mind was food not potential friends. She followed the scent of food until she entered the cafeteria and came across two parahumans. "Hey" Alice exclaimed to them.Bryce was in the middle of towel-drying his hair, when the speakers came on and announced dinner. Bryce threw the towel on the ground and then slipped some clean clothes on. Then he slipped out of his room and followed the faint scent of food to the cafeteria.

"Why do you hate it here? Surely /everyone/ can't hate it..." Sam said, quickly following to catch up with the taller male who's stride was longer causing him to walk faster than the dog parahuman. "I mean its food, a place to live, and school right? Isn't that a good thing?" He asked as they got closer to the cafeteria, suddenly wondering how many people were going to be there and who all 'everyone' was he got sort of nervous.

@dada_dragon @carter-Smiling at the person that currently ascended up the stairs, Alexin shrugged light-heartedly."We're taking a bit of a break." he said, patting the space next to himself in beckoning to the boy. A nudge from his right made him flinch and glare at Eytan, who seemed to be annoyed that the boy was joining them uninvited. "Tsk... Courtesy of grumpy." the avian added, nudging his brickhead back just as lightly."Shut up." Eytan growled out, returning the nudge with a sharp elbow in Alexin's ribs. His patience was beginning to thin out fast. While he didn't mind getting hurt on his friend's expense since he'd done so on his own many times before and owed it to Alexin for all the worry, he wasn't appreciative of being juggled left and right just so the other could appeal to some goddamned stranger. They had built a moral code for themselves and found a way to properly make it through day to day in the educational center hellhole, known as Lehigh. He knew Alexin wasn't above picking up strays, but putting them above him was off the chart.He heard the smaller boy wheeze sharply, and glanced over to see him holding his stomach.His chest registered a small pang of guilt."Rude...""Brat..."Blinking at Eytan, Alexin frowned. Had the craziness of their first day worn him off so severely that he'd become careless and nonchalant with his strength or was he simply annoyed to the boiling point? Shortly realizing it was the latter, he hung his head.-Draco clicked his tongue, letting out a tired sigh and running hand through his hair. The little boy had turned out to be even more uneducated and unaware than he'd thought. He was too innocent to understand his concerns. Or the hate he held for being restricted in any way."Too much limits." he only bothered murmuring out, flicking a hand nonchalantly. "Too boring and everyone acts paranoid. I don't give a crap about school anyways."Halfway down the stairs, two pairs of flared wings and Teddy Bear's brother came into his line of sight. He raised an arrogant eyebrow, annoyed that the imbeciles had picked a public staircase to host their friendship party.Passing them by, he let out a sharp hiss, slited eyes falling on the pivotal danger they detected - the stronest and largest was the one cloests to him, with the dark features."Why don't you go sing kumbaya somewhere else?"He found himself shortly facing a pair of dead glower black eyes, sharp and utterly hateful. The boy had craned his neck leftwards, shoulders lowered down and body bent. His pose was one of relaxation as he was leaning on his knees and elbow, but nevertheless the simple look in his eyes made him acquire the visual fear factor of an actual vulture.Draco did not flinch. It was below him, a foul, fearful gesture that depicted vulernability and surprise. But the shiver crawling up his spine drew a snarl to his face - this thing, the boy could intimidate anyone with a simple glance while he himself was frightening only after he opened his mouth.He felt threatened by him...----@xoxo5959 @epicthings451 @cutebirdy79-In the meanwhile, Misha still remained in the dorway of the school. He'd ducked away from the path of a severely angered girl and had avoided being upswept by her thundering stomp. Remaining where he was, slightly coiled in on himself by the door, he curiously waited to see whether the source of her anger would appear through said doors.A boy came through... And while he was noticeable calmer than the female, he resembled her in terms of appearance - a fight between siblings, he wondered, but decided not to ask, despite itching to. The boy strode towards the staircase opposite of the entrance to meet the duo sitting there.Had they been the people arguing over falling over the railing? Good god, they were thankfully both intact.Simultaneously, Misha also found his attention drawn in by the downpour of people going along the left corridor. They seemed to be following a scent that he himself couldn't exactly detect - the cold he'd recently caught was a nightmare both for his scent and taste.It didn't take long to guess it was the cafeteria everyone was going to. He was hungry too, it was cold and dark outside and wasting time on searching for his dorm would be a bit pointless... So at the end he decided to follow the students, dragging an overflowing suitcase behind himself.The cafeteria turned out to be... empty. While Misha couldn't complain, he wondered why there were so little people here as he sat on one of the empty tables with a plate of food. The fascility looked huge, visibly capable of holding as much residents as an actual school, which implied - hundreds. There were only a few here..."Strange." the fox mumbled to himself.

