Ruby's eyes were watering with the stink, it was like all the landfills in the world put into one small packet. Avoiding and running away from the stink, just remembering professer Flitwick had her wand back there.
He was shouting " PEEVES! STINK BOMB IN THE HALL! BROKEN LAMP! SYTNERIN GIRL RUNNING! GET THE JAINITOR!" teacher were running out of the're classes to see the cirsis in the hall.
Once the stink had lifted people started to open there eyes.

All eyes on Ruby in dissgust.

Sarah buried her head in her hands in what a mess the situation was, but silently thanked peeves and was determined to talk to him later, if she could talk civilly with him.
Filtch came running into the hallway with a mop in hand and carrying a bottle of "Mrs. Scours all magic no mess remover" Filtch ordered everyone into the classroom and asked to see Ruby and Sarah after class

Feeling exposed and hated but omewhat thankful Ruby went to class ingoring that she had dention after class. Alot of the other Sytherins and some of the Hufflepuffs were staring at her like she was an alien. She was fine with it.

Lily was standing horrorstruck in the middle of the hallway. A girl she thought she knew was being accussed of what happened. The short proffessor took her wand and demanded to see her at the end of the lesson. Allie and Lily went into the dull classroom when the bell rang. It was time to go to Transfiguration. She picked up her bag and ran down the hall without waiting for Allie. She raced up the Gryffindor Tower, told the fat Lady the password and fell on her bed exhausted and crying.

Everything seemed to happen all at once, incident after incident just piled on top of each other.

When everything finally cleared off, Allie saw Lily running away. At first she thought to follow her, but then decided against it. Most likely she wanted to be alone. Besides, Allie had already missed herbology, she would only miss charms if she was dead, and for now she was very much alive.

So she walked to class, excited to learn some charms.

Lily woke up a 3:00. She looked at her mirror and winced. Her hair was standing on end in different directions. She got up, curled her hair and looked at her bedside table. It had a note on it which said:

Dear Lily,
A lamp broke earlier on and it seems you prevented it from falling on us. Our Slytherin friend, Ruby got blamed and next we have Transfiguration. Check the map I left for you. Lesson ends at 3:30 but if you miss it, I have told MacGonagal about the earier incident with the plant and lamp. Hope to see you there, I'll reserve a seat for you next to me.

Lily folded the letter into her bag and ran out of the Gryffindor tower towards the classroom Allie indicated on the map. When she got there, she saw a strict proffessor walking around the class inspecting the students' desks. Lily came fully into the classroom and the proffessor turned. "Yes?"
"Sorry I am late, Proffessor. I had an incident in the morning and wasn't feeling well." Lily said.
Proffessor Macgonagal eyed her up and down as she said, "Lily Hazel are you? Welcome to Transfiguration. As we only have half an hour left of the lesson, you can try turning the nail into a matchstick but I daresay you'll be able to do it."
Lily gratefully took the space next to Allie and looked at the nail in front of her. She imagioned a matchstick and said, "Transfiguro!" Instantly, the nail turned into a matchstick. There was a loud gasp from the class of Gryffindors and Ravenclaws making Proffessor MacGonagal look up from her desk. She walked over briskly to Lily and inspected her matchstick. Lily noticed a glint of proudness and happiness flash in MacGonagal's eyes before she asked, "How did you do it? I didn't give you any help or instructions. Most witches and wizards spend hours Transfiguring objects but you...you did it in half a minute!"
"I just imagioned a matchstick in my head and said the word that first came to mind and there...it just changed." Lily explained as the whole of the 2 houses starred at her.
"See me after class, young lady." And with that, the Proffessor turned and walked to her desk from where she watched the class like a hawk. Lily gratefully smiled at Allie. "Now you try."

Scarlet was totally lost. After herbology class she started thinking about everything that was happening and went without thinking to a very high tower. She was in a small room with a lot of books and pillows. The view from it's window was amazing. It showed a big lake envolved by forests

She was really enjoying the room, so much that she got a pillow, put it infront of the window and sat there. It was a nice place to think about what was going on.

After thinking and didn't finding any answers she slept.

Allie had saved Lily a seat as she had promised in her letter. For the last 30 minutes she had been trying to transfigure the nail into a matchstick, but so far the nail had only changed its color to a woodenlike.

