Alyss rested a hand on Gabby's shoulders. "You did nothing. Do not worry. And you are not better at starting wars. Someone just woke up cranky today. Now, can I fix up your wounds? That wench drew some of my blood so I can actually get a proper healing spell done for you." She said facing the crying girl.

"Let me go!" heather says muttering curse words. She rolls her eyes and asks with much sarcasm, "Please??"

Alyss simply looked down at Gabby again. She gently spoke to her again, using the voice she would when a sick child came to her back when she was a physician.

"Now, look at me. It does not matter what she is doing to you. You have a full life ahead of you. And so long as we keep her from killing you you will be safe. Now," she added more forceful but with the same gentle tone, "Do you want to bleed out on the forest floor or do you want to have a chance at a better life?"

"She's going to kill me.. She gets her way, even when we were children. She tried to kill me many times when we were little, almost always succeeding. That was the ONLY thing she never succeeded at. Now she most likely will." gabby looked at Alyss and wiped her eyes. "I guess a chance at better life.."

Alyss nodded pulling her staff across her leg wound. Grazing the wounded spot barely.

She turned to Gabby placing the staff tip on her own leg. "Yulxkhiu." She stated and the wound vanished from Alyss' own skin seamlessly, appearing on Gabby's within seconds.

Promptly she ran her staff over each of Gabby's wounds, placing them over her own body after each one, murmuring the same word and watching and feeling ss each wound appeared over her own body.

"A small, wound, for many, many, more." Alyss said in between labored breaths. The pain Gabby had sustained was now flooding the witch as their wounds completed the transfer.

These wouldn't heal without major blood loss. It was best if she took that on. Gabby's new and only wound was simple enough. Really barely more than a graze on her leg.

"Honey, if I let you go, you'll just make your life harder." Eresioria smirked. Her gauntlet became gloves, as she held on to Heather very tight with her sharp claws pointing at her skin. Then she teleports away from the hollowed tree, and next to the Reincarnate group again, but still kept herself and her voice visible towards the Reincarnates.

"All of you Reincarnates! Now that we have a greentike, the stakes are raised! It'll be completely difficult to reach your tasks! Be glad I gave you 60 days and not 7! You'll be dead by the 7th day!" She then started laughing.

"Please let me go!" Heather said. "I won't kill anybody!" Then she mutters under her breath, "Other then Gabby.."

Gabby watches Alyss transfer the wounds. "Wow.." she said amazed. "Thanks." Then she turned to Heather. "Why did you hate me our entire life? What did I ever do to you?"

Heather scowls at Gabby. "You accidentally tripped me when we were younger many times, and you stole my boyfriend!"

"I didn't steal any boyfriend!" Gabby says. "All my boyfriends asked me out. I didn't ask them!"

Eresioria's claws dug deeper into Heather's skin until it drew a little bit of blood, then she let go, and dropped Heather towards the ground.
"Now, if you'll excuse me, I have a job to do!" She teleported away from the groups and away from the Reincarnates' field of vision.

{Ah, I love the scent of a character pulling a Captain Jack in the evening.}

Alyss rolled her eyes at Heather and Gabby's petty argument. Cringing as another wave of pain overwhelmed her. She stood then, leaning heavily on her staff as her new wounds only seemed to open deeper with her movements.

Shooting a glare at Cole to keep him there and help whoever was in need, she hobbled off into the forest. She needed to find a way to bandage her wounds before she befell her usual fate of awakening from the blissful darkness that called to her every time she fell.

Even as she marched on, now well out of sight of the others, her wounds screamed in protest. And a quick glance at some of the wounds showed they were far worse than before. And the entire side of her shirt was now wet and sticking to her flesh.

Now she could only hope to reach a secure location.

Although fate would not be so kind. Her limping was cut short as she tripped over a tree branch, her vision tunneling as she went down until she lay there, nearly surrounded by the calling darkness. Her staff clutched in her hands she awaited for the moment upon which she would breathe herself back into life as she always did.

Eresioria, however, did not teleport away. Instead, she hid herself in a tree, keeping a low profile for now.

Arui then looked at the exit.
"Do you think we should go back now? It feels like we've done everything we need in this tree."

Kirio looked around for anything else, and saw some wooden stairs.
"Not yet. There's an upper portion of this huge tree. It seems to stick out from these other trees which is considered a dwarf to it. Let's go." Both of them went upstairs and saw more eight balls and a journal with a bookmark at a nearby table. Kirio approaches it, and reads where the bookmark was placed.