She looked around the cafeteria and saw it empty except for a few parahumans here and there. 'Wow this must be bad for so many people to not be here' Alice thought as she sat down at a table next to a table with one parahuman at it. Alice examined him. 'Looks new. He's not a cat or avian or a dog. He must be a fox' Alice thought with a small smile. Alice wanted to sit over there so bad but she didn't because that was so not like her. "What has gotten into me?" Alice mumbled as she began to eat her food. Bryce continued to walk until he got to the cafeteria and then he grabbed a plate and sat a table with a parahuman. When he looked up and saw it was Alice, he smiled. He didn't bother talking because he was so hungry so he just ate. When he plate was nearly empty he looked up and glanced at the table beside him. 'A fox, how cool' Bryce thought as he admired the boy's ears and tail.Alice silently growled, when Bryce sat at the table she was at. 'Please don't talk' Alice thought and he never did. "You must be so hungry" Alice uttered, quietly to herself. Then Alice finished her food and stood up to throw her trash away.

The feline didn't wait for a reply and walked away. Avery didn't mind her leaving but she kept thinking of where she saw her from.Nick started to walk to the trays "Who was that?" He asked Avery. He grabbed two trays and handed one to Avery as she kept thinking in space.Avery grabbed the plate without looking at Nick as she kept thinking "I know I saw her somewhere but I can't put my finger on it." The two parahumans walked to the buffet line and got some food. Avery got some fish sushi, like the cat she was, and got a simple side salad with a bottle of coke.Nick got a turkey sandwich with chicken noodle soup and a bottle of water. Nick stopped, gazing upon the empty table and wondered where to sit.Avery got out of the line and chose the closest empty table. She sat down and looked at Nick, giving him a are-you-coming look.Nick took a step forward and was shocked that Avery can decide so fast. She usually takes a while to pick her choice.The feline took one of her fish sushi and ate it in one bite for it's size was quite small. She glance to another table where the girl that said "Hey" sat. Finally Avery figured where she'd seen her "Ohhh, now I remember" She quietly mumble to herself.Nick looked up from his food to Avery "What?" He asked, not realizing Avery was still thinking of where she saw that girl."You remember I left to sign up for Art Club earlier today, right?" Avery asked, seeing if Nick can recall that in his memory.Nick looked up, and quickly remembered but it was kind of a blur "Yeah, I remember" Nick replied unsure."Well anyways, I slapped this girl with my map since sh-" Avery was cut off.Nick did cut her off to clarify what she just said "Wait wait wait, you slapped someone with your map?" Nick asked shock at Avery's actions."Shh, Let me tell the story" Avery complained at Nick's interruption. "Then that parahuman over there said it was cool. Sadly I didn't get her name." Avery ended, poking at her sushi with her fork.