Then Lily appeared, got curt instructions from McGonagall, and with a simple swish of her wand, transfigured the nail into a perfect matchstick.

Allie stared. Actually the whole class stared. McGonagall was impressed too. Then Lily turned to her, and suggested that she tried.

Allie had listened carefully what Lily had done. She imagined that on her table she saw a matchstick instead of a nail.

'I can do this!' She thought, and said ''Transfiguro!''

''Oh! Oh! Professor! It worked! It was my first spell!'' Allie rejoiced, jumping up from her desk. And it really was her first spell, in charms they had only been going through theory and wand movements.

''I'm so happy!'' Allie said to Lily and hugged her spontaneously.

''Yes, very good indeed, Allie, now settle down please.'' McGonagall said, and handed 20 more nails to Lily and her.

''Ten for each, practise makes perfect.''

As the class progressed, many others succeeded too, but some got the spell to practise as a homework. 30 minutes passed quickly, and before they knew it, class was over.

Allie checked her timetable.
''Lily, we're free now! Umm... How's your memory doing?''
She asked, and then gestured towards the Great Hall.
''Let's go over there to talk, dinner isn't yet so there's nobody disturbing us.''

All of a sudden, Allie looked apprehensive. "What?" Lily asked.

Finally sitting down in Charms class, everyone was talking about what had just happened. Sarah sat with Ami and Tiff as professor Flitwick began listing the many useful situations his lessons might come in handy. Sarah lost track of what he was saying until he announced to the class, "alright, now lets see you try!" Turning to her friends in confusion, she saw them trying to light the piece of paper in front of them on fire. Copying the rest of the class, small flames soon erupted on many people's desks.

Sytherins sat with Sytherins for dinner, Ruby wished she could sit with her friends at a table all for themselves.
First couple of days at Hogwarts wasn't that bad. She started to seem okay with the Sytherins now but seems a bit lonely.

Amira: She sat at the Ravenclaw table with Tiff and Sarah. Sge began eating some roast chicken and potato, but she was too distracted about what she was going to do when everyone went to sleep. Would she be able to do the spell? What if something went wrong?

@appleblizzard I think a person would know if they've lost their memory... So I'm confused again. Has Lily lost hers or not?

Allie was confused. She didn't know what to say to Lily. At first she didn't remember a thing, and now she's asking what's wrong with her memory... She decided to remain silent and walked to the Gryffindor table.

However she had assumed the dinner time wrongly, since at that precise time other students started pouring in too.

And because Allie felt that this conversation with Lily demanded privacy, she turned to face her friend.

''It seems it's after all dinnertime now, so lets eat first and then talk about things later. We can head to our commonroom. Is that okay?''

"Yes of course, Allie." replied Lily. "Let's go find a seat. If we can." she added as an afterthought. The Gryffindor table was already packed with students who were buzzing excitedly.
"I don't seem to see a place where we can sit together." said Allie.
Lily nodded, "Yeah. Ok. I'll sit over there. What time shall I meet you in the common room? How about 5-ish?"
Allie nodded and went to sit down next to Scarlett. Lily sat down next to a boy who was busy studying a blank parchement. He had messy brown hair and dark chocolate eyes. "What's so interesting?" Lily asked him. The boy was so surprised that he jumped up, parchement flying in the air. He picked up the piece of parchement and grinned when he saw Lily. "Hey, Lily."
"Oh. Er...Hi?" stumbled Lily. "Who are you?"
The boy laughed as though Lily just said a very funny joke. Recovering himself he said, "Who am I? You've got to be joking, Lily."
Lily was blank. She searched her memory for an image of him but didn't seem to find one anywhere.
"I'm Will. William Hunt?" he said confused. "Hey, after the incident this morning, have I missed anything? It wasn't Kyle, was it?"
By now, Lily's head was swimming with questions. "Who's Kyle? I don't remember a Kyle. No one did anything. Anyway, nice to meet you, Will." Lily started to pile her plate with Roast Dinner. William was watching her evidently confused. "You do remember we have a meeting this evening at 5:00?"
Lily stopped eating for a moment. Slowly she replied, "I have a meeting with Allie, actually. But I'll write her a note saying where I've gone."
Will's face seemed to shine. "Then see you at 5." he said and was gone. Lily could feel she would have another moment of forseeing but she didn't want to spoil the evening for herself. Fininshing, she wrote a note to Allie and layed it next to her as she made her way past the tables and out of the hall. She walked outside into the grounds and sat under a cherry tree where she pondered all her ideas about the following meeting.

