Aaaaand now my cat is sleeping on my CPU, so I feel bad when I type or click ^^; Watching my cat is literally the only interesting thing going on right now.

Cats are funny that way, eh? Lol it's like if you're doing something, they need to be involved. And wreaking havoc.

Yay, it's my birthweek! I'm so excited for Friday, I love receiving presents. Still, I also love giving, so I'm thinking of creating a random travels/LE creatures, any thoughts?

I'm also torn between buying two freezes and something worth 100 cc, or a CSP creature, help me decide?

On a completely unrelated note, today there was a game between the football people in my state and another, and we all went to a restaurant/bar where people were watching the game. Obviously, everyone was cheering for the people from our state. I'm not a big football person, so I wasn't really cheering for either one - at first. Well... I had duct tape (a bit random, I know) so I duct taped my mouth shut - like everyone does x3. A waiter/bartender/some kind of person came over and jokingly asked if I was protesting. I shrugged and he asked if I was protesting the opposite team, to which I shook my head. He quickly followed it up by asking if I /did/ like the opposite team. Before I could think, I nodded. Immediately, he announced there was a fan of the opposite team and everyone began to boo quite loudly. It was hilarious how upset people got! 😸 If looks could kill...

@ilovedoctorwho Only buy them if you need them. 😉 I've just been saving my CC so far. I'd personally like to spend it on a couple CSP creatures, since freezes tend to go for less EC than CSP creatures. Plus I don't really need freezes at the moment.

@april__ Gah, same here. I'm already shattered. x_x;;

@karamel

Evil school.

I've already had to pull some all nighters, and I've had so much coffee today I'm vibrating. x'D

It's just so much stuff at once. o-o At least I enjoy one of my classes. Are any of yours enjoyable? Or are they all pure torture?

@april__ "some all nighters"?! It's only been a week and you've pulled /more than one/ all-nighter?! I can barely survive one in a month, let alone more than one during one week. D:

Ehh, ICT is a breeze because we're just learning basic HTML and the tutorial /literally/ tells you what to do. (e.g. "1. Copy and paste this. 2. Put xyz between abc and def. 3. Copy and paste that. 4. Click 'Submit'!") 😋
Err... English is pretty fun too. We're currently studying a few of Shakespeare's works, and we just did Animal Farm by George Orwell. 😊

The others are, in basic terms, pure torture. >_>;; On the bright side, all my start-of-term "baseline" tests are over this week~!

And oh, have you received your snake yet? c:

@karamel

Well, between school and work I'm pretty busy. I get so much homework in my classes and I have so much studying to do to keep caught up. o-o So all nighters, bleh. I normally catch 20 minute naps in my car in between classes. xD Which surprisingly help a lot.

I did a course last semester with basic HTML, it was pretty easy since I knew most of it from my time spent online. It was a breeze. And hooray for English! I am sad I don't have an English class this semester.

Yay for tests being over!

Not yet. Next week though. 😃 Things kind of got delayed, but everything is all set up now. 😃 So excited.

(And I'm British, so I'm partly biased. x3)

@april__ Aaaaand I just finished my homework after four hours. xD 20 minutes is a good period of time for a power nap. Let's just hope you're not actually driving during those naps, though! 😋

HTML's pretty easy--partly because all the tags are reasonably self-explanatory. xD And hurray indeed~! It's a shame that you don't have English, though. D: I think English is probably my favourite subject because it's something that really provokes my creativity and we're often given the freedom to write however and about whatever we want. 😊
Do you have any other classes that you're not taking (enjoyable or otherwise 😋)?

Awesome! Glad to hear it. c:

@karamel Kay, I'll save it 😸

You can't pull all-nighters? Lately I've been in such a weird state of mind, I can't sleep at all. I'm usually up all night (One Direction! ❤ī¸) 3-4 times a week ^^; I really need some sleep >.<

@ilovedoctorwho Eeyup; I guess my body clock just isn't used to staying up for more than 24 hours straight. I can easily get up at 3AM (or 10PM ECT) and go to bed at 11PM (or 6PM ECT), but I just can't stay up all night. x3

Plus, my parents wouldn't let me. 😋

@karamel My mom doesn't really know I have all-nighters, I mostly just stay in my room panicking about life and reading 😸 Or I use my computer to take my mind off how much life sucks x3 EC has been my main distraction lately 😸

@karamel

Aha. Nahh, I just look like a loser napping in one of the many parking lots to my University. xD I have a blanket in my car and everything.

And I don't really enjoy any of my classes. They're all pretty stressful currently, and I'm working through that.

English is amazing, though I take Creative Writing classes, too. Those are a favourite of mine. 😊 My last one was really strict though. After learning that 'said is dead' all throughout high school, our teacher would dock marks when we didn't use said. o-o

And yes! I am so stoked. 😃 I have a day off tomorrow. I'm going to take that time to move everything around to set the tank up. Yes. 😃

@ilovedoctorwho I tend to keep my door open (because my room gets stuffy) so... x3 And I'm pretty sure my laptop has a heating problem (it gets up to 80 degrees C) so the fan goes absolutely crazy. e_e;;
Panicking about reading? 😋

@april__ I don't consider people that need sleep 'losers'. xD But I personally just can't sit and sleep. I /have/ to lie down on my back or my right side, otherwise my back, shoulders, and neck gets the worst cramps.

