Sarah woke with a start before realizing that she was in the Ravenclaw dormitories. She jumped out of bed and quickly woke Ami and Tiff, trying to get them to be as excited as she was. First day!!!!

Lily Hazel had a lot of questions when she qoke up. Like why she was in an armchair and not upsairs? Like what did Whisper eat that she was now dangling from her mouth? Like who's jumper was stretched over her like a blanket? Shaking her head, Lily tried to remember what happened yesterday but she had no luck. A blurry eyed Allie came downstairs and was asking about a timetable.
"Well I know we have breakfast first. But timetable?" Lily was in a state of confusion when the prefect came downstairs fully dresses and told them to come with him. Telling Allie to meet her at the table, Lily followed the prefect through the hole towards the buzzing hall.

Tiff woke up at the feeling of Sarah shaking her. One look of Sarah and Tiff knew Sarah was REALLY excited. Tiff smiled at her then got dressed.

"Mmmm blkblffffff..." Ami mumbled. She opened her eyes. There was Sarah, shaking her shoulders.
"Hey, what's up?"
"Time for breakfast!!!" AMi sat up. Breakfast? Oh yeah... Hogwarts breakfast! Ami was now as excited as Sarah. It was only breakfast... except at Hogwarts. She scooted down with Sarah and Tiff to the Great Hall. There was a huge commotion. Some Slytherins were teasing... oh no... Ruby. They were teasing Ruby. Ami strode up to a 3rd year Slytherin. She stuck her finger in his face, wagging it.
"HEY! You, either stop being a jerk, or get your butt outta here, or I'll tell Prof. McGonagall!" she yelled. The Slytherin retreated s-l-o-w-l-y. Then he took out his wand in a flash of action, ready to hex Ami. She took out her wand and cast the Bat Bogey hex on the Slytherin. Huge, bat-winged bogies started attacking him. He ran out of the Hall, shrieking.
"Thanks a lot." Ruby muttered. Then Professor Dumbledore came in. Everyone immediately resumed what they were doing.
"Miss Kataran, a word please?" Ami looked back at her friends. They shrugged. Ami followed Dumbledore nervously to his office.

@appleblizzard ...Allie didn't do those things. I'm the one decides what she does and what not. But for this time I can amend and do it.

@ashlinnhi too, @windchill is the one who decides if Ruby gets teased or not. If she had written about Ruby being teased, then it would have been okay for you to react to it.

This is roleplaying. Concentrate on your character ONLY. And react to what others do, but don't do it for them.

Oh, and windchill, about that timetable, it's different for every house... Though some classes are combined. Like potions, magical creatures and defence against the dark arts are Slytherin - Gryffindor, herbology is Gryffindor - Hufflepuff. I don't think any other classes are combined, or does someone know better?

Allie slowly came to consciousness when the sun started to shine through the window. She stretched and turned to her side, still in a hazy state. Then the realisation hit her. She was at Hogwarts! And today the classes would start, today she would be doing magic for the first time!

'But we didn't get any timetable...' She wondered, and then decided to ask about it from Lily, since Scarlet seemed to be fast asleep still. But, oh, Lily wasn't in the bedroom.
'Maybe she's down in the commonroom... I hope she hasn't left already for breakfast!'

Without thinking any further Allie went down to the commons, still in her pajamas. She was happy to find Lily there, sitting in one of the armchairs.

''Hey, good morning... *yawn*... Do you know about our timetable for today?''
She asked her. But she didn't, only that there is breakfast first, of course. Then the prefect boy appeared again, asking them to come with him. Lily told Allie to meet her at the table.

''Yeah!'' She answered, and then run back up to the bedroom, to change clothes. Smiling widely she pulled on her robes.
'I love these! Ahaha I look like a witch... Wait, I am one!' Allie thought while changing and giggled a bit.

'Oh, I think I should wake Scarlet up! Weren't we supposed to meet too with everyone...'

She went to Scarlets bed, and then shook her shoulder gently.
''Scarlet! Wake up! It's morning and the first day! And the meeting too!!''

@alliainen I'm used to not controlling other people's charries because I play CS and A LOT of RPs have that rule.

Tiff walked over to her bag to try and find a timetable. Then, she realised she didn't have a timetable! Tiff groaned. What class was she going to go to? What if she gets expelled?

"My name's Robbie Hackard." Ami studied him carefully. He had a freckled face, with mud-coloured brown hair. He had a crooked smile, and stood with a somewhat arched back. Then Professor Dumbledore came in. Everyone immediately resumed what they were doing.
"Miss Kataran, a word please?" Ami looked back at her friends. They shrugged. Ami followed Dumbledore nervously to his office.