It was dinner time when Scarlet finally discovered how to get of of the big tower now she was sitting there eating a delicious donut. Allie sat by her side.
"Hey! Finally we met! Is Lily ok??"she asked

About nonverbal spells in transfiguration... I don't think it's like that, because they start learning nonverbals only in sixth year or something. In my opinion there has to be spells, there just wasn't any shown in the books/movies... Oh and I just remembered, in that book when they started learning nonverbals, it was mentioned that ''every teacher was now demanding for students to use only nonverbal spells''.

@crisrs I edited this if you already read the first version! Your play had appeared while I was writing mine 😋

Allie and Lily had to find separate seats for dinner. But that wasn't too bad, Scarlet was there!

''Oh hi! Where have you been, I didn't see you in charms or transfiguring!'' Allie asked from her, quite bewildered.

''I guess she's fine. A bit disoriented. We're supposed to meet after dinner to talk about...something.'' Allie answered to Scarlets questions, not wanting to reveal about the possible memory situation.

After she had eaten, she checked if she could find Lily, but she was nowhere to be seen.
'Maybe she's already in the commonroom.' Allie thought.

But she wasn't there either. Allie then sat down to wait, because it wasn't five yet. In the meantime she decided to practise the 'transfiguro' spell, just for the fun of it. She had taken one nail from class, and proceeded to change it into a match, and then back to nail again.

Five o'clock came and went, but Lily didn't show up.

'Oh well. Maybe something else came up.' Allie thought and decided to go search for the other girls.

'Where are they, I wonder... Well this is a good excuse to explore the castle as well!'

And so Allie left the Gryffindor commonroom, taking the direction which was still unknown to her. How exciting!

Lily came to the ground where Will had told her to meet him. In the distance, she saw him leaning against a tree. She walked at a steady pace, every step her heart beating faster and faster. When she was a couple of meters away, Will turned and said breathlessly,"Hey. I'm so glad you tuned up."
"So am I." replied Lily. Will beconed her to come with him. "Where are we going?"
Will's eyes seem to twinkly with happyness. "You'll see."
They walked across the grounds, past a hut, past the Quidditch stadium and out onto a road. Here, the path was rocky and hard. They stumbled down and Lily could see them going towards a street. Lily curiously cocked her head to one side and asked, "Are we allowed to be here? I mean won't someone be looking for us?"
"If your so worried, wear this with me." replied Will tossong Lily a peice of fabric light a water and soft as silk. They hid under it and Lily wondered how walking under a cloack would help them. Still Will took her deeper into the village. They passed many shops but Will stopped in front of a fancy looking cafe. "So." he asked. "Are we going in?"
"Well if we stay out her a minute longer, I'm afraid that I'll make a fine ice statue."
Will and Lily laughed, pulled the cloak off and went inside. Lily gasped. The whole place seemed to gleam with clean furniture, the music was playing a melodic tune and the people inside seemed very kind. Will took her to a desk where he ordered 2 Butterbeers. "I knew you'd like it."
As they sat and drank, they told each other about their day. Lily thought this must be the best day she will ever have.

Allie had fun time exploring the castle. She found a fake door, a laughing carpet and she had also discovered a closet, which had then disappeared after the door was closed.

However she didn't find any of the other girls. She didn't mind about it that much, her adventure had been fun anyway. Allie made her way back to the commonroom. Lily still wasn't there.

'Oh well, I'm really tired anyway, this first day has been something else... Wow... I think I'm going to bed.' The tired girl thought and climbed the stairs up.

After quickly changing clothes and brushing her teeth, she fell into bed. She didn't fall asleep immediately, there was so much to think about, but eventually she couldn't resist and her eyes closed on their own accord.

Lily and Will returned to the Gryffindor common room really late.
"What time is it?" asked Lily as thay climbed through the portrait hole.
Rubbing his eyes Will answered, "11:30. I'm going up to bed now. Night, Li"
"Night, Will" replied Lily. Going up the stairs, she saw Scarlett and Allie already asleep. She sat on her four poster bed and wrote a note in her diary about today. Finally, after cleaning her teeth and re-reading her notes, Lily fell asleep. Though she didn't know it, she would have horrible nightmares that evening.
