We all love arts & crafts! So what if there was a creature you could craft yourself?🧵

Welcome the Yorm!:
Yorms are a fascinating creature; made of yarn, googly eyes, glue and..... magic?
These creatures are the arts and crafts creature of Ark. They are often creatures created by young children's as their first creature. In fact, many schools hold 'Yorm Craft Day's, where children can create their very own Yorm! All the supplies you need are yarn, googly eyes, glue and then some imagination.
You see, Yorms are created by 'crafting' a egg, and then bringing it home & purposely breaking it under your pillow at night. This might sound like a bad idea; but once you wake up, you'll have a living Yorm!
No one is entirely sure how this 'coming to life' event happens, but many just chalk it up to the creature collecting your imagination while you sleep. Others think they're dream eaters.
Yorms grow as they collect more crafting materials to add onto themselves. They collect yarn, buttons and glitter commonly. Yorms don't need any food at all, since they physically have no way to do so. Yorms are incredibly durable, so they make wonderful companions for young childeren!

Yorm Eggs:
Yorm eggs are literally just a glob of yarn, glue and 2 googly eyes. How in the world does this become a creature?
It is debated if Yorms actually have a child stage, but it has been found that 'breaking' the 'egg' is imperative to the process of actually getting a living Yorm, so the SARC decided to class Yorms as a 4 stage creature.

Evolution Points:
To kinda go along with the funny description, I think the Yorm eggs & child stages should evolve at a pretty rapid rate. Ideally, this creature would evolve with views due to this. Maybe with points as follows:
Egg ---50 views--- Child ---200 views --- Teen ---5000 views--- Adult

I'd adore to have one of my suggestions used as a cave common one day for suuuuuure. I think its the one goal I got on EC to go. 👀

@prairie Omg it's so cuuuute!! The adult looks like it's happily prancing around, and I love how colorful it is. I also really like the concept of 'craft your own creature!', that's pretty cool. I want these in my cove!
(and worm on a string, I'd almost forgotten about those things!)

I was definitely going for "worm on a string" vibes! ❤️
I wanted to do that concept - but a bit more unique.
Thus yarn + worm was made.
