@kaylee543888 same here. I'm using a basic team. I need to add a flying type. Soon I will. Probably staravia.

"AWW YOUR ADORABLE!"Bella cheerfully cooed the Fraxure. Bella then reached into her bag and pulled out a a red insta film camera,clicked a photo of the Fraxure and placed the photo in her scrapbook,she had a page for each of her friends, Janet ,Cody,Crystal, and Cloud.Eventually she would add more.
Bella then looked over to see Janet.
"Hi Janet, is this your Fraxure?"Bella happily greeted.

Zellers Meinfoo stopped playing and was sent back in her pokeball.
Her Skarmory popped out, ruffling its sleek sharp wings.
"Oi, a Fraxure huh. I wonder if it knows Gulliotine?" wondered Zellers," I'll use Skarmory if it does."

"Would you like to see?.."Bella cheerfully asked holding out the book to Zellers which was decorated cutely with old boat or airline tickets,leafs,items,ribbons and feathers and pictures on each page.Ect...

Zellers was a little too stunned to pay attention. Skarmory's armour had stung her eyes when the flash appeared.
"Ooof. Um, nice scrap book,"Zellers said, still stunned," I think I'll have to be a coordinator to battle.... yay I guess."

Cody turned back to the TV waiting for the next trainers to appear.

Cloud relaxed, now that the battle was over. The air was crisp and clean, peaceful and calm, unlike the earlier tense and suffocating air. Maybe if she understood the trainers, it would be easier for her to take in battling. Cloud stood up, adjusting her fedora and walking over towards Bella.

"You did really good in that battle, I was watching. Your Pokemon are really strong, and obedient."

Cloud complimented Bella, giving her an amiable but timid smile.

"Beautifly looks wonderful."

((Sorry, everybody! I haven't been able to get on much due to final exams, but I will be back to full activity in a short while. c:

So, here's how it's going to work: we fast-forward a few hours (and through a few battles) to the semifinals. The four remaining trainers are Garrett, Cody, Daniel, and Margot. Match-ups are . . . Margot and Cody, Daniel and Garrett. Randomly picked, just now. X3

Semi-finals and finals are single battles, three Pokemon to a trainer, no items, no switch-outs.

We're also going to do a weird thing with the time. I'd like to start the coordinator contest now. Your character can be both battling/watching the battle and part of the contest, just make sure you indicate the time difference.

Is that all right with everyone? I'm so sorry I haven't been active lately . . . ))

@silver_winged - I think I'm just going to RP as Crystal from now on, that's what I wanted to do from the beginning. 😋

"Crystal, we recieved word of a possible threat against the Gym Leader, Candice. Keep an eye out for any suspicious characters. " Crystal paused as the communicator switched off once again.
Sighing, she lifted Tran off her hat. "Tran, here's what I need you to do." she started to say.

A few minutes later, a lone Zubat flew towards the Gym, and Crystal returned to the arena stands to find that the battle had ended.
Rai-Rai looked up at Crystal from his seat, awaiting patiently for her to come get him.
"Come on Rai-Rai," Crystal cooed, "Let's go congratulate the winners, okay?"
Crystal and her Raichu both returned to the busy hallways of the competion hall.

"Geez...that was a close one!"Cody sighed relieved he didn't have to battle Daniel who,as arrogant as he was,is still a tough match.Although Margot his competition was also good at battling.

At the same time the TV broadcasted the match-ups for the semi-finals, the announcer's voice crackled into the hall. "After several competitive rounds of battle, we have our four semi-finalists! Battling in arena one will be Daniel Kingsley and Garrett Reidar, and battling in arena two will be Cody Griffin and Margot Abeln. Congratulations to these four trainers! Semi-finals start in fifteen minutes, so prepare yourselves!"

Margot nodded silently to herself. In truth, she hadn't been watching her competitor's battles that carefully; a generic strategy would be best, then. Perhaps one that emphasized offense? She had overall mixed feelings about not being matched up with Garrett. It would have been slightly awkward, to say the least, but she was familiar with both his strategies and his Pokemon. In her opinion, she would have had a good chance of winning. With this other kid, she was completely in the dark.

Crystal quickly found the trainers who were battling in the next round, and walked up to them.
"Good luck out there." she nodded to Cody and Daniel, and the others.
"I bet you have a few winning techniques of your sleves?" Crystal grinned, raising an eyebrow.
She was quickly took a glance around, so professional, it would be hard to tell she was looking for something.
Rai-Rai tugged at her jeans behind her, sensing she was a bit tense.
Crystal smiled at the Raichu, and patted him on the head, smiling warmly.

Looking to the side where his opponent was on, Garett smiled. "Well, good luck to you. I'll be planning my strategy for this round!"
