"does anyone know how we get put into houses? My parents are muggles, and I don't have any siblings hat went to hogwarts..."

Refusing the brush, Alyssa glared at Scarlet. "Why'd you do that?" She promptly climbed right back out, then stuck her head in. "What part of WOO! do you not understand? And yeah, it's a hat. A crappy old one, according to Dad." She dangled her legs into the compartment and swung to hang from them, the wind nearly sending her horizontal. "I repeat: WOOOOO!" She laughed.

If Alyssa had heard Sarah, she might have replied somewhat like this: "The hat's magic. And I'm - well, I might be a Slytherin. I do have some ambitions in life. But is that a bad thing? No. The opposite of ambition is laziness. If you want to be a world-famous Quidditch player, that's ambition. Create a new spell? Ambition. Be the Minister? Ambition. End world hunger? Ambition. Besides, I doubt I'll be a Slytherin. Hanging out of a speeding train sure takes some *bravery*, right? I'm a Griffindor for sure."

However, the roar of the wind (and Sarah's hushed tone) prevented her from hearing the comment. "WOOOOOOOOOOO!"

Sarah comments to nobody in particular, "well, either Alyssa is recklessly crazy or she does this all the time. I can't tell which. Well, I don't think she'll be hufflepuff or ravenclaw - hufflepuff because she has too much spirit, and ravenclaw because she can't calculate the probability of falling. Speaking of which, would anyone know how to save her if she does? with magic, I mean. Does anyone know any spells?"

Alyssa swung her legs out and scrabbled onto the roof of the train. "THIS. IS. AWESO -" Unfortunately, there wasn't anything in particular to hold onto up there, and the wind blew her back head over heels.

Scarlet was worried about alyssa but she found her attittude funny so she just sat on the compartment and asked one of the employees for some chocolate bars "Huuum I love chocolate"

When the world finally stopped spinning, Alyssa glanced at her surroundings. No, that wasn't a bar she had grabbed. It was a tree branch. The train was speeding ever farther away. "Oh, come on!" She thought for a second, then grinned. "Totally worth it."

"I heard that mizarding candies do things, besides just taste good, I mean. Is that true? I missed out on all the fun being raised by muggles" sarah said to scarlet

Alyssa dropped down, shrugged, and began walking along the train tracks. So she would be late. Very late, even. Wouldn't be the first time. Her grin widened, and she began to run.

"ooh, I love chocolate!!!" sarah opens the bag, and the chocolate frog immediately jumps on her face. "(swears) what?! are they actually ALIVE?!" she catches the frog and stares at it closely. "so where is Alyssa?"
(to scarlet) "oh, yes! I've tried some of the spells in our books, but I kinda made a mess with them... do you know any magic?"

"hahahhahaha I don't really know if they are alive but I would not eat it if I were you! Oh and some people say that grabbing one and keeping it gives lucky! Here have a normal chocolate to eat instead!" Scarlet gives a normal chocolate bar. "Alyssa? I think she was stuck in a tree some minutes ago! Don't worry she looks like a person that doesn't die that easily!" With that she sent Elsa, her snowy owl, to Alyssa to give her a chocolate bar.

Lily Potter was standing at the back of the train. She couldn't find a comparament to sit in. Dropping her bag and taking out her wand, she sat down looking at the shrinking village she was leaving. Her emerald eyes sparkled and her blonde hair was flying out behind her. "I can't believe i'm doing this." she muttered. Just then, the lady with the trolley came out. "Want anything dear?" she asked. Lily sighed and told her that she didn't have any money and couldn't find a comparament and that was why she was sitting down outside. But watching the lady go back inside, she decided to have one last look. It was, after all, very cold.

Tiff looked nervously out of the window of the compartment. It was a chilly morning. The windows seemed to be covered with mist, but Tiff managed to look out of the window properly. Some birds were flying outside the window. Tiff then heard a hoot. She looked around and saw Frost, her snowy owl. Tiff knew she had a special power to talk to birds. She stroked Frost's fluffy feathers.

(Never knew it was going to be this long 😱 )

Oooh so sorry I didn't come sooner!! >.< Let's just say that Amira turned up late for the Hogwarts Express, and is finding a compartment right now.
Amira* She ran along the hallways (????) of the Hogwarts Express. She burst into a compartment full of other girls.
"Hello!" Amira said breathlessly. "Is there any room?" The other girls waved her in.
"Hi! I'm Amira Sarafina, feel free to call me Amira/Ami. What are your names?"
"Ruby." "Yumemi" "Sarah" "Scarlet"
"Well, nice to meet all of you!!!" Ami gave them all a mischievous smile. "I really want to be in Ravenclaw. I'm not so sure about the others.... but yeah. Ravenclaw is my goal!" she punched the air. The other girls were looking at her like she was sort of... what did you call it? Oh yeah. Like an airhead.
"Sorry." Ami said apologetically. "I love to be happy, joke around, and... well make friends! So I guess we're all friends right? Let me tell you all something." she leaned closer. "My parents, they are really REALLY strict. They wanted me to do EVERYTHING perfectly, not a hair out of place. They thought that Hogwarts would be a snobbish school for perfect children, where everyone learnt to be PERFECT (ugh, hating that word now)." Then Amira glanced outside. A small, red-haired girl was outside, shivering. Ami opened the compartment door.
"What are you doing out here? It's freezing! Come on and get some warmth." She led the poor girl in.
"So, your name?" Amira asked.
"Lily. Lily Potter. Daughter of Harry and Ginny Potter." Wait. Daughter of Harry and Ginny Potter? Amira wolf-whistled. Then her mouth cracked into a smile. A lot of fun was going to happen.
Sorry, too long! Just a bit more info: Ami's pet is a brown tawny owl, Prectic (random made-up name), boy.

"Well you guys are having fun... I'm afraid I have to use the proccess of elimation. So I'm not smart engough to get into Ravenclaw, and I'm certainly not going to go into Slytherin so I think I can get into Hufflepuff or Grffindor!" Ruby added to their converstation.

By now Scarlet was totally confused but it seems more fun then she expected so she just went with the flow. By niw Elsa ( her snowy owl came back) without chocolates, probably Alyssa have accepted it."nice to meet you girls!" She said with a receptive smile. "Oh Sarah you asked me to show you a spell, huum let's see" she took her wand out of her hand bag and spoke some words soon everybody in the room started laughing like crazy she used the cheering charm spell.

"Well of course, that's abouslutly right. I'm just lookinh forward for our second year so I can play Quidditch. I havd a clean sweap but it works just fine." Ruby told Scarlet

Being ushered inside by a girl with blonde hair and hazel eyes, Lily sat down shivering in the corner of the comparament. She saw the girl smiling at her and smiled in her direction. "What are your names?" Lily asked shakily.
Lily soon learnt that the girl that had ushered her inside was Amira, a girl with red wavy hair and green eyes was Scarlett and a girl without two fingers on her right hand was Sarah. Lily was a little freaked out by this but she could see that Sarah didn't want to talk about it so she didn't ask.
