And although it did happen often, Alexin hoped this wouldn't be the case with their interaction."I ah... I can show you around maybe? Th-there's a lot of quirks to this place - I-I've been here a year and you probably already know how... how inconveniently full the academy can be. Loud too." he offered, extending a hand for Strider to shake, regardless of the talons he hadn't yet seen. The animalistic attributes wouldn't have frightened him anyway - Eytan's violent side had seen worse days while he was around anyways.

He even hurt himself a few times. Nevertheless, he carefully met Alexin's hand with his own, making sure his talons were out of the way as he gave his hand a loose shake. Although he just met the fellow, he seemed all right, so he didn't mind being...calmer, to say the least."If you want. I don't want to waste your time." he said with a shrug, pulling his hand back to rest at his side once more.

My only other option is trying to find it myself to stay and watch my friend beat on rabbits... and then go around apologizing on his behalf, which - not happening anytime soon. It's literally like being mentally tortured." he mumbled lightly, scratching the back of his neck. "I ah... should warn you about him by the way. Tall, tan, black everywhere - if he blows smoke in your face, it just means he likes you."

As much as he seemed not to care, people like that never got a positive reaction out of him- mostly because he was usually the target in the past when dealing with people and their bullying ways."Is there a single room here that is not a zoo?"

Alice ran into two boys and apologized in a flat tone. Then she kept running, looking for an empty room. She came by a janitor's closet and stepped inside. Alice let out and took in some deep breaths. "Why did Victoria send me here?" Alice asked herself. Then Alice slide to the floor and brought her knees to her head. "I need a cigarette" Alice said as she let out a frustrated breath.Bryce got to the front of the line and signed his name on the Archery sign-up sheet. He then walked out of the gym and back downstairs.

When he apologized, he hissed harshly, fanning his black wings out again in a fit of frustration. God, what was up with everyone at this place? He mentally considered, though, she was doing something important, so he simply passed it off as that.

It's pretty much forbidden territory because of the chemicals but the teacher's out for the day and there's a spare key in the janitor's closet. The window leds to the roof if you ever feel like being alone..." he suggested timidly, giving out the information as quietly as possible and giving a small lopsided grin."So allons-y, or?"

He swore she ran into something of a janitor's closet, and he wasn't positive that he wanted to run into her there."Yeah. Allons-y." Whatever that meant.

"Sorry, I'm being a nerd. Allons-y, though."He strode down the corridor, having not paid too much attention to the female that had previously went down it; then turned left to the thin door in the end of the hallway and flinged it open.Not noticing the black-haired girl hiding in the darkness at first, he turned to Strider, meanwhile reaching for the lightswitch."The janitor usually hides the key behind- HOLY MOTHER OF JESUS!" he squeaked out, just now coming face to face with the female and jumping back, wings slightly flared out.

When he told her to come out of the closet, she found herself standing up and walking out of the closet. Alice clicked her tongue at the boys and brought out her claws. "Can one of you tell me why you were going to that closet?" Alice said as she pointed a clawed finger at both of them.

Strider watched Alexin teeter around a bit before regaining his balance, then eyed the girl curiously, wondering why she passed by this way in the first place. He rolled his eyes at the dove boy's name for the girl folding his arms neatly across his chest.When she brought out her claws, he narrowed his eyes and showed his own talons instinctively. --I think I'm going to try drawing all these little action scenes. Should I try?

J-just wanted to get something from there." he explained curtly, stepping back and pointing to the electricity box in the closet's corner. "There's a key there that we'd like to take. We're just borrowing it... without asking... for a while, I swear."

She gazed upon the small room and pressed the white button labeled 1. The door closed and started to move down. She felt the dropping feeling and watched as the numbers on the top change from 2 to 1. The dropping feeling stopped and the doors opened again. She stepped out and the door closed behind her.Nick walked up to the Archery sign-up and signed his name. He walked out of line and stuck his hands in he pockets. Exiting the gym doors, he thought of what to do now. Nick walked down the stair-well and walked down the hall of the second floor.

