@purgatory

I am new to the site so I am still looking for my favorite creature.

I would like a Trick it does not matter the gender.
I would also like a cerberus.
And if I may I would like SpiritShackle the Specouro.

Thank you for your time.

@purgatory

It's hard for me to decide my absolute favorite Eggcave creature. There are so many. Everything from the ethereal Tasma, the radiant Rannin, the sleek sulking or stealthy Skrute, the shimmering Sammied, The flamboyant Odraz, or the grinning Canige. And honorary mention to the incorri...

@oddolly Hey there! Welcome to the Egg Cave 😋
If you like clicker sites, you'll love Egg Cave. (it is nothing if not a clicker site)
Really nice intro! Enjoy your stay! ❤️

singasong99 • 8 October 2021 at 2:23 AM

@sinthr Yes, 100% needed feature! I tried deleting a post before realizing that it had to be deleted by moderators by submitting a ticket. then I gave up because I'm too lazy to submit a ticket :v

@ida92

This suggestion was, well, suggested numerous time already, with various methods and ideas. It seems pointless to open another thread about it, it's just a matter of when and If a feature like this will be implemented. Code-wise, I'm not sure If it's an easy enough feat to accomplish or de...

singasong99 • 6 October 2021 at 10:25 PM

Maybe the site could implement a rare 'mystery egg' where you could get any creature on Egg Cave - CSP critters about 10% chance, retired 25% chance, endangered 30% chance, and currently available critters 35% chance or something like that - but it's really rare because, well, yeah.

stellalunagirl • 6 October 2021 at 8:09 PM

@sinthr
I agree with the cove-expansion issue and above expanding the site-based options for activities and to also allow more expressions of creativity.

I personally find it difficult to keep all my creatures alive if I don't have LoV (which for people who don't have access to CC is quite a c...

As an an older player, I feel like the "older" EC was a lot more busy, yeah.
I think EC made a lot of progress (example, re-releases) and we're blessed with staffers that actually listen to feedback, consider it and try to always implement new ways to make the userbase feel at home. I think people...

lilacblack • 5 October 2021 at 6:37 PM

@snowywinter I don't think my coding skills are good enough. I already have a project that I'm too lazy to start but now that you'd make remember it I gues today is the day. Those were the days. I think I found the site on my own... don't remember all that much, I think I might have seen an add and...

pouncessoftly • 5 October 2021 at 12:33 PM

@poserpanda - Maybe try messaging demonicj directly? I help out as much as I can here, but the actual running of the site is all him, ^-^ It sounds like perhaps work / school has blocked access to the site if I had to guess?

@sybil_howlett - Glad to have been able to help ❤️ 😊

sybil_howlett • 5 October 2021 at 10:55 AM

@pouncessoftly
the site http://geckofort.freecluster.eu/ecdev/all.php?i=1 works for me, thank you very much ❤️

mr-blue-bones • 5 October 2021 at 12:46 AM

@Ian I would love to see a conversion option or a gifted amount of CC! The only CC I've ever gotten was from the 500 CC given out during the anniversary of the site, and it's been impossible to get any since without buying it.

But the idea of giving CC will only work as long as the rewarding numb...

poserpanda • 4 October 2021 at 10:02 PM

@pouncessoftly
Unfortunately that site is completely blocked to me as well.

snowywinter • 4 October 2021 at 8:44 PM

There's the Shoutbox
https://eggcave.com/forums/topic/14958
(and there used to be a bragging thread, but on this site it may be too old to revive)
but...

Congratulations!

The spookiness of the site’s Halloween background is cheesy enough to induce constipation.

@poserpanda
Try going here instead: https://geckofort.xyz/ecdev/all.php?page=1

@demonicj - https://sites.google.com/site/officialclickingcove/
This link is acting kind of wonky, I can't seem to get any link to add/remove pets or the pages to click on them? There's a workaround by going to ge...

snowywinter • 3 October 2021 at 10:28 PM

@singasong99 Bragging rights? ; P

(Seriously though, I've been wondering the same thing ...but I don't *think* this is like the main site's where you actually get something. It would be cool though.
I'm just on them because I'm trying hard to get seeds - barely doing more than I do on a daily...

@prairie this ideas are great! I think it would interesting and nice to also think about what we loved from the site when it was busier and how we can become a more active community now.

@pet_cemetery I’m not sure how immortalising works, the best I can do is to put them in some other click site.

@lilacblack

lilacblack • 1 October 2021 at 7:34 PM

I just feel so lonely in this game.. I'd like to have some friends.. I'm starting to get depressed again about many things I loved back in the day and how they've changed... maybe I've also changed... I don't want to quit again.. can someone make me love this site and community again?

lykhaos117 • 1 October 2021 at 2:56 PM

My first monthly from the Cave this month has a star. 😱

@singasong99

Added! 😊 The Doovoo doesn’t seem to alternate for me. Sometimes it will give or take consecutively.

@snowywinter

You’re welcome. 😊 And I think the Corn Maze gives random items relating to Halloween or...

It's that time of year, again!
I started the Travels of Terror Guide back in October 2013! There are
just too many travels to post in just one post, especially since the
introduction of Trinket Travels, so I had...

Thank you (again) @lykhaos117 : )
I wish the Mad Science was less like the Asteroid (random), and maybe more about knowing which items were appropriate for the season. (But the randomness goes with the theme. Maybe the season thing would make for another Trivia based game - perhaps as a site regul...

I would prefer events to make the site more active, honestly, and not competitions, but that's just me.
also yes to changing the login streak rewards to give CC or maybe retired creatures or quest tokens!
getting CC now with the creature re-releases is very hard if you can't buy CC with real money...

prairie • 28 September 2021 at 7:50 PM

@crystalshard
I'd be interested in the Firson & Scarffel. 😊
Unfortunately, I've only seen Mokka go for 500k max atm.

@izziebee1017
I've been re-evaluating my goals on the site, and I've decided that I'll try to not go for one of every species atm since there are a fair number of CSPs that...

i would love to see the forums active again too, before the forums we also used to use the site blog to chat and it was very active and fun, quick messages that allowed for chatting. i feel that a forum is good for longer more thought-out posts, maybe some kind of chat box could be implemented somew...