DAY ONE: "There is no way that you'll be able to be going in the game of the dead" is what they had said to me. They said it was just a myth. The game is real, and these spirits call it "the game of the dead" for some reason. Anybody who had a certain death get put into this game, and have a goal with a time limit. Today's my first day, and I have thirty days. I suspect this goal being a bit easy. Anyways, I was looking at the many people running around like maniacs in the capital in the evening, and some of them were being taken away by shadows, never to be seen again. Was this the cause of removal?
I am keeping this journal for my adventure. I'll also use this journal as some kind of guide, but it won't be useful, even if I have a red orb in my hands. I finally captured the souls under the king's command. I'll make sure they never come out again.

"Arui... This journal might help you in some sorts..." Kirio said, then handing it to her.

Reading it, Arui looks at the last paragraph.
"This person is the captor of the twins... But where are they keeping it?" Looking around, they could see nothing else, except a bunch of eight balls, octets, d20s, d3, and other kind of dices, and a single marble with one black dot.
"This person seems to be intrested in dice."

She then proceeds to read the next page.

Heather wipes the blood off her arm and grabs her knife. "I will kill you gabby." she says glaring at her.

Gabby stands there staring at Heather. "Please no!" she begs. "Please!" Gabby hides behind the tree and scrambles up it. "Please!" she begs trying to save her life.

Kirio is Pangender now. They seem to fit the definition of being two genders.

Arui and Kirio left the tree, and back to the area of the Reincarnates. They saw a newcomer, and Arui gave Kirio the book they held, and created an energy force field between the two.
"You seem upset. Why don't you chill?" She grimaced. "Perhaps you'll have to kill me first before you can kill her next."

Eresioria grinned at what is going on.
"This will be intresting... I can't wait for them to constantly fight, and right behind their backs, they'll just have a few more days! I shouldn't interfere... After all, I'm not here to help anybody..." She giggled, and continued looking.

Heather glared at Aui and Kurio. "Why can't I kill her? Someone else here HAS to have to kill someone else!" her eyes flash dangerously. "I need to kill her. It's my goal." She says calmly.

Gabby climbs down the tree, swinging on the lowest branch and jumping off. She winces because of the cut on her leg and looks at heather nervously. "Please can you at least wait a few days?" she asks in a pleading voice. "Before trying i mean."

Ashlynn had been wandering for days, listening to bird chatter, and trying to find other people. She was lost, and she knew it. Not only had she ran into no one, but she was no closer to her goal than before. Suddenly, she heard voices. "What the.." she mumbled, and walked towards the sound. People? Who?

Her head spun. So many questions! Who were these people? Did she know them? What were they doing? Were they safe? Where was she, anyways?

Ashlynn sat down, rubbed her head, and blacked out.

Gabby glanced around trying to find a way to escape when she saw the girl laying down and blacking out. She ran over to her, "A new comer! Guys she's blacked out, let's help her!" Gabby picked the girl up and, struggling, carried her to the others. She proped her up on some leaves. "Is she going to be ok?" she asked Aui ad Kurio.

Ashlynn woke up surrounded by people.

"Umm..Wha...Huh?" she mumbled as she took in her surroundings. "Who are you guys? Do I know you? No, I don't know you...silly question, my bad..." she randomly as everyone stared at her. "Oh, sorry. Um.." She struggled for something half-intelligent to say.

Ashlynn lost her patience."Oh, whatever! Where am I, who are you, and what the heck is happening!?"

Heather walks over to the newbie. She smirks at her chance. "I'm heather and I'm going to kill you." Heather holds her knife to her throat. "Get ready to die!" she cackles. I'm not killing her yet. she thinks. But i do love a good prank! The only person I need to kill is Gabby, and if anyone gets in my way of killing her, I kill them too.

Cole shook his head after a moment. "This is all getting quite annoying. Why don't you," he said turning to Heather, "Just chill out for five minutes and stop trying to kill someone. Take a breather, and just stop acting like a minx and think for a minute. Good Gods, I know why Alyss left now." He snapped.

Sighing he headed off into the woods. He trekked after the broken and thin red trail left behind by Alyss.

Ashlynn's first sane thought: "HELP CRAZY LADY!!!" Her eyes widened, and although she had meant to scream, instead she grumbled "Fine, then. Make it quick."

"What?!!?", she thought, "Why'd I say that?!!??" She looked at Heather, who was still holding the knife, and glared. "Well, good bye world." she mumbled. But... just in case that perhaps this knife-wielding nutcase wasn't ACTUALLY going to kill her...Ashlynn sighed, but her lip, and spit into the Heather's face.

"Now we're even", she declared, "so now, you can kill me, you crazy homicidal overly violent absolutely bonkers..." the words spilled from her lips like water. Oh, no. Her and her big mouth. She crossed her fingers and hoped that she'd live now.

