Uhm, hi. ^^" I feel socially awkward here now.
I'm an older user, I guess you could say, and most of my friends are inactive (I'm inactive too, just not as much) and I really kind of miss EC and trading, and all that fun stuff. xD And I want to make new friends, but I feel like most of the newbies here might just want my creatures or something. ^^" Or maybe I'm paranoid. I also don't want to sound creepy if I post on someone's wall and ask to be friends. xD

I haven't been to many conventions, but I did cosplay.

I made the mask and outfit of Princess Mononoke, which was pretty awesome if I do say so myself. 😃

Okay, I'm kinda freaked out. Every time I learn something knew I hear it. At first I thought I had just been ignoring it before because I didn't know about it, but it happens every time. O-O
For example:
I learn a new word from a book. I look up and someone says it on TV. (this has happened multiple times)
I hear a new song. I think of it and someone next to me starts singing it. (happens a lot)
I learn a new word at school. I go home, open up my book and the word is in the very next sentence I read. (I think you understand that this happens a lot)
And just now, a few minutes ago, I learned that Burj Khalifa, in Dubai, is the tallest building in the world. And then on TV someone says exactly that. 'Dubai Tower is the tallest building in the world.' It's so weird, but I'm not complaining, I guess. 😋

Does this happen to anyone else? 'Cuz I'm curious.

I love cosplaying~ I'm terrible at sewing too, don't worry-- OTL But I'm in a cosplay group currently, and some of the people there are amazing at sewing. They're great about giving helpful hints and tips when it comes to making things. ❤️

You can find a lot of great sources online, too!

...or, the less impressive way, just buy it-- //shot ;D

I'll be at Otakon 2014, and I'm beyond excited!

Gah~ One of my classes was canceled today so I climbed up into the hills just behind the campus. Saw a rattlesnake and wild turkeys. They're so cute. c:
And then I found out that my parrot is actually a girl. Still gonna call her Charlie anyways :'D
