He defeated Woodstripe in minutes. Also he can hunt expertly."Moonsplash walked into the warrior's den and curled up to sleep. Eveningmist stood and stretched then walked over to Blazestar.

Woodstripe ambled into the camp and towards the fresh-kill pile. He chose a vole that smelled of Darkclaw and left to sit in the shade. He ate in an unhurried fashion, knowing that Hazelclaw was nowhere near since her scent was significantly less present. Maybe I can take a nap, he thought, nibbing at what was left of the vole.---@pitch1226What is this cat trying to do? Hazelclaw mused as Tanglepath circled her. Her sense of timing wasn't great enough to be able to predict where he'd be, but she felt vulnerable whenever he ran behind her and out of her field of vision.Hoping to use her bad timing to her advantage, Hazelclaw prepared to run out in an arbitrary direction. If she was lucky, she might be able to tackle Tanglepath. If she wasn't, well, at least she'd hopefully trip him, or she'd just barrel out of his circle.

Most of the warriors slept since night was falling but she noticed a few still up including Woodstripe. She realized she hadn't eaten anything so she picked up a rabbit and dragged it to a corner of the camp to eat.

Woodstripe yawned and sat up after downing the rest of the vole in one bite. He shook out his fur and began to groom his torso and head. The splash of cream on his chin that bled onto his chest had darkened with dirt from the battle training with Nightpaw.Speaking of Nightpaw... Woodstripe looked towards the apprentices' den. He must be sleeping. Nightpaw and Wolfpaw, our soon-to-be newest warriors.Woodstripe unintentionally yawned again and slipped inside the warriors' den to rest for the night.

"I think it is time for SpiritPaw to start his training as he is 5 moons old now. Also it is probably time for me to go back to being a warrior now if you think so"

Woodstripe didn't hear a sound. He was knocked out cold, breathing softly, his tail twitching every so often. The brown-gray tom was the type to fall asleep quickly, and he enjoyed being asleep very much. It took a lot to wake him.

@pitch1226 Hazelclaw darted forth before she realized that Tangelpath had sprung into the air, aiming for her. He was coming from behind, choosing a place where she wouldn't be able to see where he was pouncing. Hazelclaw was also moving forward, Tanglepath's trajectory the same as hers. If I'm faster, then I'll be out of reach before he hits the ground! she thought, her hazel eyes glinting with determination.

@cysonTanglepath landed on Hazelclaw, knocking her over. Unfortunately he lost his balance in the process, skidding on the ground and landing on his stomach.

@pitch1226 Hazelclaw landed with an impact that knocked the breath out of her, but she scrambled to her paws, whipping around and dropping into a fighting stance. But she turned and saw Tanglepath on the ground as well, so she stood back, trying to catch her breath."That was a pretty good strategy," Hazelclaw panted. "You caught me until you fell too."

@pitch1226 "Not for today, no," Hazelclaw meowed, brushing off her fur. Her pelt was dark enough that the dirt didn't show, but she knew it was there. "We should go back to rest for the night. Training will commence in the morning."Hazelclaw turned and tilted her head in the direction they'd come from earlier in the day. In the poor lighting, the female warrior looked like a dark wraith with bright hazel eyes and she blinked in surprise. Her vision had adjusted quickly; she hadn't even realized how dark it'd become.

@pitch1226 Hazelclaw tilted her head at the question. "I doubt they'd stuff you in the apprentices' den," she joked."But in all seriousness, it'd probably be between the medicine cat's den or the warriors'. I think the latter is more likely because they've let you train and whatnot today! I can show you where that is if you don't already know."

@pitch1226 "Camp is near the base, which is where we're currently at. If you skirt the waterfall, it should be fairly close. We came from there," Hazelclaw paused and gestured with her tail at an abnormal separation between two bushes. "Just follow that path and you'll be good. But be careful in the dark! The ground could be wet."

@cyson "Thanks!" Tanglepath followed Hazelclaw's directions and walked into camp. He walked into the warrior's den. Looking around, he saw Moonsplash and walked up next to her. Tanglepath curled up next to her and fell asleep.

Overnight everything got very soaked in overnight rain. Prey is now scarce to find.}Blazestar stepped out of the leaders den, shaking his pelt out as he looked over the camp. Rain had soaked the stone and turned it to a dull brown and what had been left of the prey pile was now drenched and excruciatingly soggy.He jumped down lightly from the Tall Ledge and nosed down into the depths, to try and find something dry for the elders.

@thebrokenvibe I may respond slow because I am sneaking on my computer when I am supposed to be sleeping. Also if I dont respond, I probably got caught.Tanglepath opened his eyes and yawned. He glanced at Moonsplash, who was still sleeping. Carefully, he stood up and made his way out of the den. Once out, he spotted Blazestar. Tanglepath trotted up beside him. "Good morning, Blazestar." He looked at the wet, soppy prey. "Uh, do you want me to go hunting?"

@thebrokenvibe don't worry, I do it all the time. Havent been caught for the year now."Sure. I can finally get to know you better." Tanglepath was excited to go hunting with Blazestar. He felt kind of guilty not knowing well the cat that had ley him join the clan in the first place.
