Rebirth CC thing...

Hey guys. I'm all up for this CC clicks feeds and views etc, but the Potion of rebirth is gonna have some problems. First thing, everyone will be able to get lower stage creatures even Armnae eggs, Onny eggs, Tine eggs, Unchaga eggs etc. This will totally hurt our economy. FLAR EGGS will be less valuable. I don't know about this rebirth thing. I don't sit quite well with it. I do like it and all, but what with trades and anticipation, everything will literally be. wrong. O-o

Just my opinion, getting my voice out there, wanting to see yours too. ;D ❤️

Wouldn't the potion of rebirth change the rarities of Egg stage creatures?

Also people can change, like Onnies back into their egg stage which makes egg stages worthless D: The time spent and that I did to create this.. would be shattered :c

@burn YES. DUDE. YES. ;~; It's not correctly accurate in any way. Now I mean, more people have better chances with WL I get that, but then all the different stages will be reset. That even means I can reset my corphex last to an egg to a 2nd stage and it wouldn't mean a thing.. O-O

Sorry I'm all for the rebirth stone.
Our economy is already messed up on here and I feel like this will actually help it once everyone gets used to it.

I've spent a ton on lower stages and don't mind the change o3o

@dream-within-a-dream I completely agree with you idk if there going to listen though they only do I find when there getting something out of it in this case it's money but.

And I agree with @burn iv been here since 2010 iv worked so do so hard and put bit of money into this and to pride in the hard work I put in now they do this I feel like it's a slap to the face kinda makes me Wana quite I mean what's the point if they just suck all of the fun out of it not to mention all the time people have put into it ☹️

I guess so. O_O but @immortalraven I am too. O-o But. there's something a little wrong with this.. Just worried about the trade economy thats all. XD ❤️ I love it overall, but. O-o That just means last stage worths may even equal lower stage worths.

yes, it's true! it'll change many things!! eggs stage value will get down!

but it will also help people get there dreams stage easier to get!! like i know somewhere there is a egg collection (i don't remember what is the cove name)

@rashka I do understand that the dreams are much much more easier to get (Like my Corphex 2nd, I traded like 10k for it, traded it, but only to get a last stage + other things... So I feel like that kind of rips off everyone in the trade "business" haha. XD ❤️

@eskimomo Definitely. I get you. I've worked hard for this cove, ahjoon 1st... Now everyone with last stages can get egg stages...

Meh. I think I'm just being a little too harsh on this thing. i do love it. It's a good idea for others. Just means we can't view other creature stages the same anymore.. ^^"

Well some are at ridiculous prices that shouldn't have gotten to there. I think this will help even it out a little. Even ian had said he didn't think it would get this far and such with the values like they have been and such o-o

I've probably literally spent over 7oo$ on this site for mainly lower stages of things since I usually like lower stages more and am fine with it because we needed a change. Re-releases didn't happen and not sure if they ever will so I am for this. Though I don't think re-release should happen now unless they're EXTREMELY very very hard to get >.>

The mass of people, or rather, the mass of people actually willing to speak up seem to detest the idea of having rare things so

I just stopped caring and hopefully this'll work itself out. At least they're not re-releasing stuff.

i think that 2 things could happen:

1. the prices will get higher because people will say that they spent more cc on the pets, so bigger prices!!

2. the prices MIGHT get lower because it's now easier to get the stages we want!

@immortalraven Yeah. It's just gonna take some time for me to adjust to this new rebirth thing. Like for collectors @applegranny, waiting and waiting to get egg stages, now its way more easier. So I guess that'd be a little more accurate and much much convenient to them

No, I get you. I was actually speaking about those who wanted this item so badly. They didn't want rare things, which is understandable. You want what you want, and if you can't get it you do whatever you can to get it. Humanz.

I feel like creature prices themselves aren't going to change, just the values of individual creature stages has been utterly decimated.

It kinda sucks for the people who spent a good buck to get that really rare creature (especially those who had like the only egg of that creature) but noone cares about that 1% when the 99% are hounding trying to get what they want, which is also understandable. The "majority", a term I use lightly due to those who dissapprove of this idea not wanting to speak out, comes before the minority. A basic principle.

