Alex pulled her hand away and said, "It isn't bad just a little hurt." The wound wasn't gushing blood but it was still bleeding. She placed her hand back in place and said, "Why does this always happen?"

@jubjubloversboy I didn't pick the name. I was really unspecific about the identity of the person, so I guess if you desperately wanted to come back in, we could say it was some other dark-haired girl. I'm sure there are others.

A deep, scowling frown appeared on Phoebe's face. Typically, any vicious emotions would remain carefully locked up inside. Tonight, however, was a different story. She'd nearly been slashed to ribbons by the same kind of creature she had modeled with the night before, and in the same hour she had taken another girl's life. Her emotional restraint was worn thin.

"Don't think you'll be able to handle them alone," she spat, stalking off into the forest. The boy with the emo haircut had slipped off into the trees. Part of her assumed that as soon as he realized she had gone, he would follow.

Up to that moment, Phoebe had felt nothing short of mortified that she had sobbed in the arms of a complete stranger. However, it was probably very good television. If she could stay in the mind of the crowd, the gamemakers would have to think twice about killing her. She slowed her stomp to a slow walk, allowing the boy (what was his name?) to catch up.

Alex gazed at the water and then stood up. She grabbed a backpack and pulled out several water purifiers. She then dug a hole and filled it with the beer. She poured half of a purifier into it and gazed at the beer. It had popped into her mind and she just had to try it.

"Wait!" the boy called out after her. She then heard his approaching footsteps, and he rejoined her under a patch of clear land. Phoebe very nearly smiled--her prediction had been spot on. It seemed that she had an alliance.

Moonlight bathed the pale stretch of land, and the sound of water was very close by. They had reached a cliff, a portion of high land that looked out onto the sandy beach below. The ocean was visible, lapping gently at the shoreline, and clouds loomed on the horizon. Before morning, Phoebe guessed, there would not be even moonlight to see by. Another odd sound accompanied them, somewhat like a slithering. Phoebe turned around slowly, expecting to see snakes. However, it was merely a collection of vines that had creeped after them . . . probably something to do with the pale boy they had encountered in the forest. "I don't suppose those have eyes," she snapped, projecting her voice so that it would reach him. She then turned back to the dark-haired boy next to her.

"I never learned your name," she said softly.

(Let's try this again xD) He frowned and took off his shirt, before giving it to the girl to stop the bleeding. "Here. Use it to stem the flow of blood.", he said.

Grace went up a tree. As she looked down, she heard a couple fires of cannons. She saw a girl, Jamie, and a boy who she didn't recognize. Then she heard Alex yell about her finding water. She searched for a few seconds and dropped down from the tree before going over to Selena.