Lily sat at the gryffindor table and wondered if Ruby would be at the meeting. Wait. A meeting? "OMG THE MEETING!" Lily thought suddenly. "Where's it going to be? Is it still on? Are they all coming?"
Lily was eating her cereal and panaking. She saw someone sit down next to her but was too out of control to speak. The person started to eat. "What's up?" They asked. Lily knew that voice. Looking up she saw Will loading his plate with cereal with his wand on the table.
"I have a meeting to go to but I have no idea where it is and if anyone else is coming." Lily told him bitterly, looking accross the hall where the teachers were sat.
"Didn't anyone tell you?" Will asked as the prefect walked down the table giving out timetables.
"No Scarlett never mantioned it."
"Oh." They sat in scilence for a while with Lily looking every now and then over to the door. Where was Allie and Scarlett?

Scarlet's night wasn't so happy, she had a nightmare and woke up in the middle of the night, she could just remember the hat whispering to her. Some minutes passed and she slept again now with sweet dream.

She woke up in the morning with Allie shaking her shoulder and telling her it was morning. Scarlet smiled and laughed as she saw Allie already in her robes. "I think I'm a bit late right?" She asked "well I will change clothes as fast as I can" so she ran to get dressed.

"I think I'm ready now! Let's eat breakfast! Huuum hot chocolate would be nice now! " she anxiously told Allie and the two ran to the big hall.

When they got there they found Lily at Griffindor's table and sat next to her.

Alyssa had woken with the sun and, ignoring the rumble of her stomach, resumed her run along the tracks. She still had a mile or two to go, considering she couldn't run /through/ the lake. Maybe...fifteen minutes? That sounded about right.

When Scarlett didn't reply, Lily turned to look at her, only to find her buried behing her timetable. "Scarlett! Where is the meeting held? Is it still on?" Lily shouted.

"Oh sorry I was a little distracted here checking this" Scarlet answered "well it is supossed to be after breakfast at the hall but I don't really know if the girls are going..." She completed "how about we go there after here and see if they appear?" She asked with smile.

While eating Scarlet was reading the timetable and some boys that were sitting by her side started to make fun of her "what a nerd!"
But Scarlet replied "a nerd wouldn't be doing this at breakfast"
"Oh so you are a know it all"the other one replied
"No I'm just a lazy girl that waked up late and is desperate" she calmly answered
and they started laughing "so you are one of us!" They replied "My name is kevin Snow nice to meet you!" "And mine is Josh Petterson!" Scarlet was a little surprised by this but she smiled timidly and answered "my name is Scarlet Scherzinger, it's nice to meet you too!"

Scarlet finally woke up, changed clothes quickly and then they ran together to the Great Hall, finding Lily and sitting next to her. She asked about the meeting from Scarlet, and Allie listened in too, curious.

However, just at that moment professor McGonagall placed a timetable in front of her.

'Wow, awesome!' Allie thought and picked it up to have a look.

'Okay...' Allie thought, put her timetable safely inside her bag and started eating. This time every food offered was familiar to her.

Panting slightly, Alyssa grinned up at the castle. She had made it. Now, should she just knock, or...her eyes caught on a large window.
She deftly scaled the wall, fitting her toes into the cracks between stones. Peering through the window at the scene below, her efforts were rewarded. What must have been the whole school was eating breakfast. Wow did that look good. Her stomach growled, but she ignored it. So many people...this would be fun.


Breakfast and schedule-comparing in the Great Hall was suddenly interrupted by a girl with ripped t-shirt, ripped jeans, grimy bare feet, and tangled neon purple-and-green hair somersaulting through a high window onto the floor. Of course, the effect was damaged slightly, as she lost her balance and faceplanted mid-triumphant pose. "Ow," she muttered in the shocked silence.

"Oh." Said Lily, taken aback. "Actually, I had something planned..." she started with a half-glance at Will. Scarlett's face broke into a curious smile so Lily quickly carried on, "But I'm sure that whatever Will has planned, we could transfer it to 5:00."
Will turned to her when she said his name. Lily got a sudden rush of happyness as Will's eyes met hers. For a moment, there was nothing, nothing but the chocolate eyes of Will's and a melting feeling until someone knocked her over.
Lily's hand knocked into the cup of hot chocolate that was standing beside her plate and it spilled everywhere. Behind her, she heard a sneering voice saying, "Oh look. A newbie has been hit! Hahahaha! Hope she's a mudblood."
Turning, she saw a cold, pale face with black eyes and black hair. He was sneering to two boys and Lily blushed really hard. Will stood up, the viens in his temple pulsing. "She is Pure-blood." he spat. "And she has a name. Lily Hazel. You can clear off, Kile. There is no need to pick on girls here."
"Oh look who's here. So William. Who've you hunted down today? Oh I see! Her! Now you're going for mudbloods who can't stand up for themselves." Kile sneered. But before Lily could understand what was going on, Will drew his wand. So did Kile. A horror filled her eyes as she watched both boys point their wands at each other. Before either of them had said anything, a loud voice was booming over them. "Hunt! Waters! What do you think you are doing?" Macgonagal was running towards them. She told them off and said that if there was anything she saw like this again, there would be consequences. Kile Waters stalked over to the Slytheerin table where Ruby was goggling at her with her mouth hanging open.