That's a shame. IMO, you learn best when you enjoy the lessons, so it's a pity that you don't enjoy any of yours. D: *hugs* I hope the stress is relieved for you soon.

Hurray for creative writing~! That's my absolute favourite part of English. ❤ī¸ Oh, I know that feeling, though. I tend to use "replied" and "responded" way too often, though; never "said". :x

Have fun! How big is the snake and the tank? o:

@karamel

Aha, I don't either. I just think people must find it weird when they walk by and see me with my Lion King blanket crashed out in my car. x'D

I used to only be able to sleep in my bed to be honest! Until the past couple months. I guess exhaustion can do anything. And I wake up with bad headaches a lot but it beats falling asleep in class which i've been doing recently. Ugh.

Thank you. I hope it gets a bit better soon. Once my semester is over in April, I'll be able to focus on my job and relax a bit.

His argument is that when you used stuff other than said, it's distracting. But I find using said constantly a tad boring. It's just one teacher's opinion. It makes Creative Writing kind of hard to mark aside frmo grammar/spelling.

The tank is currently 20 gallons, but eventually I'll be upgrading as he grows. He's only about four feet right now.

@karamel Ah. My mom is such a sound sleeper, she probably wouldn't notice if I walked into her room and started singing. Literally. I tried it once x3

@april__ Eh, not weird; it's just... not a common sight. There's a nicer term. xD

Gah, I really hope it gets better. Headaches are one of the worst! I can never concentrate when I get one. Make sure to drink plenty of water and look after yourself. *hugs* :c

Distracting? Wow, I guess you really can't please everyone. e_e;; But you're definitely correct in saying that it's just one teacher's opinion, and you shouldn't let that change the way you write. A lot of published books tend to say "said", "says", etc. and I get used to ignoring it, but sometimes I wish they'd just be a little more, y'know, /creative/. It doesn't help with picturing the story--I just imagine people standing around in a blank room and awkwardly talking about the weather, which doesn't help when there's actually something more interesting going on. >_>;;

Four feet? o: I don't know much about snakes, so what's the biggest size you'd expect him to get?

@ilovedoctorwho Seriously? xD My mum doesn't go to sleep until around 1am. She's a total workaholic.

And lol, I knew what you meant. 😋 *high-fives* Reading for the win! What is/are your favourite book(s)? c:

@karamel My mom freaks out if she isn't in her bed by 10 x3 Oh... that's a really hard one, I've read sooo many. Well... I just finished the 5th wave and, it was pretty good, but I've read so many, I have pretty high expectations... (but it was really good) The Harry Potter books are classics, Hunger Games was pretty good, but the last one sucked (too sad ☚ī¸), Divergent was okay but she was sort of ruthless and the last book was absolutely terrible! I started reading the summoning but it was terrible, I just started Eve so I can't tell if I like it yet. Wait.... most of those were just recent ones. Not all my favorites... Should I start over? x3

Bacon pancakes, makin' bacon pancakes, take some bacon and I'll put it in a pancake, bacon pancakes, that's what it's gonna make, bacon pancake!

Of course now I have to make bacon pancakes. I also have to make Valentine's cookies because they had a section for making Valentine's cookies in the store. 😋 I love making cookies 😸

@ilovedoctorwho Ooh, I'm currently reading Divergent! (Well, I'm on Insurgent right now.) Don't spoil anything. D:
Yeah, Beatrice/Tris is pretty ruthless, but isn't that why she was in Dauntless? 😋

I didn't really like The Hunger Games and don't understand all the hype about it. The plot /idea/ was nice, but I don't think it was used to its full ability. And the last book was absolutely terrible; Katniss didn't even do anything (significant) for the first... third/half of the book? >_>;;

@karamel I just think she's a bit of a hypocrite. She's hating on Eric but then she's acting the exact same way. It's kinda annoying...
Yeah, it was a little slow, but Catching Fire was pretty good I think. Mockingjay was way too sad for me, though.
What are your favorite books? 😸

@ilovedoctorwho 'Tis a little annoying, but I do love the plot. ❤ī¸ The main thing I look for in a book is the plot and then the writing style. I don't care too much for the characters (although plot twists are a bonus). x3

My favourite book? I'm not too sure on that. xD I did like the Inheritance Cycle and Mortal Engines (or 'Hungry City Chronicles' in the US) series. But it's hard to pick a favourite. D:

@univea Hello world, I guess? 😋

How is everyone so far? Is 2014 going well? Thoughts on CRW?

Personally, I absolutely /adore/ the hatched Neebu (!!) and the hatched Keras (save the colours). ❤ī¸ It's nice to see a new artist and artist style, too.

Back at school, today was possibly the worst P.E. lesson at school. It was freezing and we were doing netball outside. My hands are sore (and were numb) from catching the ball. D:
