Lily was now bruised from head to foot when she heard a familiar voice nearby say, "Hey girls. Isn't that the blondie we saw on the train?"
"Yeah, I think it is." said another voice and then called louder, "Hey, Blondie! Come here."
Lily turned in the direction of the voice to see Scarlett, Sarah, Ruby and Yumemi standind there and calling her to come over. Lily pushed through the queue towards the girls. "Hi." she said breathlessly.
"I'm so glad you're here!" squealed Scarlett.
Yumemi said, "Yeah."
"Me too." said Sarah bounding up and down.
"Me three!" exclaimed Ruby. Then they all burst out laughing as the queue moved a metre. Even though Lily Hazel had found her friends, she couldn't see Will anywhere.

/ @appleblizzard You shouldn't use others characters. Only Hagrid and teachers are usable for everyone, to make the story progress, as I do with Hagrid at the end of my post. Right, @windchill ?/

Scarlet told Allie that she was waiting for her friends to emerge from the train, and indeed, at that moment they did. Suddenly there was a big group of girls surrounding them, or at least it felt that way. Poor Allie felt a little bit dizzy. Scarlet was ever so kind to introduce everyone, but Allie was so overwhelmed that the names were instantly forgotten upon hearing them.

The other girls started chattering happily. She listened with interest, something about magical creatures and giants... 'Speaking of giants... I think we really should go to over there...' Allie thought. At that same moment a girl with short hair voiced her exact thought aloud. 'What was her name again, Rebecca? No... Something shorter. Argh, I can't remember...' Allie mustered, wrinkling her eyebrows.

She walked along with the rest of the girls to the man.
He called out for first years one last time, and when no more people joined the group, he turned around and started leading the big group away from the station. Next they found themselves on a narrow and pitch black path. It was surrounded with looming trees and covered in slippery leaves. It was september already, after all. The only light was coming from a lantern that the big man was carrying, and it helped nothing.

Allie stuck close to Scarlet. She was a little afraid of dark.
She decided to say something, to get her mind focused elsewhere instead of the darkness.
''Scarlet, do you know where we are walking to?''

Whoa you guys RP a lot when I'm going zzzzzzz... 😋
Ami: She lost sight of all the girls when she got off the train. Then she saw a flash of red hair. She hurried towards it.
"Oof! Sorry!" she said, squeezing past. She finally caught up to her friends. A new girl, Ally, was now there.
"Oh hi! I'm Amira (or Ami, whichever you wish). Nice to meet you!" she shook her hand.
"Firs' years! We're goin' ta cross the river now! Follow me!" a giant man gestured to follow him. Wow... he sure was huge. The girls all got into canoes.
"Wait guys, stop!" Ami said, taking out her wand.
"Impervius!" she waved it around. "It might repel the water a bit. Don't want to get too wet, right?" Then they started rowing, and rowing, and.... PLAIN ROWING. Finally, the castle was within 2 metres in front of them. A stern-looking woman with beady eyes opened the front door.
"You're late, Hagrid."
"Sorry Professor McGonagall, jus' got a bit delayed. I'll let you take it from 'ere." Professor McGonagall nodded.
"First years, follow." Then she led them into a Hall, where there were four tables, and a staff table. A tall old man with silvery-white hair sat in the middle. When Amira looked at him curiously, he smiled, his brilliant-blue eyes twinkling. Professor McGonagall brought out a tattered hat, and placed it on a three-legged stool. Then she took out a long list.
"Amira Sarafina Kataran*!" she called. Ami nervously walked to the stool and sat on it. The hat was placed on her head.
"Hmm..... I see you are very intelligent, forced to revise by your parents I say? You would be fit for probably any house... but most suitably... RAVENCLAW!" It yelled at last. The table with people wearing blue in it erupted into applause. Ami walked over to it, beaming.
*The reason Ami was called "Amira Sarafina Kataran":
Ami's parents forced her to say her name as "Amira Sarafina" not "Amira Kataran", because they thought that didn't sound "graceful" (it seems they're pretty weird huh?). "Sarafina" is Ami's middle name.

