Isaac jumped back with the yelp. It sounded frightened. he dropped the chicken leg and quickly nocked an arrow on his bow.

Aubrey was knocked out with a bat and slowly fell to the ground. It hurt for only a second when everything became light. "I guess this is better than being cold," she said quietly, hurt, and out of breath. She was now unconscious, floating above her body; attached to her body though by a silver rope almost. She wasn't dead; just unconscious, but it was almost worse than being dead seeing as she had to watch the innkeeper try and kill two of her friends.

Isaac saw Aubrey fall to the ground and fired. He didn't know if he hit or missed, but all he could focus on was helping Aubrey and Haku now. Isaac started to move Aubrey away. He looked around for Haku. "Haku!" he whispered furiously.

Haku froze in horror. What could he do? He was a freaking dog! (And even if he could turn back into a human he wouldn't to save his life, because of a slight issue with clothes XD XD XD)
randomkitty17 • 27 November 2011 at 10:30 PM
"Haku! Get over here! He's trying to kill us!" Isaac whispered into the wind, only hoping Haku could hear. 'Or at least I THINK he might be trying to kill us,' Isaac thought to himself, but he didn't voice his thoughts.

[Someone needs to attack the Innkeeper, and it can't be my charrie XD Kicks, punches, etc- don't work when you are a dog XD] Haku didn't want to run- he could take this old geezer any day- if he was in human form. God freak it! He backed away slowly as the Innkeeper advanced. To his surprise a threatening growl issued out from deep inside him.
randomkitty17 • 27 November 2011 at 10:47 PM
Isaac sighed and realized that Haku wasn't going to come. He nocked and arrow and aimed it at the innkeeper's heart. For some reason, the arrow swerved and embedded itself in the innkeeper's thigh. Isaac noticed that the shaft of the arrow was slightly bent. He mentally cursed at the merchant who was selling the arrows.(g'night guys)
armageddondoll • 27 November 2011 at 11:02 PM
As the Innkeeper was clutching his thigh, a silvery sword emerged out of his chest from behind. His blood glistening on the falling snow. Cassandra had heard the howling and followed it, leading her to an old shack where a frantic husky puppy, an unconscious Aubrey, and Isaac were. She was right behind the Inn keeper whose intentions were clear...He was going to kill them all.. So Cassandra did the only thing she could think of. She unsheathed her sword as he was hit by an arrow, and ran it through his chest...

@Armageddondoll [My saviour! XD]As soon as the danger was passed, Haku went to Cinderella's side and nudged her anxiously. Putting a paw to her wrist, he could feel her pulse and fell to the ground in relief.
balletninja • 27 November 2011 at 11:28 PM
Aubrey shook in the cold then woke up. "Where am I?" Her dream was of a warm fireplace. In a snow globe on the fireplace there lie the shack where everyone was fighting. The man who was with her told her not to shake it or something bad would happen. But now she was awake, cold, and burning."Oh my..." Aubrey said watching the blood pool around the innkeeper. "We should get going," She added, blood did make her queasy.

Haku was feeling lightheaded and woozy: he couldn't hear what Cinderella said but he saw her lips move. The scent of blood was so strong it incapacitated him.
balletninja • 27 November 2011 at 11:44 PM
"We will be charged for murder," she was terrified,"It is essential to get a move on." She looked at Haku ,"Sorry for all this."
smilies • 27 November 2011 at 11:50 PM
Sorry for what? Haku tilted his head to one side to show his question.
balletninja • 27 November 2011 at 11:56 PM
"Actually, I am sorry to everyone," Aubrey blushed and looked down in shame. "I got us in this whole mess, if anyone goes to jail; it is me." She stated the jail part almost fearlessly.
armageddondoll • 28 November 2011 at 12:00 AM
After pulling her blade from the Innkeeper, Cassandra let the blood drip down into the snow. "Is everyone all right?" she asked.
smilies • 28 November 2011 at 12:07 AM
Haku blinked his puppy-eyes twice, then decided he couldn't care less, she was just blaming herself for something that wasn't her fault. He sighed, shrugged his shoulders and padded gingerly on his unfamiliar four legs towards the door, carefully avioding the Innkeeper.GTG

Cylan sighed. He felt as if the whole night had spun completely out of control. Suddenly he just felt extremely tired. He decided that everything could just wait for the morning and he wandered upstairs and collapsed into bed.
randomkitty17 • 30 November 2011 at 6:01 PM
Isaac decided to leave and head back to the inn. He was feeling pretty cold, anyway. He stepped outside, not looking a the innkeeper.