~7:15~Luke entered the practically empty cafeteria and on one side of the cafeteria there was a buffet that held almost all the food that you could imagine. He walked over to the buffet and took what he thought was good enough for him to be considered a dinner. When he was satisfied with his decisions, Luke walked over to the table Nick and Avery were sitting at. "Can I join you guys?"--"No, we girls don't travel in 'herds'. Ever heard of independence?" Julie said back. After awhile of walking, the two finally made it to the cafeteria where the aroma of food was strong. (I just realized that nobody ate lunch XD.) "Well, I guess I'll see ya around. Nice talking to you!" she said and walked over to the buffet area to choose what she wanted for dinner. 'Oh yea. I knew there was a reason I had said hey to them or more so her' Alice thought as she dumped her trash in the trashcan and set her tray down. Then she got back in the buffet line and grabbed a tuna salad and a Dr. Pepper bottle. Then instead of going back to Bryce, she sat down at the table with the two parahumans from before. "So you slap anyone else with a map?" Alice asked the feline, ignoring the two boys. Then she opened her Dr. Pepper bottle.Bryce looked up from his food again and noticed that Alice was gone and sitting at a different table. Bryce threw his trash away and then was about to leave but his stomach growled. 'Better go eat some more, I guess' Bryce thought as he got back in line and got a ham sandwich, a turkey sandwich, a chicken noodle soap, and a bottle of water. Then he went to sit back down at his table and he picked up his ham sandwich and took a bite.

Avery stuck her fork into the sushi and ate it, then looked back at the girl. She swallowed "I never got your name. I'm Avery" She smiled.Nick turned his head to Luke for he was just standing there waiting of an answer. "Yeah sure." Nick told Luke as he shifted over to make room for him.

Then she took a swig of her Dr. Pepper and then looked at Avery. "So Avery, I never got the whole story. Why did you slap that girl with your map?" Alice asked. Then she took another bite of her salad and another swig of her soda and swallowed.Bryce finished his ham sandwich and then moved onto his turkey sandwich.

The place was slowly beginning to fill up, making Misha bustle wih slight unease. Complete strangers, every single one of them. He hunched over his plate, hanging his head lightly as his gaze strayed over every single person on the tables around him, unbashedly craning his head to see around other people.Everyone seemed engrossed in their conversations and wasn't bothering to look at him.He smied lightly, thanking his small size. It was perhaps the only thing saving him from stres, since he was sure the bright red tail and ears stood out contrastingly on the background of an oversized black jacket and dark jeans. He pursed his lip, looking down on himself.Shouldn't have taken his dad up on the offer to borrow the stupid jacket. The thing could hold two like him. The sleeves went well past the tips of his fingers and the collar was as big as his shoulders. It was a given that the thing looked like a potato sack on him. Still, being less than well-off had its bad sides and he'd learned to cope. With being poor. He'd learned to cope with being poor, NOT getting stared at. Or looked at whatsoever. It was simply uncomfortable. Felt as though he was being discussed or inspected. He was nothing interesting to look at anyway, what with the disheveled curls, ruffled fur and strange clothing, and feared he might give a bad impression. So he dreaded the clothing item that made him look ridiculous.That wasn't the biggest oddity about him, however. The suitcase he carried along with himself was laid neatly on the bench next to him, but he warily kept a hand over the lid, scared that it would be taken. The inconvenient need to coddle the item inabled him to eat properly and he was practically managing a spoon, fork and a can of soda with one hand, switching between the three periodically.Eventually his luck ran out and his spoon rolled of the table, nudged over by an elbow.He sighed.Got up to retreive the utensil, but didn't sit back down. He pulled his suitcase over, placing it on his seat and climbed on top of it, sitting cross-legged and resuming his dinner.

I guess I over reacted about it and the first thing in my mind was to slap her. Apparently with my map." She replied ashamed. Avery looked up and turned to Alice "Then I ended up giving her a paper cut with the darn thing" Avery laughed.Nick finished his sandwich and grabbed his spoon to eat his soup. Awkwardly eavesdropping on Avery's conversation with the girl who's name was mentioned Alice. Avery's laugh quietly faded off as she turned her vision to Nick. She quickly looked back to Alice "I totally forgot, this is my brother Nick. He's a black fox." She finished.