Trying to calm herself and her friends down, Lily asked, "So 2:45? Alright." and in an undertone she said to Will, "Mind if I have an explanation? Later?"
Will nodded, got up and strode away to potions. Lily watched him go and felt a calm hand take her own. She looked into Scarlett's eyes and knew she had to calm down. After all, she didn't need her friends to have her problems.

Scarlet asked if 2.45 would be good time to do something fun. First Allie got excited, but then she decided to look at her timetable one more time, feeling uneasy.

''Oh no, Scarlet, Lily, we can't, we have Transfiguration then! Look, first we are at Charms, the others have Transfiguration, and then it's the other way around. But it seems we'll be free after 3.30, we have no Astronomy today.'' Allie pointed out to the girls.

Then someone from Slytherin appeared behind Lily and pushed her, her hot chocolate falling over in the process. The boy called Lily a mudblood, and then a Gryffindor boy, obviously trying to defend her, said she's not, that she is a pureblood. The boys even drew their wands, but McGonagall interrupted the situation.

'What is that thing about blood, I wonder...' But she didn't get to wonder too much, because just them something weird happened. Obviously it was weird for magical people too, because everyone suddenly shut up. A girl had jumped down from one of the Great Halls windows! Actually she somersaulted... But then ended up on her face. It was so silent that everyone could hear her muttering ''ow''.

Breakfast all but forgotten, Allie sat there her mouth open, wondering if the surprises would never end.

From what she saw, the poor girl could have brain damage and a broken nose! "Should I take you to Dumbledoor? So we can sort you into a house?"

Allie noticed Lily getting up and rushing over to the girl who had jumped. She followed the example and went over to her. The girl didn't look too good at all. Allie hovered awkwardly
behind Lily, she didn't really know what to do. Then she heard Lily asking the girl about sorting.

''Lily, no, she needs medical help first!''
'And a bath...' Allie thought to herself.

But surely a professor had to have noticed this commotion, after all, the whole hall had fallen silent. That silence had been broken already though, everyone was chattering loudly about what had just occurred.

And indeed, when Allie lifted her gaze to look for an adult, she saw professor McGonagall already hurrying over to them.

"The hat? Oh the hat. Well..."Lily started. Proffessor Macgonagal was inspecting the new girl. Lily carried on. "The hat is with Proffessor Dumbledoor. Oh, where are my manners? I am Lily Hazel." she said extending her hand for a shake.

Lily introduced herself, so Allie thought she should too, even though McGonagall was already there.

''And I'm Allie Mount... Uh, Lily, don't you think we should leave her with professor now? I'm sure we'll meet later. We were supposed to meet others in the front hall, and class will also start in 30 minutes.''

'We need to find the classroom too...' She thought, and glanced over to Scarlet, who had stayed seated the entire time.

Leaving Proffessor Macgonagal with Alyssa, Lily left the Great Hall and went downstairs into the Dungeons. At the bottom of the stairs, she froze. The place where she would be having her first magical lesson looked terrifying. The only thing that calmed her was the sight of Will leaning against the wall. She could still see the anoyance and anger in his eyes from the incident earlier.

Alyssa grinned hopefully at the stern woman before her, who seemed unimpressed. "What were you thinking?"
"I was late. I wanted to make a better impression than being late for Hogwarts."
An eyebrow was raised. "And you were late why?"
"I fell off the train, of course."
"And how does that happen?"
"...It's a long story." It wasn't really. Alyssa broke eye contact, looking instead at the vanishing remains of breakfast. "Can I get something to eat? I haven't had anything since lunch yesterday."

After Allie had reminded Lily about the time, she agreed to leave. Alyssa would be in good hands with McGonagall.

Allie needed to go fetch her bag from the table, and when she turned around again, Lily was nowhere to be seen. No flash of blond hair anywhere.

A little confused Allie walked to the front hall. Lily wasn't there either. They were supposed to meet with the others...

She decided to wait for a bit. There was still 25 minutes left before class.

Jumping up from the Ravenclaw table, Sarah hurried over to where Alyssa and Professor Macgonagal were standing, shouting, "Alyssa!" in greeting. Turning to Professor Macgonagal, she said, "professor, this was the girl I told you about, and I gave you all her stuff, remember?"