Haku felt tired and faint: plus his skin still itched something fierce. He made his way mindlessly to the Inn and hit the hay.
balletninja • 1 December 2011 at 11:16 PM
Aubrey ran back to the inn and sat by the fireplace, cuddled inside a huge blanket. As she drift in and out of consciousness she had dreams of snow, rising from the ground instead of falling. Then suddenly a white light enveloped Aubrey and she woke up, dizzy and coughing.

Casandra walked back to the Inn, cold and tired. She trudged to her room, and back into her nightgown, and curled up in the bed. Her head was filled with the happenings of that day. The fights, the friendships, everything. She slowly drifted asleep, the fluffy blanket enveloping her. Her door creaked open from a draft of wind, the wind sneaking in and extinguishing the candle on her bedside table. She could keep her eyes open no longer, as she finally closed them, giving in to the heavy pull of sleep.

Haku had a nightmare- he was looking in a mirror and his human face stared back, but he looked down at his form and found himself a dog- then the scene changed and he was surrounded by a huge crowd of people, but in his dog form they were huge giants towering over him. They didn't see him and he scampered from side to avoid their ginormous feet any one of which could mean his death.- Next the girl was standing over him again, surrounded by darkness, saying over and over that she was sorry. Then, to his shock, her face changed, her complexion became golden tanned and her hair dark, tumbling over her shoulder in curling cascades. Her eyes were amber like autumn leaves, a slight smile played over her lips.. And Haku jolted awake with a irrepressible feeling he KNEW that girl.

Cassandras dreams were fitful and twisted. Voices riveted through her mind, voices blaming her for things, voices telling her to run, voices voices voices! Now, Images raced through like a horror film. Slashing away at her mind, making her cry out in her dreams. She ran for an escape, anyway to leave these horrible image behind...But..wait.. The face of her friend long since gone, now slowly came to view...So much like a father to her. His wise blue eyes crackling with life, his weathered face smiling. But...The smile disappears, a face of shock and pain takes over. Life slowly leaving those wise old eyes...She was seeing him die, all over again in her dream. She rushed to catch him as he fell, begging him not to go, to hold on. This was all her fault, if she had just come back sooner! He smiled one last time.Cassandra screamed as she woke up..tears sliding down her flushed cheeks. Her blankets twisted around her.

Cylan felt sleep envelop him as he curled beneath the sheets. At first there was only blackness, but this gradually faded away to the warm gold of sunlight. Cylan felt as if he were back home, as the golden sunlight poured around him. Everything was in exremely sharp detail, and the scene around him moved in slow motion. He was a bird, soaring above the sand. Soaring so slowly he felt as if he were just hanging in the air. He could make out each individual grain of sand on the beach and he could see the wind ruffle each individual feather. He could feel the wind beneath his wings keeping him aloft, pushing him along. Suddenly Cylan began to lose control. He could no longer move himself independently. He was spinning and plummeting, so slowly. He wanted to change his direction or pull himself back into the air. Back in control. He could not. He knew the ground was coming, it loomed closer. He would never reach it. He felt the agony of the never ending fall. With a gasp, Cylan awoke. Groaning he rolled over and buried his head into the pillow, before rolling back and straightening his sheets - to give himself some feeling of being in control. Sighing, he realised that he probably wouldn't sleep again that night.

Aubrey tried to refresh her mind, it was a scary world. She had just witnessed a murder, although it was defensive it still counted as a death in front of her eyes. She was innocent and pure, but now she felt her mind was seeping with dark, malevolent fluid. It made her feel mad, at everything. It was just total rage in its entirety, and it had to be resolved. She ran to her room and packed her messenger bag and put on proper winter clothes. She knew they needed to leave the lodge from the start but now it was taking a toll on Aubrey. She stuffed some healing herbs into her mouth, and swallowed them quickly. It almost immediately healed her respiratory problems and it also defended her from viruses due to the cold. She walked into the boys room and turned on the light to see a bunch of them unconscious, sleeping like babies. "We have to go, now."

Haku wasn't asleep. He jumped up, then the fact that he was a dog hit him hard, and he lost his balance and tumbled off the bed to land in a heap. Four legs isn't easy, even if you are used to something... Similar....
armageddondoll • 2 December 2011 at 7:01 PM
Cassandra heard Aubrey from across the hall. She walked over to the her doorway, "What's going on?" She inquired, still in her nightgown.
balletninja • 2 December 2011 at 7:07 PM
"We have to get going," she told them, "People will be after us soon and we have to start our journey."
smilies • 2 December 2011 at 7:14 PM
Haku gave a, "So where are you going?" look. He knew where he was going. He was going to find someone who could free him from this ridiculous form and give him his old one back, and he didn't care what he had to do to do it. He growled and dragged his claws through the wooden floor, shredding it.