Lily waited until her name was called out by Proffessor Macgonagal (argh can't spell her name). William Hunt had already been sorted into Griffindor.
"Lily Hazel" she finally called. Lily stepped forward. The hat was placed upon her head and she heard a little voice saying, "Hmm...this is a very tricky decision. Very tricky. Smart, yes. Resistant, caring, but quiet. Hmm..."
"Not Slytherin, not Slytherin!" thought Lily.
"Not Slytherin, eh? Why not? Slytherin could do with a student like you. Your intelligence could turn the history upside down. Well if not it better be...GRIFFINDOR!" the hat shouted.
Lily thankfully handed Proffessor Macgonagal the hat and goined a beaming Will at theGriffindor table.

One more girl seemed to appear out of nowhere. Suddenly she was just there, and grabbed Allies hand, shaking it.
''Hey Amira, nice to meet you t-too, I'm Allie...'' She stuttered a little bit, for she was shocked by Amiras straight forwadness.

The group of first years then arrived to an enormous lake. There were boats waiting for them. They climbed in, and just when Allie wondered, if they were supposed to row the boats, they started moving onwards on their own accord.

Lakewater started splashing, but then Amira took out her wand, waved it and said something Allie couldn't hear due to wind. However she did hear when the blond girl said that it should repel the water. And indeed, Allie noticed, the water droplets merely rolled away from her robes instead of absorbing.

Finally the boats arrived to the castle.
'It's huge!' Allie thought in awe.
There was an elderly woman waiting for them in dark green robes. They soon found out that she was a professor, and that her name is McGonagall. The man who had escorted them was Hagrid.

The first years then followed professor McGonagall several stairwells upwards, and then they were led to great hall.
There was four long tables filled with other students. Allie noticed everyone wore same color in the same table.

But then she felt their gazes piercing her, so she lifted her eyes to the ceiling, and almost froze in place again when she saw what was up there. No roof! It was the sky! And thousands of stars!
'Amazing... Magic is amazing... And I get to study it!' Allie thought, completely overjoyed.

They had walked all the way through the Great Hall, and now they faced the other professors. In the middle was sitting a very old looking man with an impressive silvery beard. Allies attention soon focused on professor McGonagall, though. She brought out a stool and a hat. Then from a long list she started calling out names. The hat was then placed on their head, and after a while the hat shouted out a word. A corresponding table then burst out applauding.

Allie soon figured out, that the table with red on their robes was Gryffindor, blue was Ravenclaw, yellow was Hufflepuff and green was Slytherin.

'I wonder what I will be. I have no idea what I would want to be... It would be nice to have atleast one of these girls with me on the same group...' Allie thought but was then snapped out of it, when Amira was the first one to be called out from Allies new acquaintances. Soon the hat shouted ''Ravenclaw!'' and Amira walked to the applauding table.

Then... ''Allie Mount!'' Professor McGonagall called out.
With wobbly feeling feet she made her way over to the stool, and the hat was lowered onto her head. She heard whispering in her ear.
''Ah, there is braweness, but also wiseness and loyalty...I sense ambition too. I think your best qualities will blossom in... GRYFFINDOR!''

The hat shouted, making Allies ears ring. Somehow she managed to stumble to the applauding red & golden table.
Once seated she turned to look at the rest still waiting their turn to get sorted.

Tiff waited anxiously for Professor McGonagall to call her name out.
"Tiffany Spiritclaw!" Shaking, Tiff walked out. She put on the hat. Then waited.
"Intelligence, bravery. This is hard.... Griffindor or Ravenclaw?" Tiff breathed a sigh of relief. She wasn't going to be in Slytherin! She waited for the decision of the hat.
"Let's see.... You'd probably most likely be in RAVENCLAW!" Taking the hat off, Tiff walked towards the Ravenclaw table. She looked at the house. Was there anyone that looked friendly? She wasn't sure.

On the way to hogwarts Allie asked if Scarlet new where they were going. "Well probably to that giant castle over there and then we are going to pass trough a reception" Scarlet answered.

When they got into the big hall names were sorted Allie, Tiff, Lily and Ami were already in the table of there houses. Scarlet was with a very serious expression and really quiet.

