The Giftopotamus is a very happy hippo and the Snarwhal is your new favorite, lovable snow narwhal! Find them in the Cave.
This month features some really old and special creatures. The Laniwon and Zinzall were last seen 13 years ago! Now is your chance to obtain them again at the Cash Shop.
They are 1000 CC each.
Now that it's December, you can visit the Advent Tree once per day for a special daily reward. A link to it is located under the Explore tab. There will be a new creature given out exclusively at the Advent Tree later this month. So, don't miss any days!
Do not visit the Advent Tree from your side accounts. Main accounts only!
The Advent Tree will skip giving you its limited-edition creatures if you do not have Cove spaces available. Make sure you have room! Manage your Cove spaces here.
The Toy Drive has reopened in Leila and is collecting toys (find it under the Explore tab)! Donate your toy items to The Toy Drive and get Toy Tickets.
Depending on the rarity of the toy item given, you will receive varying amounts of Toy Tickets as thanks from Micha. Then, every day at 8 PM ECT, Micha will award a top Toy Drive donator with a 2025 Cave monthly of their choosing.
Your Toy Ticket balance resets daily at the time of the drawing. To be entered into the drawing, you must donate a minimum of one toy per day. You can set your Cave monthly wish on the Toy Drive page; however, if you haven't set a wish and you win the drawing, a random one will be chosen for you.
The Toy Drive is open through December 31.

trivia I found interesting. The Giftopotamus is the 1,200th species on Eggcave. Fun that worked out to be in December ^^ (How other creatures this month placed: Snarwhal 1201, Zingiber 1198, Mochaswine 1199)

The description of Zingiber says it will leap off your baking sheet AND that it gets inanimate in the cold, to reanimate it you have to put it in the oven to warm it up. but has ANYONE noticed the Height 1.29 m and Weight 70.3 kg of the Zingiber? That must be a VERY big oven.
