Idea for April Fools:
Something's fishy around Ark... Creatures keep disappearing!!
(creature images could all show up as transparent/"empty" for a day)
This is an Invisibility Cloak creature!

The Disparu:
Did I just see a cloak?? Disparu are odd spirits that inhabit cloaks. These cloaks are woven out of magical energy that manifest into physical strings with the help of Disparu. These little spirits are very elusive, but at the same time, they're everywhere!! That's because Disparu are one of the only creatures of Ark that can turn completely invisible. Occasionally Disparu will have some fun by throwing their cloak over creatures, turning them invisible, leading to confusion.

Disparu Eggs:
Disparu "eggs" looks like a brooch attached to silk-like fabric. However, this egg isn't an egg at all: it is a Disparu's cloak. Disparu do occasionally leave their cloaks behind. Usually, they will return for it. If you find a Disparu's cloak, you can wait for them to come back, or you can keep it for yourself. If a Disparu's cloak is worn by another being, they will turn invisible! However, the Disparu who inhabits the cloak will not be happy with you and will usually torment the thief until the cloak is returned. Hence why Disparu Cloaks are classified as "Haunted".

Very very cool idea! Honestly, way too cool to be an april fool's "joke" creature, but it definitely fits regardless!

It'd be so funny to see just a random travel with no creature in someone's cove. Or if someone has a hoard, a cove full of just travels 😃

The visible stages are very pretty. I would definitely have to freeze one.

Would absolutely love to see this made!

Yeah, I'd love for the last stage to be the blank for that reason- but also if that was to happen I feel there'd be alot of "blank" creatures out there.
So I have a stage progression option. (Also @Ian might like that more cause that means people want freezes, which means cc, which means site income. RIP to wallets)

Yeah, I love the Mystic's vibes and would adore to see more of that same aesthetic on the site.

And OH YEAH! I remember that one! It's been awhile since I've seen it, but I adored the egg and baby stage ;w; ❤️ I completely forgot that it was a April fools suggestion though. 🙃 Brain remembered that as a marine month suggestion. But I guess this works for whatever @Ian sees fit for: April Fools creature relating to a prank, or perhaps Halloween.
However, I would prefer it be April fools, given that's what I centered it around. Invisibility cloaks just seemed perfect for pranks, hence what spurred on the idea.

I love the idea of a creature turning invisible in last stage, but when I was working through this one, I thought it might be better site-UI wise that its a "middle" stage that's invisible. Otherwise the site would be much more full of "blanks" without a freeze required. Hence why I had that Stage Progression bit (and honestly it's what I like more; but I'm lazy and didn't wanna edit the whole MSpaint file.)

Quick someone make 2 other creatures that go invisible so we can have a full set xD

I personally like the 4-stage progression suggestion that hatches "invisible" and then turns more corporeal as I really like the creature design 😊

Happy ya'll like the invisibility-cloak take for eggcave! For all I know, this might work better for Halloween since its semi "witch" vibes as I cannot deny Harry Potter- BUT, I thought the prank would be fun (but also, a good prank isn't meant to be spoiled)
I love the idea of having something that allows us to showcase backgrounds as is, there are so many gorgeous ones. (might be coming up with another such "creature", but not sure; it'd be more obscure)

Yeah I'd love for this creature to be completely invisible.
If it can't be, it'd be really cool if the artist could somehow just make a like visibility 5% outline of a cloak. Basically I want to see as much nothing as possible lmao.

I imagine the blank stage would be super useful for further cove customisation, or a big hit with travel lovers. That aside, I love the creature, and I'd definitely be willing to spend CC to get one in that last stage. There's something really endearing about a playful cloak wearing spirit causing chaos by making fellow creatures invisible (not to mention I love the vibe and colours of it in general).