Gabby pushes Heather away. "Stop it!" she yells forcing Heather to the ground with telekinesis. She turns towards Ashlynn. "I'm Gabby." She says. "You are here because you have been giving another chance at life, but you have a goal to complete in 60 days." she thinks for a moment. "What's your goal?"

Arui then stopped using their energy force field and created an energy pole. They rushed behind Heather and put the pole in front of her neck while she is still behind her.
"I won't let you do it! You're literally preventing us from reaching our goals, and it means we'll be erased from existience! Do you want that?!" She tried to press harder on her neck to push her away from the fight.

Kirio then watched in the background, sighing.
"Can't we just go ahead and stop fighting for one day? We are barely reaching our goals... Not to mention that if we keep fighting, you're going to forget about this as well!"

There, she'd said it.

"And if you think that's stupid, then that's to bad for you."

Oh, gosh! Stupid mouth of hers!

"Sorry! Sorry! I just have a way-to-big mouth!"

PHEW. Well, crisis avoided. She hoped.

Cole stumbled to a halt as he reached the end of the path Alyss had formed. Broken branches littered the floor, and his feet slipped in an unnaturally dark puddle. Catching himself he glanced back, noticing they weren't too far from the group in the woods.

"Good Gods Alyss. What have you gotten yourself into this time?" He muttered as he approached the dark huddled lump at the end of the path.

Her skin was so cold to the touch, as if it never held warmth ever. Her breathing nonexistent, her pulse entirely stopped.

Cole slid down into his knees as he looked at Alyss where she lay. He rolled her over, revealing her transferred wounds as the cause of her death.

"Oh my." Cole gasped, covering his mouth in pure shock.

She had hardly even returned before she did some stupid selfless act and got herself killed.

Amunet nodded agreeing to Cole and Arui. Even though she sat back watching the whole time not doing anything, she hated Heather's personality, being to annoying for her. Her dominant side was stirring up, but she kept it under control because she needed to reach her goal. The newcomer blurted out too much for her liking, but kept quiet about it.

"Hey, I'm leaving now, good luck on your goals," she told them dismissing herself.

"I'm going too, it's getting too tiresome of this," Eran sighed flying off with Amunet with their wings. They both headed for the bookstore the others told them about for a map, luckily they had enough money to buy one, but once they did they had none left.

Heather turns into a squirrel dodging under the poles, wiping the spit from her face. She turns back to a human and glares at Ashlynn. "Why did you do that?" she asks fiercely. "I was joking, but now i might not be!" she takes her knife and scraped it down Ashlynn's legs, making a small cut just enough to draw blood. She gets closer to Ashylnn. "Now don't go messing with me, OR ELSE." she says menacingly.

Ashlynn watched as the two strangers flew away. She sighed. Was it really her fault that sometimes her mouth just blurted things out? Well, yes, it was, but what could she do?

Before she said anything rude, Ashlynn slapped her hands over her mouth. She studied the two people farther away. One looked scared.

The other looked...dead.

Well, wasn't this just the cat's pajamas.

And that crazy Heather! She looked at the cut on her leg. Wiping the blood away, she smiled at the dark red liquid on her finger. Well, at least she had human blood.

"That's cute, trying to dodge when I can do this!" She quickly did the same process again with the pole and choking, but a bit faster, and used more force.
"You think you're tough and all, but you're acting like a child!"

Kirio then heard voices telling them to kill Arui. They then got forced to grab out a pole and do the same thing to Arui, creating a reacharound.

Cole sat up, shooting a glare at Heather. "Can you just stop? Good Gods you're more annoying than a three legged bear in a trap." He said stepping away from Alyss.

He could try a healing spell later.

He drew his staff and pointed it directly at Heather. "I swear to the spirits of nature and magic that if you so much as scrape the knee of one of these people before everything is worked out I will not hesitate to envoke the powers of the magic flow against you." He said.

Ashlynn stood up, watching the fighting. She was so frustrated! Gosh, what had she done?!

"No, no, don't lose your temper, calm down.." she murmured to herself.

The fighting continued.

"AARRGGHH!!! STOP FIGHTING!!! I'M TALKING TO YOU, YOU INSANE SQUIRREL! DO YOU WANT ME TO TURN INTO A EAGLE AND EAT YOU, YOU CRAZY PSHYCO RODENT?!?!"

Oh. Whoops. She'd forgotten: don't mess with the homicidal squirrel. NO! Heather. Not homicidal squirrel. Argh.

She turned to the kneeling girl. "My name's Ashlynn. Call me Ash. Also, what's your name?"

Hmm. This girl was okay. Maybe they could be...friends?
