Cassandra walked into the room, hearing Aubrey's voice.
"There you all are, well most of you" She said, leaning against the doorway. "Ah, I see we have another addition to this...interesting crew we have." she noticed, gesturing to the newcomer.

"Yes, his name is Isaac," She smiled then put her journal back into her messenger. "We should probably eat," she told them. "I have been told they have great food here," she added then got up from the chair she was sitting on.

"I mean it," Haku's voice was also muffled by the blanket. He chucked it aside and stared unblinkingly serious at the boy. "You really stink! Either get out, or I WILL find you deodorant, and it WON'T be what you are used to," a smile flashed across his face.
"Human are the WORST," he added, carelessly insulting.

Cylan hovered in the doorway, unsure of whether to enter the room or not. He was unsure of just how hes smellt, and he was rather disinclined to be insulted. However, he was utterly amused at how the dog-boy could insult the human.

Suddenly, he stepped forward, "I'm Cylan," he announced with surprising calm, "I guess we'll be roomates."
With that he gave a sudden grin.

Haku looked the newcomer up and down. Bird-human. Thank god, the human part wasn't the defining factor in his scent.
"I guess so. You know, sometimes dogs eat birds. I'll try to remember you aren't food, but no promises," he smiled, his teeth appearing slightly pointed and sharp, demonstrating the relationship between Haku and wolves.

Cylan grinned back, though he couldn't help but feel slightly nervous, "Good to know. But just so you know, I am bigger than you, so eating me might be a little...hard. And also if you ate me, you'd just be left with the stinkers." At which point he broke off and grinned at the other in the room, "No offence I hope; but you all know he was thinking it."

Isaac rolled his eyes. "Calm down, wolfie, I'll take a bath later if it'll make you feel better." his eyes shifted to the bird hybrid. "Hello, Cylan. And just because I smell bad to you doesn't mean I smell bad to everyone else." he flashed Cylan a grin. "Stupid hyper-sensitive noses," he muttered and walked out of the room.

Good grief, he took that seriously, didn't he? Haku sighed and fell off the bed.
"Don't think i didn't hear that!" He yelled after the stinking human. He'd got more than a nose from his doggy parent.
Then he paused. "Did he smell bad to you?" He asked anyone who was listening.

"No, but I am not a dog," Aubrey answered to him. She secretly hoped she didn't smell bad because humans and elves are closely related, and because part of her blood line could be traced back to humans she had to smell like Isaac. She wondered what that even smelled like, personally she thought Isaac smelled like cologne but she had no idea.

Haku wasn't sure whether he was insulted or not. He wasn't exactly a dog... Yeah, that was kind of insulting, he supposed. But then, he was proud of it, as that was the part that separated him from stinking humans. So he let it slide.
The fact that the guy didn't smell to her depressed him, so he started sulking and longing to hit the round again.

[Sorry for the delay, was uber busy..]

Cassandra had walked out to the main part of the Inn, Looking to get something to eat. Finding an open table near the fireplace, she sat and began to think. It had been a strange, unexpected sort of day, And it seemed that everyone had a secret of their own. Whether good or bad, she didn't know, and somehow, she didn't mind. They all seemed good company, which was all she was looking for.

The innkeeper came up to Aubrey,"Mam, did I tell you to put your things in this room?" He pointed to the room just across from the boys and she nodded, "I am sorry mam, but may I give you a different room? It is of much importance," He explained. "Mhm," Aubrey sweetly said. The new room was beautiful and winter-like, just perfect. "I need to get going," Aubrey told herself. The adventure was starting.

Finally, the waitress came to Cassandra's table. "Some hot soup please." She ordered.The waitress nodded and went on her way. The wind was howling outside, sneaking in through crevices here and there, to give people chills. Things in the Inn had settled down for the most part and it looked like some were going to call it a night. 'Pity..' She thought. 'It's going to get rather lonely once everyone goes to sleep...'

Aubrey turned on a lamp and got out a pen and paper. "Time to make a map," she said sadly, she already had a map but a troll had just taken it during the fight.

"I should have studied it harder!" She told herself, thinking she maybe would have remembered the path in Shimmer Mist to the middle of the city.

"I guess I will have to study up," she deemed and took out a book from the bedside table's drawer, it was about the city. Eyeing it, she opened the leather book's strap and looked through the pages. Everyone of them was empty except one page in the middle.

With a sudden gush of wind, the doors to the Inn burst open, with snow flying in! The wind had snuffed out the fireplace, filling the Inn with the chilly, winter air. Cassandra rushed to close the doors as the snow billowed like fog, on the floor.

She looked over at him, he was bored and looked like he wasn't ready to help anytime soon. "Well, are you just going to sit there?" She asked him quietly, she knew his dog ears would pick up on it though.

The Innkeeper knocked on the door to where Aubrey and Haku were. "Soups on if your interested. And you might want to bundle up tonight, looks like theres going to be a nasty snowstorm tonight." With that said, he smiled and went back to mind the Inn.

Aubrey changed into her nightclothes, a shortish strap dress. Then on top of that she wrapped a blanket around her. "Okay, leave," she said, somewhat hurt by his careless attitude towards everything. She turned around to see herself in the mirror, "Guess it is just me now," she turned away and headed to a desk, "And I don't know if that will even be much help," she weakly said.