Finally Professor McGonal called her name "Scarlet Scherzinger!"
Scarlet took a deep breath and started her way towards the hat. Her long red wavy hair took everybody's attention, this was a caractistic that she got from her father and she didn't like it because she was shy.

When the hat was put on top of her head it started talking "huum so you are the daughter of the Scherzinger, your father was respectful Slytherin student and your mother a brave Griffindor"Scarlet heared quiet and serious she hoped that people wouldn't hear what the hat was saying "Huuum that's a really thought decision but you have your mother personality more clear so GRIFFINDOR!"

And all the Griffindor table started to celebrate loudly. Scarlet smiled and gave the hat back to the professor McGonal that was smilling to her. The hat whispered to her "I think I made the wrong choice" Scarlet blinked a little worried but decided to just go to the table.

A blonde girl who had been sorted right before her, welcomed Allie warmly to Gryffindor.
'I think her name was Lily... Ugh, I'm really bad with names...' She thought, annoyed at herself.

Then she heard professor McGonagall calling out Scarlets name. The hat seemed to think for a while, but then it shouted Gryffindor! and a smiling Scarlet handed the hat to professor. Then Allie saw her smile falter a bit. 'Wonder what's wrong...'

However she decided to let the matter go and smiled widely when Scarlet arrived to the table.

''Yay, we're both Gryffindors!'' She cheered.

Amira: She applauded as a girl called Tiff(any?) came to the Ravenclaw table. She introduced herself to her (a-gain).
'How many times to I have to introduce myself?' she thought. 'Whatev, I don't mind.'

Scarlett was called froward and Lily watched her sitting there. "Gryffindor!" the hat called and Lily clapped loudly beside Allie. She watched Scarletts face falter for a fraction of a second but then she bravely walked towards the Gryffindor table. Lily was sure that the same smile she herself had given when the hat nearly put her in Slytherin. She watched the red-head sit next to her and took her hand in hers.
"Can I speak to you afterwards?"Lily asked her.

"Alyssa Greene!" Professor McGonagall announced. This time, no one stood up. Silence. "Alyssa Greene?" Nothing. She frowned, scribbled something on the list, and called out another name.

Alyssa panted as she ran along the traintrack. By now she could see the castle, but it was still at least three hours' straight run when she was fresh. After running for a large part of the day already, she estimated, it would be much longer. Maybe if she got some sleep first...
There was a clearing, and at the moment, that was enough.

Scarlet got to the table and was really happy to see Allie and Lily. She sat near them and her smiled grewed when Allie said "Yay, we are both Griffindor's""Yes we rock!" Scarlet replied happily. Scarlet is a very good liar (though it's really rare, she just lies for good reasons) and in the inside Scarlet was really worried about what the hat said but she didn't showed it because she didn't want to be bothersome to her friends.

Suddenly Lily got her hands in hers and asked if they could talk later. Scarlet was surprised but smiled gently "of course we can!" She replied.

Now she was admiring the view of the room that they were, amazed by it's beauty she awaited for the other girls results.

That is correct, no godmodding allowed it was clearly stated in the sign up rules. Only non-player characters are usebale by us.

"Ruby Bastile!" Professer McGonagall shouted. Ruby had slowly walked up to the stool with the sorting hat and sat down, the hat had been way to oversized for her, covering her eyes seeing nothing. She could hear some voices from the crowd murrering about her last name...

The sorting hat had said to her in a whispy voice "Ahhh I can see your thoughts, past and even what your thinking right now... you have all the brains of a Ravenclaw... yet Gryffindor material... I think you'll go well in Sytherin too..." that instant the hat had cried to the crowd "Syth-!"
Until Ruby cut the hat off screaming in her mind and protesting.

"Not Sytherin? But all the others would need your spirit there... power hungry people" the hat stopped talking in her head and called "SYTHERIN"

Anyone feel like a Hufflepuff? Everyone's been a Gryffindor or Ravenclaw.

Scarlet was surprised by Ruby's result 'well it doesn't matter if she is a Slytherin, right? She is a nice person and that is what is important' she thought, she judged people by there principles.

She watched as her short friend set among the others.
