She expected for the tom to be relatively healthy. So she didn't feel it necessary to grab herbs, instead she sat across from the patients nest.

"Why are you still sleeping at this time? I've been looking for you!"The tom made no indication that he'd heard her. Hazelclaw stepped forth with full intention to nip him, but Woodstripe rolled away, his cream-colored chest and stomach bared."Wait!" he gasped, and his soft, brown eyes flashed with discomfiture. "I'll go along with whatever you're doing.""A hunting patrol," Hazelclaw meowed, already halfway out the den. "And hurry up!"

Well, Hazelclaw was certainly a great warrior. But, was she ready to take on a loner to train into a warrior? She certainly could mold him into a warrior. She would have chosen Moonsplash but, since she had dragged him here she may have her own reasons.Eveningmist stood and walked over to Hazelclaw who was about to leave for hunting patrol. "Hazelclaw, you shall work with Tangledpath. I can see that you are a great hunter and won't go too easy on him. I trust that you will mold him into a great warrior?" Eveningmist meowed.Mosspelt left the clearing and headed to his apprentice, Nightpaw. "Nightpaw, you and I are going to do some battle training," He said flicking his tail.Nightpaw bounced up and down with excitement, it had been a while since he'd gotten to leave the camp.

"And don't you go back to sleep!" She shot him a pointed look, her hazel eyes glittering with warning."I won't," Woodstripe grumbled, brushing past to step outside. He listened to Hazelclaw's fading pawsteps before leaping out into the clearing, scanning the area for an escape."... some battle training."Woodstripe's ears tilted in the direction of a familiar tom's voice speaking, and he glanced over to see a warrior and his apprentice.Mosspelt and Nightpaw! he thought hopefully. Maybe they'll let me tag along.---ooc; whoops I didn't see the reference to Hazelclaw xD Good thing I didn't do much with her lol I'll write smth rnHazelclaw turned around, startled that the deputy had chosen to address her so familiarly. Warm embarrassment washed over her upon hearing the compliments, but Hazelclaw shook it off."Of course, Eveningmist," she replied, lowering her head to nod in respect. Her heart ached as she smelled the familiar herbs which she'd longed to memorize so long ago.

"And because of whatever Amberflower put on my joints, I'm feeling better."Duskfur decided to go hunting. Luckily for her, Graypelt was dozing again, so she could sneak out without him telling anyone.She made it out of the camp without anyone noticing. (Or so she thought.)

She decided to go hunting even though she knew a patrol was about to leave. Walked out of camp and sniffed the air. She scented a robin to her right so she headed in that direction.

He saw Moonsplash look in the medicine den's direction and gave a friendly smile. The tom's stomach growled. He let out a small, nervous giggle. Tanglepath wanted to hunt badly, forgetting how hungry he was.

She loved the way the medicine den smelled and looked but she knew this wasn't what was causing it. Was it embarrassment? Tanglepath?Eveningmist placed the robin where she could see it and prepared to pounce on the squirrel she suddenly scented another cat. And it smelled of MistClan

She picked up a thrush from the fresh-kill pile and walked back to the patch of sunlight to eat.

The gray and silver she-cat could only hope her message was clear for him to leave.She glanced towards the camp entrance in time to see Duskfur leaving the camp, and with a scowl she nodded to the loner before heading out after the elder. Slipping out of camp and following her scent at a steady lope she caught up to the elder and stopped in the bushes, silently as the older cat seemed to be scenting for prey.