He didn't really have time to apologize for whatever it was that Eytan was so annoyed about because snake-boy showed up again.Ethan was immediately uncomfortable standing there. This guy seemed to be as eager as Aykay to fight, but this guy was downright dangerous-looking..."We'll get out of the way in a bit. They just fell, cut them some slack, dude."

Alice's laugh faded when he eyes landed on Nick. "Hi" Alice exclaimed, towards Nick but then she turned her attention back to Avery. "What clubs are you in?" Alice asked as she began to take another bite of her salad but changed her mind and took a swig of her soda.Bryce glanced over at the red fox boy at the table beside him and smirked. 'Newbie' Bryce thought as he finished up his turkey sandwich and then took a swig of his water. Then he grabbed his spoon and began to gulp down his soup.

@dada_dragon @carter-He maintained fervent eye contact with the vulture, dulling his need to bare his fangs at the dark avian and back away. His reptilian instincts were urging him to retreat away from the superior parahuman's space, but he remained firmly anchored on his place and further loomed down over the boy that had spoken.His neck produced a sharp snap, enlongating in length and bending slightly forward so he was on the bear's eye level. The vertebrae in his back rattled as well, the cracks and snaps replacing the menacing rattle of his animal's tail. The pupils of his slitted eyes expanded and he unhinged his jaw enough to make his mouth hang further down than its limits were supposed to be."Try falling on your necks and dying." he hissed out maliciously, causing Eytan to rise from his seat sharply, chest already puffed out and hands balled into tight fists. The dead glower was upon him shortly as Draco snapped his neck, head craning right so he could get a proper look of the parahuman.Gosh, he looked angry.The reptile smirked to himself, narrowing his eyes challengingly as he took in his opponent's apeparance.Set jaw. Gritt teeth. Narrowed eyes, lacking any shine in them, which made him seem inhumanly, demonically angry. His wired forearms were tightened, muscles bulging, coiled and ready to throw a punch.The reptilian smiled, the skin of his cheeks stretching over his unhinged jaw, as he slithered close to Eytan, forked tongue coming out to flick in the space between their faces."Now now, big guy." he scolded in a hushed tone, raising his eyebrows in mockery. "Wouldn't want to hurt a pretty thing."With the same 'charming' smile, only with the tongue retracted, Draco glanced sideways at Alexin as well, earning himself a hand around the throat. The vulture was inches away now, his snarl visible with Draco's peripheral vision. His demented smile grew more prominent, eyes going wider until he depicted pure insanity with his expression."Worried about your little dove, vulture?" he rasped out, the wheeze in his voice audible. His esophagus and airway were being constricted firmly by the black avian's vicelike grip. Gods, this one was so much stronger than the rest... He was made of fragile nonchalance and shallowly hidden rage, wired arms and raw muscle. The handsome face was also a plus - oh how much fun it would be to ruin the pretty features! He bustled with excitement.A sharp screeching laugh exited the snake's throat as he laughed in Eytan's face, snarl softening to a simple smirk, eyebrow ascending until he was looking at the guy almost pityingly."We'll have such fun together." he recited in a sing song voice, smiling ill-heartedly.Eytan snarled in his own turn, flinging the parahuman back against the rail and nearly flipping him over it out of rage. His body was craned forward, already advancing on the other with a fist drawing back and ready to strike but a feeble hand placed onto his palm halted him immediatelly."Don't. Please, don't." Alexin pleaded, placing himself right in front of Eytan and looking upwards with worried eyes. "He's not worth it. Please..."However cliched the line was, Draco truly waasn't worth Eytan's effort. His current waddly health, the broken arm and his unsure footing all set him up for failure against the monstrous creature and the white dove didn't want to even think about a fight. He couldn't interfere in a fight between the two, because he didn't have the strength nor courage needed, but god be his witness, he tried his best to prevent Eytan from landing the first blow. In such a state and this annoyed, the vulture wasn't in the right mind for any more socializing.They just needed a break.
