Mesozoic May: 🦴 Ronax - Creature Suggestion

Me and some friends had a few Dino Drawing Days and decided to go for a possible 'Mesozoic May' or 'Jurassic June' theme!
May/June, but focused on the Mesozoic/Jurassic era! This suggestion is based off of the infamous Thrinaxodon and Broomistega fossil (Triassic Cuddle). 🦴⛏️
This suggestion is a sketch; as I would LOVE to see what can be made with it ❤️ (also I just couldn't find the time to do it myself and sat with the sketch for a over a month)

Welcome the Ronax!:
Ronax have repopulated Ark thanks to advancements in Science at the SARC! Because these fossils are impossible to genetically reconstruct; the Arkian Archives has decided to enter both of these creatures under the Collective name "Ronax". Some Arkians refer to the Mammal as 'Rona' and the Reptile as 'Onax'; but officially, both creatures go by the same name as they cannot exist without the other.
Ronax are often held up as symbols of time-defying love. This pair will stick with each other through thick and thin.

Ronax Eggs:
A touching fossil found by Ark archeologists, this pair was together to the end. But thanks to science, this pair can walk modern Ark.

Notes: only possible note is for clarity's sake; since this is a very rough concept: Child stage is a mammal & a reptile egg, the lizard isn't there yet (or could be just hatching)

@prairie I love the concept! You always come up with great poses. I'm really excited to see a more concept art type suggestion because the eggcave artists can really come up with some awesome stuff when they're left to create. I hope we get to see their creativity on this one!

This is so cute omg, we definitely need a dino theme! 😭 Hrrrrm, let's see, I like the best the egg / fossil stage (such a nice idea) and the two sleepy / cuddling adults
Reminds me (slightly) of the sikeree, I'd love another creature with 2 creatures involved instead of just one. ✨

@prairie this is an awesome concept! i really love the poses that you have sketched for each stage, and i think the fossils embedded on the egg make it look super unique
i hope we get a fossil/dinosaur/prehistoric theme soon!

I still love this two-in-one concept: Especially with the fossil its based on.
This is kinda considered to go hand -in-hand with my other friends for a 'Mesozoic May' or 'Jurassic June' theme. We had all made a batch of dinos last year ❤️
So let's get this considered for May or June 2025!!!

Given most of them have a plant theme and this one is slightly out of the loop; perhaps the Melosaur would be a different consideration!
Though out of the two, I really would love to see the Ronax, since its different than the general "dino".