Well just so you know it won't last." Alice exclaimed as she handed the white haired boy the key. "Oh I'm Alice by the way" Alice said as she clicked her tongue at the white haired boy. Then she began to close the closet door and walk away. When she turned around and looked at the boy with the black wings and talons. "Nice talons and wings" Alice said with a smile. Then she turned to the other boy. "You have nice wings, too" Alice added with the same smile. Then she offically walked away.

Cuz it's awesome.-Looking at the key in his hand, Alexin remained confused and motionless for a while before the girl pushesd past them. In a last attempt to justify himself, he turned, waving a finger in the air."W-weren't trying to escape, we were going on the roof! And... I-I'm Alexin." he exclaimed, voice unfortunately echoing throughoutt he entire corridor. Cursing under his breath and then apologizing in the same manner to seemingly nobody for the foul words, he clutched the key in his hand and locked the door to the closet, making sure that it all looked as if nobody had opened it.Steadily, he turned to Strider, dangling the key in front of him."Well... least we got this." he murmured with a slightly disheartened voice. It seemed as if none of the people were at all enthusiastic to be here, much less get to know each other. Yes, he knew all too well that his trivial thinking was what got people so annoyed but couldn't help want to make some friends."Are we going?" he asked.

He glance further down the hall to she a dark haired girl leave them.Avery walked down the hall to the girl's dorm. She took out her key and unlocked he door. She gazed upon the room and walked in. She quietly closed the door behind her and walked in.

Then she turned back and looked at Alexin for about 10 seconds. Alice smiled and then turned back around and walked to her dorm. She pulled out her iPod, once she jumped on her bed. She flipped through her songs and decided on Alone Together by Fall Out Boy.Bryce headed back to his dorm and sat on his bed to think. Then he got an idea but then it was gone. Bryce fell back on his bed with a frustrated breath and closed his eyes.

Julie exited the gymnasium and decided to explore more of the school. As she walked around on the 1st floor, she came upon an empty hall way. Tempted by its emptiness and spaciousness, Julie did a few cartwheels down the empty hall way.Luke signed his name on the sign-up paper for soccer and then also signed up for archery. He dropped his hand to his side, turning to Alexin and expressing his confusion. Though he nodded at him as he saw the gleam of the key in the corner of his eye.He wasn't sure he knew how to feel about the girl they just met, what was her name, Alice? Yeah. She was cool, he guessed with a shrug."Yeah. Let's...let's go." He grumbled at the slight pause in his speech, not being able to process thoughts and speak clearly at the same time. He pushed his hair back off his forehead, only for it to flop back down. He awkwardly shrugged for a second time, avoiding coversation and instead walking ahead. He didn't notice the boy who approached them, deciding to leave him for Alexin. He probably wanted to make friends more than he did.

Alexin was ready to respond to his question, when said boy looked further down the hallway to look at Alice. Following his gaze, the white boy glanced at her as well, briefly smiling. Yeah, she was trouble, he knew that already.Turning back, he discovered not two but three boys in the hallway with him and heaved a sigh."We were going to the roof... I ah... I guess you can come with, if you want to get out of the chaos. We figured it would be quieter and... less crowded."He offered with a small chuckle, throwing a gander at his key and setting off after Strider in a trott."Hey Strider, wait up! Jesus, you're evasive."

A shrug would have to suffice. He looked behind him at the other boy, wondering if he would take the invitation of joining the two of them. The crow-human boy wasn't sure if he didn't or did want the third to join them. But, then again, it wasn't like he had power over what he decided to do, anyway. He wasn't going to go pick a fight over who stays and who comes with.

He was just trying to get comfortable in this new environment, and he guessed there wasn't a better way to warm up to people by being around people.Shifting his wings around a bit so they would comfortably rest on his backside, he looked at their new companion. Strider simply dipped his head in greeting, then looked forward once more.

Then Nick had a memory recall. When The white hair boy tryed to catch up he shouted "Strider". Nick turned to the one who he remembered was Strider. He didn't talk much, just shrugged most of the time. "I'm Nick. I believe you're name is Strider right?" Nick asked calmly while putting his hands in his pockets.

Strider didn't think he was around that much yet.He had already met three people in the last thirty minutes. That was a new record for him. He didn't know whether to feel frightened or excited at the accomplishment. It certainly was not a thing he accomplished often.