At one point I was really serious about this but it was inevitable given the passionate reactions to the idea of the potion and re-releases. I learned to just keep your opinions to yourself, when I saw the way some people reacted to opinions here. It was...humorous, at the very least.

The only thing I'm disappointed in is how unannounced/unexpected and how we're going to have less variation of values on creatures.

For example, egg stage blah blah blah won't have a stark contrast compared to 1st stage blaahhh, but the species are going to have a fairly flat value. (Great, now I don't have to memorize values for every creature and their stages, but now stages don't have much of a value anymore).

I've spent $$ on stage swaps. Okay, maybe not as much as other people. ...and maybe I don't really have anything I want to rebirth....the change was just exciting lol. kind of confusing though.

The prices will most certainly drop, but I'm sure the economy will fix itself. Some people are obviously going to be upset.

People are always yada yada value this value that, rerelases are the bane of my existence, money money money...

I dunno man, I'm sleepy. tbh, I don't really have i want/have anything to revert back to egg stage, so maybe I'm indifferent to the whole thing.

I think they should increase the price though lol. Make it 500cc or something. this way the stages aren't at least 400cc. And I really rather have this as a limited time offer. Especially for something this drastic. this and the leaf thingy.

I feel bad for the people who spent a ton of money though. I know some people spent gas money for lower stages. The change was very unannounced and sudden.

After this, however, I'm not sure if I would like creature rereleases. Makes things eh. what the heck.

@despair Mhhmm. 😊 I'm not trying to complain about the general idea about others getting what they want, just the fact that they, like you said, complain about what they want and not actually work for it. I'm more concerned about the trade system. ~ Ah yes. XD I guess I didn't put that accurately. The creature STAGE prices will certainly change. Not the creature value itself. ❤️ /hugs/

I feel like this was a missed opportunity, that should have been unveiled as a limited time only ...

but not only unveiling these with the sudden price swap from 200cc to 500cc on the Leaf... the Rebirth is left at 200cc hmmmm

It just is .... disappointing. :-/

In all seriousness, though, I wonder why they thought removing any sense of rarity between the creature stages for 200 CC was a good idea? Was the desire for this that srong? lol

I just like the thrill of the hunt but eh there's other stuff I can buy to fulfill that need.

I know, i agree, it is very disappointing. Again, theres nothing we can really do (unless we as a collective argue against it/become the "majority"). I wish it were some other way, because i too have worked quite hard for the creatures i have, along with their stages. But eh. 8| i cant do much alone.

Perhaps eggcave needs more funds, and so many people would like to change their stages, it just means more money to EC. I mean, its just a theory, and i certainly hope EC isnt so money hungry, but its the only thing i can think of 8/ im kinda upset too, that it's only 200cc. Like really? Was all of our efforts getting the stages we wanted, only worth 200cc? 8/ its easier of course, now for newbies, and may attract some people in to playing the game, but its really frustrating for us oldies huh. ugh!!! XO

SORRY GUYS BUT OH WELL I CANT SAY ANYTHING. Again. Unless we manage to become a whole group that argues against it, its probably not going to change. 8/

I'm not against a re-release, particularly a limited time release of cave creatures in contrast to CC one's ( this past CRW would have been timely imo ), but the way this was done leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

A re-release…ehh. It might be neat, not like any of the CRWs are highly desired anyway right…? XD

I find coming here and interacting with the shops, watching the blog updates, managing my cove, picking out, auctioning and buying and adding a creature pixel here and there cathartic but I'll once again have to adjust my expectations with regards to realistic goals within my limited budget or at least until that becomes too restricted such as too pay to play.

I like to think of the whole thing as being balanced for most people because there are certain creatures you have that have obviously "lost value" but there are now other creatures that are easier to obtain.

Besides, these changes are kinda superficial and temporary now because this rebirthing option essentially makes every stage worth the same.

It's a mostly positive change because the trading pool of each creature is enlarged as you are essentially grouping all stages of one creature together. Which makes a lot of sense. It seems weird that an Onny egg would be worth like 50k CC or w/e when an Onny is worth like 20k?

I think this is perfectly fine....It's an OK "compromise" between a re-release and no re-release. It could have been better but I like it x)
